I paid 99p for this box of Superdrug Paracetamol Caplets and they are 500mg per caplet, they come in a pack of 16 and are packaged in strips that you push the caplet out of to take with water.

I find the shape of these easy to swallow as I'm not too good at taking tablets, but in some cases you just have to get rid of that annoying headache fast so that you can carry on with your day.

Price wise these are great value as some of the better known brand names are double the price and why pay more than you should after all the strength of these is enough to shift any headache and they work just as fast as the other brand named tablets.

These are suitable for headaches and migraines and can also be taken for period pains, joint ache, back ache, lumbago and sprains as well as for flu and cold symptoms.

They come with a leaflet inside which tells you the correct dosage and how often you can take then, as you cannot exceed the daily amount and they are not suitable for small children to take.

If symptoms persist then go to the doctors and get checked out as self medication may not be the answer.
I like to have these in my medicine cabinet which is on the wall of the bathroom locked and in a high enough place that little fingers cannot get into it, as all medicines should be out of childrens reach.

Don't leave these in a damp place and use by the date it states on the pack or they might not be as efficient at taking the pain away.

All in all I think these are good value for money, they work within 10 minutes of taking them and are easy to swallow.

I will be buying them again.
