Earlier this year I hurt my wrist, I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary but one of my toddlers was trying to escape (not for the first time!) and my wrist was twisted as it caught her weight. It didn't hurt too much at the time but after an hour or so it started to become more painful and by the following morning I could hardly use it. It was particularly bad when lifting anything and I was glad to be going to work that day and not having to look after my twins. My husband offered to buy me a support bandage to see if that would help as I knew it was going to be hard to completely rest it. I've had trouble with my left wrist for years having sprained it a few times in the past, and I find because it's weak the slightest knock can render it practically unusable for a weeks so I often rely on supports to make it possible to lift things as normal. Up until recently I've used simple basic elasticated support bandages but I don't find they offer a great deal of support, they're uncomfortable to wear, and because they're white they get filthy far too quickly. So I went searching for an alternative and found this Elastoplast Sports Support in Boots for £14.49. It comes in a card box which has instructions for how to wear it correctly, but to be fair ...
