Advantages: Convenient, keeping wounds clean all the time

Disadvantages: V expensive and only for simple wounds

Traditional plasters are never my favourite as they become a bit messy and the skin under it ichy after a hot day. When I saw this small silver can in Boots I decided to give it a try. It is definitely a lot more expensive than normal plasters, especially it does not say how many times you can apply it. Still, I grabbed one from the shelf and kept it in my first aid box.

Last week I managed to scrapped bit of skin off from my knee. Before jumping into the bath, I remembered my new gadget and carefully sprayed few layers over the wound. It stung briefly and next minute I was in bath as normal. It certainly works better than traditional plasters and I never need to worry how to lift my arms or legs in bath when there is a tiny wound. The layer will disappear after a few days.

One thing about Elastoplast spray plaster: it cannot be applied on burns or deep cut or secreting wounds. Nor do I think it can be used to stop bleeding. Nevertheless, it solves little nuances and inconvenience from those little careless wounds. It is a little star in my green box.

Summary: Spray plaster is convenient but don't spray on everything.
