Nytol Herbal Tablets I have never been a great sleeper but sometimes I have little bouts where I just get really restless and find it hard to get a good night sleep. Last week I had laser eye surgery (review to follow once I've had my last appointment and can paint a complete picture), and at the clinic they suggested I buy some herbal sleeping tablets. Lately I have been rushed off my feet. My mate has left her partner and I have been house clearing!
