My Experience with Infacol
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have mixed feelings about this product. I began using it after my third night in a row constantly winding my new baby. His screaming was heartbreaking but I knew it was just down to trapped wind.
He is my third child and second homebirth so I was not having much assistance from anywhere and because of this I began searching for anything to give a minutes relief to him and a minutes peace to me.
Infacol was the first product I tried and it worked a treat at first. Baby enjoyed the taste and had no problem with taking it... and I enjoyed a little rest!
However after using it for about two weeks I felt we were slipping back to old ways and the Infacol just did not seem as effective as it first did.
Then the unthinkable happened, we ran out and so did the local Chemist and in blind panic I bought another product and since then have not looked back.
I would recommend Infacol to anyone trying to get some relief for their little one from wind and colic however I would also say that it is trial and error and what works for one may not work as well for another....
Summary: It might work for some but not for others
