For anyone that has ever suffered with a blister before, they will know what I mean when I say that they are really annoying, something so small can cause no end of irritation and actually be really quite painful. I guess I am my own worst enemy and suffer from blisters when I have been wearing new shoes for the first time, although I think just when the weather gets warmer and you have a certain pair of shoes on, you can get that irritation and a blister will form. Blisters might seem irrelevant when you think about them, but for anyone who does lots of walking, plays sport or enjoys exercise knows, these little blighters can really affect your mood and your mobility.
