... try! I have to say it didn't do a thing and what's worse you are not allowed to take pain killers while on those tablets so I couldn't take any Nurofen to relieve the usual pain, which meant I spent half a day in front of the TV throwing up into a bowl. Not a pretty site and embarrasing in front of the boyfriend since he hasn't seen me that ill before (I found out about Nureofen years ago.) So there you have it, if you have severe period pains - it may not work for you - but that was just my own experience. It's proba...more

Premium Review Feminax - Doesn't suit everybody (256 words)

I am one of the severely unlucky ones for period pain. In fact I don't actually know anyone who gets them as bad as me. I've had them since I was 11 and it is/was always bad. I get stomach cramps you wouldn't believe, in fact they are so painful that I throw up because I can't cope with the pain. My dcctor once told me that basically my body was going into mini-labour every time! The only thing that sems to help is Ibuprofen - Nurofen to be precise, which are wonderful, but I can still get really bad cramps - not enough to throw up, but it still incapacitates me, so when I heard about Feminax I thought it would be worth a try! I have to ...

She has been known to make me cry. Does it ring a bell, ladies? That thing is aunty flow - well, it's not physically a person. It's the dreaded 'P' - nope, not pain in the butt, although it is that as well. I'm talking about the period or menstruation if you want to be less crass about it. ...

Its not always fun being a woman. When you look at it we have a lot to put up with with our dear monthly friend.. He comes to visit with out fail even if you are not in the mood..Some of us are lucky and get the visit over and done with without any problems ( pain ) , where as others really suffer . My daughter has been one of the unlucky ones so i gave her a product that i used to use..Feminax worked wonders for mewhen i was younger so i never gave it a second thought to try any thing else..Off i trotted to my local Boots store to get them. I was shocked when they were opened , They were huge it was like looking at a horse tranquliser..Reluctantly ...
