Advantages: Stops Your Hayfever Symptoms
Disadvantages: Does Wear Off.
Summer 2008 was the first time I had ever suffered from Hayfever. So when it came to taking a tablet to help relieve my symptoms I didn't have a clue which one to pick!
I went into my local Boots & saw the big range of Hayfever tablets and syrups. After a little while I finally chose the Boots own Hayfever & Allergy Relief Pack Of 7 One A Day. I picked the pack of 7 over the 30 pack just to see if they did the job before i went onto the bigger more expensive pack.
~ What The Tablet Claims To Do ? ~
------------------------------------------------- --
The tablet claims to help the following:
- Sneezing, Runny Nose & Sore Eyes.
Also other allergies such as:
- Pet, House Dust Mite allergies, Skin allergies/ Rash & Itching, Hives.
I suffered from Sneezing, Runny Nose & Watering, Itchy Sore Eyes. I took the tablet in the morning as i started sneezing and I noticed the different fairly quickly. Instead of sneezing around 4-6 times per 30-60 minutes through out the day (Not as much sneezing after about 3-4pm) I was sneezing about 2-4 times the whole day! Which is a big difference.
My runny nose was better and the tablet didn't make it blocked or anything, just normal. I would have to have the odd blow but I didn't have to constently blow my nose!
My Eyes, The tablet stopped them being itchy, which was brilliant because i made my eyes sore by rubbing them! I guess me rubbing them made them water too?
So overall it helped my Hayfever symptoms. But you can tell when the tablet starts to ware off because near the end of the day, one of your symptoms will come back.
