I've been using olbas oil for years now! My mum used to always put it on a tissue for me when i was a younger and it alway worked fast at clearing a stuffy nose!

When I was younger I found if someone had a cold, I always got it! I found if I used olbas oil & covonia cough bottle then my colds would vanish a lot quicker than usual as when I had colds if I didnt treat them they lingered for ages and brought the mood down. Then I would be feeling well and healthy and could get back to my every day activities.

Its also a very handy thing to have if friends or family visits and they have a cold. A lot of people dont like to take tablets to clear colds or flu, I have a lot of allergies so I try to avoid tablets as much as possible.

I always keep one beside my bed now. Its got a powerful smell to it and there are different ways you can use it. I only really ever tried the method of putting it on a tissue as that worked perfectly for me, and it even helps when my hayfever or sinuses decides to play up. Ive tried several nasel spray, allergy tablets and a few other hayfever relief things but I find this works the best to help me breathe better.

The good thing is if you dont want to use the original olbas oil for your children they have an olbas oil for children which isnt as powerful. Its also suitable for vegetarians to use as its just a mixture of essential pure plant oils!

It says you only need 2-3 drops at a time - so at that a 10ml little bottle will last a long time!
