Tesco Hayfever and Allergy Relief Tablets
Advantages: only medicine to stop me suffering
All year I have been suffering now terribly with hayfever like symptoms, I have had itchy eyes, a runny nose, I have been sneezing constantly. I have tried a few things which did keep the symptoms minimal but still didn't seem to get rid of them completely. It was at this stage I ended up booking a doctors appointment as it was starting to affect me badly at work and give me headaches. The doctor prescribed me some tablets but told me that I could get these over the counter cheaper probably. I went to my Tesco pharmacy where he told me that my prescription was the equivalent to the Hayfever & Allergy Relief tablets which were so much cheaper and for the price paid I got a box of 30 tablets, bargain!
These tablets come in a bright orange box with an image of people playing outdoors and an image of a flower. They are bold and bright and the box stands out as in bold type is the Tesco logo and Hayfever & allergy relief written. The box states that they are Cetirizine hydrochloride and that you should take on a day to help with hayfever, dust allergies, skin allergies and pet allergies. The box included 30 tablets which it also said on the front and inside were two foil trays with white tablets and a leaflet came with them as well for further information. On the reverse is information on dosage, ingredients, warnings and information on what exactly these tablets help to minimise.
TESCO HAYFEVER & ALLERGY RELIEF TABLETS
These tablets ofcourse come with a number of different warnings, they state that if symptoms persist to consult a doctor. Also, these should not be used if pregnant or breast feeding and also not if you have serious kidney problems. These should be kept out of reach of children, they should not cause drowsiness but these do change with different people taking them. The main point of these tablets, is to relieve hayfever symptoms and other allergies such as pet or house dust mite allergies, these may also be taken for skin allergies such as a rash, hives or itching. I take these for my runny nose, itchy eyes and sneezing but having used Piriton and it not clearing my symptoms I was praying these would work.
I began taking these every day as you are meant to, it is a small white tablets, so small you don't really need water to swallow it. I continued to take these for weeks but after a few days, I instantly noticed that I was no longer sniffling at work and going through lots of tissues. My eyes weren't watery and they weren't itchy either and I had stopped sneezing. I couldn't believe it, I was finally sitting a day at work without feeling awful, these are amazing for the price and they do work. I know how effective they are as no if I don't take them for one day I will start sneezing a lot again and start having sore eyes, this shows how amazing these are that they work that fast to relieve symptoms.
Out of everything I have tried, these are the first to truly stop me suffering and they are the cheapest as well. I have to take them every day but it isn't bad when it stops all of the horrible allergy symptoms. Adults and children over the age of 12 should take on tablet a day and children under 12 years old should take half a tablet a day, these should not be given to children under the age of 6. I have had no bad side effects since using these, I am really pleased, I have been taking these for a couple of months now and since June when I started to suffer these have been the best two months this year, no longer feeling so affected and being able to go into work without red eyes and piles of tissues.
I finally feel normal again since taking these and I never forget to take them every morning to make sure they kick in right away before I start my day at work. These are easy to take and can be bought in a smaller sized pack to try first. I am glad I bought the box of 30 as it was so cheap and it'll last a good month which is the best for me. I am shocked that a product made by Tesco works better than the brand names that cost double the price, it just proves that paying more doesn't always mean they are the best. I am loyal to these hayfever and allergy relief tablets now and will not buy any other brand since these continue to work so well for me, I'd love to know if others had been as lucky.
These tablets can be purchased in all Tesco stores, a packet of 30 will cost you about £1.50 and a box of 14 is £1 which isn't bad at all really for something that actually works.
