the best nebuliser i have ever used

I bought this nebuliser about 2 months ago, after having used the freeway elite for the past year. I decided to buy this model as it was almost completely silent and much much smaller than my previous nebuliser. It is roughly the size of two mobile phones stuck together, and is so silent that the person sitting next to you cannot hear it!

      The Ways it Works:
Unlike most nebulisers this one doesnt require an air compressor to vapourise the medication. This one instead uses vibration technology and a mesh to work as an ultrasonic neb. This is how it is so silent.

It runs off AA batteries! So no more recharging is needed and there doesnt need to be the fear that the battery may run out and there will be nowhere to recharge, simply pop to the nearest shop! It works for approx 4 hours off 2 AA batteries, and as the nebulisation time for 5ml is around 5-8 mins they last for ages, even with heavy use.

There is also the option to match it to your breathing pattern so that medication is not wasted when your not breathing in, very useful!

It has a simple one touch button operation so is very easy to use.

      Cleaning:
This is my only issue, Its not as easy as the acorn nebuliser parts are to clean as it is more delicate, but you simply have to boil the removeable parts after each use (although i dont do it this often).

      Medication Compliance:
The maximum amount of meds you can put in is 7ml. It says in the instructions that it has a wide medication complicance so i believe it can also so steroids and antibiotics although i havent used it for these yet.

      Mask and Mouthpiece:
Both very comfy to use, i prefer the face mask when unwell though as the mouthpiece is quite big.

      The Verdict:
I love this nebuliser! It has far been the best i have ever used and is certainly the easiest to use when out and about. I have used it at college, in hospital, out clubbing(!), and restaurants and in bars and never had a problem with people staring because of noise etc. It is incredibly portable and fits in a small handbag easily meaning that it is never far away when needed! 5*!
