About once a year I always seem to get struck down by a rotten cold which although disappears after a few days, leaves me with a bout of catarrh for weeks on end. Although a few of the usual cough syrups help, they are not the easiest thing to take whilst driving your car, so on a recent trip to Sainsbury’s I decided to peruse their medicine shelves for something which would be more suitable, where upon I saw a range of catarrh pastilles.
