I have just used a couple of these capsules and so far, the results are limited. They cost around £3.80 for a box of 16 capsules. The box has a green colour scheme with the Sudafed logo in bold black letters on the front. It is clearly described for congestion and headache. Today I've woken up with a head cold. Bit snuffly and banging head ache. I got the sudafed out of the medicine cabinet and hoped that it would make me feel better. I was once advised by a nurse that Sudafed and the like only tend to enlarge the tissue in your sinuses, thus treating symptoms not any core issue. To be honest, I really don't care! I am a migrane sufferer who has had migraines for four years. Never would I have thought that it was to do with my sinusis. It would only when I developed a really nasty cold that I started taking sudafed. If I had a migraine as well, the Sudafed would dramaticaly help.
