For days I had a headache that no matter what I took or what I did I couldn't get rid of it. Prior to the headache I had, I had, had a stuffy head and nose and put it down to having a bit of sinus trouble but I simply thought I had a headache and didn't put two and two together so when the paracetamol I was taking didn't work at shifting said headache I decided to give these a go....and boy am I glad that I did! The Packaging: The capsules come in a white and green coloured oblongish box and on the front of it there is a picture of a head in green and we are clearly told that these are Sudafed Blocked Nose & Headache Capsules 'Paracetamol, ... I suffer quite badly from sinus pressure pain and a blocked nose even when I don't have a cold. I have no idea what causes it but it is a right pain and stops me sleeping some nights. I like to use a nasal spray when it is really bad as this is the only thing guaranteed to actually work but as you can't use a nasal spray for more than a couple of days at a time I like to try other things to see if they give some sort of relief from it. Sduafed are one of the better decongestant tablets available as they actually clear my blocked nasal passages a little whereas some other tablets that I've tried which promise to do this do absolutely nothing at all. ... I have just used a couple of these capsules and so far, the results are limited. They cost around £3.80 for a box of 16 capsules. The box has a green colour scheme with the Sudafed logo in bold black letters on the front. It is clearly described for congestion and headache. I don't even have much of a headache but it's not helping with the congestion part at all right now. The box contains two packets of 8 tablets. You are meant to take two every 4 hours as they contain paracetamol so don't have paracetamol on top of these as you would be overdosing. The capsules are very easy to swallow and prevent you from tasting something vile, which is good. ... Read the complete review

When I was younger (in around high school age) I used to have terrible problems with sinus headaches, and I found that Sudafed Congestion and Headache tablets were the best for relieving my symptoms in the quickest time. You get 16 tablets in a box for around £3.60-£4 depending on where you are buying them, I found that these tablets are cheapest in Tesco or Superdrug, though there isn't much of a price difference in Boots, though they are generally more expensive there. To take these tablets you simply swallow 2 tablets with some water, you may take up to 12 tablets in 24 hours and you must wait at least 4 hours before taking any more ... Read the complete review

In the last few weeks I have been suffering from rather bad congestion in the ears and throat. Despite trips to the doctors, there does not appear to be much that can be done to make this go away quickly. The general advice given was that the symptoms will eventually subside. The cold climate in December exacerbates the condition, making it harder to shift. A bit of online googling led me to discover that people with similar complaints had tried Sudafed, a product designed to clear congestion and also relieve catarrh. I found Sudafed to buy in Boots and decided to plump for it, over Boots' own brand, having heard of Sudafed before. It cost £4.75 for a small ... Read the complete review
