this syrup is sold in most chemists and supermarkets, so is readily available and it promises great things.

did it live up to them? Well I bought it for my daughter who had a chesty cough and sore throat and apart from her loving the sweet taste, we had no improvements over a few days, so had to go and get something from the GP.

I passed it on to another friend who's son had the same chesty cough, he also liked the taste, but no improvements were seen.

This seems to be just another taste nice non working syrup, one of the many that line up our shelves.

I went back to tixilix the next time my daughter had a chesty cough and it eased it considerably within a couple of days.

therefore I would not recommend this to others
