... had quite a bad experience with this and I shall tell you about it to try to stop the same thing happening to other people. I had a cold (as you do), and my nose was all blocked up so I used the Vicks stuff for a while but it stopped working really, so I moved on to this Sudafed one. It was brilliant at unblocking my nose and I continued to use it throughout my cold. Now, on the back of the box in small print it says "Do not use for longer than 7 days", it does not tell you why you should follow this piece of advice though. ... stuff is a God Send! My nose has a mind of it s own and I have suffered with my sinuses for years. I get really severe hayfever and my nose can completely block, especially at night. it makes it really hard to breathe and even harder to sleep. It actually feels like my nose has been plugged. In the past I have experienced problems with decongestant sprays. I ended up having bad nosebleeds and had to have my nose cauterised. I use them now with no problems, but that s probably because the blood vessels have been burned away! But be warned, this stuff can make your nose bleed, and bleed badly. The most important thing is...this works, and it works for about ten hours...

... well i guess it s not going to be too exciting for you all to read about my snot but this was such a helpful product that i had to review it!! My Opinion: ========= About a week ago my charming boyfriend passed on his cold and i cannot sleep with a blocked nose so i ventured into tescos and saw the sudafed nasal spray which was part of a special offer although the normal price is £3.49. Anyway, I used the spray and it worked so fast that i was actually quite impressed! The nights that i had used it I slept better than i had done for weeks and it lasted through till the morning so i didnt wake up with a blocked nose which was so nice!!!
