I have just used a couple of these capsules and so far, the results are limited. They cost around £3.80 for a box of 16 capsules. I was once advised by a nurse that Sudafed and the like only tend to enlarge the tissue in your sinuses, thus treating symptoms not any core issue. To be honest, I really don't care!
