When it comes to the treatment of hay fever I find that it is best to treat each area that is affected individually rather than opting for a single tablet like an anti histamine which does not work as well. When I suffer from hay fever it is mainly my eyes and also my nose that is most affected and for combating a tickly runny nose I find Flixonase Allergy Nasal Spray to be excellent.

It provides effective relief against an itchy and runny nose and the really annoying sneezing caused by hay fever. The spray has a larhge orange cap and a white nasal pump, pressing it down releases a fine spray directly up the nostril, before use I tend to give my nose a good blow, then you should shake the bottle well and do two sprays per nostril, I find that it is quick acting and will last all of he day, on a particularly heavy pollen count day I may use it again in teh early evening if I plan to be out doors.

It is a very effective product although it is not recommended for use by those under 18.
