This is a gel for the treatment of mouth ulcers.

I find the gel easy enough to apply, although it can sometimes slide off the ulcer. The trick is to apply the gel and keep your mouth open for a few seconds after to allow the gel to dry. This can often be a little difficult and I often find myself dribbling all over the place in the process! The gel numbs the ulcer (when it actually works) and speeds up the healing process. I find that using the gel is a way of speeding up the healing process but the numb feeling soon wears off and the pain starts all over again. The effect doesn't last long, put it that way. My ulcers end up healing a couple of days faster though.

Personally I find the whole application process a little tricky and I get the same results from using warm salt water. It's the cheapest option out of the two aswell...

The gel does taste nice though, although I find it hard to describe the taste. I guess it tastes rather sweet and pleasant. It does taste a little sugary but this effect soon disappears. It leaves a sweet aftertaste in your mouth which hangs around for a little bit, which I don't mind as it does taste rather nice. I have a very sweet tooth! Using too much of the gel can make you feel a little sick, so use it in moderation!

The gel is also suitable for sore gums, although it slides off them too. If anyone has any tips on applying this please comment!!!!
