A must have for a sore throat
Member Name: chazababy
Advantages: Does as it says
Well it is that time of year again. Coming up to Christmas and the colds have started spreading its way around the population. Along with my runny nose and feeling quite run down I also have a very bad sore throat.
Not having time to go to the Doctors I popped into the chemist that recommended Difflam Spray. It is a treatment for painful sore mouth and throat conditions.
All you need to do it lift up the straw type handle and start spraying the correct amount stated for your age into your mouth. I have stated the information that you would need to know as below.
Adults ~ 4-8puffs, 1 ½ - 3 hourly
Children aged under 6 ~ 1 puff for each 4 kg of body weight, up to a maximum of 4 puffs, 1 1/12 - 3 hourly.
After having used the product only twice on the infected area of my throat I could already tell a difference as my throat was starting to feel a little better and not as painful. I continued with this product for at least a week before that my throat was feeling better all together.
The taste is not all that nice but is bearable it kind of tastes minty/tangy but it is worth it as it numbs your throat to make it more comfortable for you to breath, eat, and drink.
I would recommend that after you use it clean the nozzle with a tissue or wet wipe as it can become blocked.
You can buy the product from any chemist or any of your big supermarkets. For a 30ml bottle for £5.50 which I know does seem expensive but it is worth it in the long run as it does help the paint that I had in my throat. You can also get it on the minor elements clinic at your registered chemist which is free of charge if your are under 16 or unemployed.
I would rate this spray 9/10.
