They cost around £1.40 from tesco and you get 16 tablets in a pack. Adults should take 2 tablets at a time so you get 8 uses from one pack. Tescos will only let you buy a maximum of 2 packets at one time so if you end up needing more then go to your doctors.

The difference between taking paracetamol and ibruprofen is that ibruprofen works well for swellings and stopping general inflammation.

I hurt my ankle after hitting it against a metal pole. A lump came up and it was so painful, I took this tesco brand pill and about half an hour later my ankle seemed to have gone down slightly and it didnt hurt so much. I took 2 pills every 4 hours and within two days the swelling had mostly gone.

The pills come in a capsule style, I find these quite easy to swallow with a large drink of water. They are about one and a half centimeters long. One half is white and the other red.

The packaging is grey with a picture of the capsules and the Tesco brand on the top.

If you have a swelling pain then do keep a packet handy as they make everything feel so much better. Its also good to not buy a brand as it does the same job.
