I have just bought this and I'm very impressed. My son has had a very bad cold and now is very chesty (and sounds like a chain smoker) we have been putting Karvol drops on a hankie to try and ease his breathing and clear his nose but it didn't seem to be doing much good so when looking around for other options I found this. Its looks just like a dummy but has a small hinged chamber behind the teat, you put a small piece of cotton wool with decongestant drops on it into the chamber and as your baby sucks he inhales the decongestant.
