I have just used a couple of these capsules and so far, the results are limited. They cost around £3.80 for a box of 16 capsules. The box has a green colour scheme with the Sudafed logo in bold black letters on the front. It is clearly described for congestion and headache. I don't even have much of a headache but it's not helping with the congestion part at all right now.

The box contains two packets of 8 tablets. You are meant to take two every 4 hours as they contain paracetamol so don't have paracetamol on top of these as you would be overdosing. The capsules are very easy to swallow and prevent you from tasting something vile, which is good.

They aren't supposed to make you drowsy and I haven't noticed any increased drowsiness myself - in fact they contain caffeine. The capsules are used to tackle congestion, which is caused by sinusitis, which includes a stuffy nose, blocked sinuses, headache, fever, aches and pains. It is starting to do a better job now since it's been in my body a bit longer but I am still having to blow my nose and I feel a bit stuffy and congested, which isn't good.

Currently, I don't rate these highly as I did take a couple of capsules almost an hour ago and don't feel too much different to before. They have done a slight job and I think I feel better but the effects definitely aren't instant! Personally, I wouldn't recommend these at this rate - there are better products out there for similar symptoms. These aren't working on me at all.
