Nytol is a brand which produces non prescriptive sleeping aids that help you to drift off into a peaceful sleep, allowing you to feel refreshed in the morning. It produces sleeping aids which won't make you feel groggy in the morning. Sleep is important because it gives our body and minds a chance to recuperate and allows our bodies to heal. It helps us to concentrate and to keep us alert and it's essential for our emotional health. Worrying and having an active mind can prevent us from relaxing and falling asleep, or cause us to wake up intermittently throughout the night, and that's where Nytol promises to help. Nytol Herbal tablets are intended ... Read the complete review

When I split up with my husband and moved out I found that I could never sleep properly and I put this down to the fact that now I was on my own with my son there was only me that could listen out for him should he need me for anything. Over the past few weeks though I have been having a lot of issues with my ex and as such I am feeling stressed out. Suddenly I have found my sleep pattern is all over the place again and that I am waking around 3am and am pretty much awake there after. Obviously this is leaving me completely exhausted and so I thought I would try an over the counter sleeping aid. When I called at asda all that was available was Nytol herbal tablets ... Nytol Herbal Tablets I have never been a great sleeper but sometimes I have little bouts where I just get really restless and find it hard to get a good night sleep. After getting grumpier and grumpier, my husband went out and brought these tablets home for me to try a few months ago, in hopes that they might help. My main problem is not falling asleep but staying asleep, I wake up through the night and find I can't return to a nice deep sleep. This weekend just passed I found myself awake at 5am on Sunday morning and after trying to get comfy and back to sleep I gave in, got up and read my book instead, if this pattern continues then that's when I ... Last week I had laser eye surgery (review to follow once I've had my last appointment and can paint a complete picture), and at the clinic they suggested I buy some herbal sleeping tablets. I had to have the painful version of surgery (LASEK), and as I was in agony afterwards - despite the strong painkillers - I thought I would try anything to take my mind off the pain. The sleeping tablets I bought were Nytol Herbal tablets, which cost £4.38 for 30 tablets (Asda's price as of mid April 2010). This was a little more than I was expecting to pay but I didn't have much choice as there were no other herbal tablets on the shelf. They come in a green box and don't ... Read the complete review

Lately I have been rushed off my feet. My mate has left her partner and I have been house clearing! Whilst clearing out the house my mate has been passing on new stuff to me and believe me her ex wife was a major shop-o-holic and I've bagged absolutely loads along with charity shops and tips! One of the items my mate chucked at me cos she's aware of my lack of sleeping was these x 3! All new boxes and I have to admit that I hadn't tried herbal one's before these of this type of thing and I didn't hold out a lot of hope for them so I took them but wasn't impressed! The Packaging: Green box and two sides of it appear the same. I'm told that ... Read the complete review
