I bought this nebuliser about 2 months ago, after having used the freeway elite for the past year. I decided to buy this model as it was almost completely silent and much much smaller than my previous nebuliser. It is roughly the size of two mobile phones stuck together, and is so silent that the person sitting next to you cannot hear it!
