Calpol make a variety of medicines for children: CalCough is a cough mixture, CalCold is a cold remedy, Calpol Night is a night time cold remedy and the two best known products, Calpol Original and Calprufen are both pain and fever relievers. Calpol is one of the leading paracetemol medicines for children. It comes in original and sugar free varieties and there are different products for under and over 6 year olds. The under six version is suitable from 2 months (if your baby weighs over 4kg, not premature and under a doctors advice). The medicine is strawberry in flavour and thankfully both my children liked it. However I have heard of some children not liking the taste.
