Luckily for My partner and I, our baby is a very good sleeper. In the first week she was sometimes sleeping 7 hours a night and by the time she was 2 month she was in her own room sleeping between 9-12 hours every night, but on the odd occasion she would struggle with some wind on her last feed before bed and lay in her cot with her legs in the air screaming.

After speaking to my mum she said it may be night time colic and to try some Infacol. We went to Tesco and bought some, I can't remember what I paid but it was around £2.50 - £3.00 which looking back at it was a bit of a bargain.

Firstly the product is of an orange taste and you use a dropper to put the liquid in the mouth and it seems to go down well with our daughter who doesn't kick up a fuss and try to spit it out like some of the other medicines she has used.

We don't use Infacol after every milk, we don't even use it every day, she when she seems to be struggling with some wind we will use it. The results are often very quick. If it doesn't help her burp she will let out her wind in other ways and often louder than usual and we start to see a more settled baby.

If your baby has some trapped wind and struggling to settle down then infacol will usually do the trick... Well it worked for us and we will use it again.
