A waste of money (Vicks First Defence)

Disadvantages: headache, sinus pain

First Defence hurts when you administer it, and stings even more after a few minutes. The taste is awful and it gives me a headache. It also makes me feel tired. Last time I used it for 3 days and I got a terrible cold/bronchitis anyway. The cold lasted for 2 weeks even after I got antiobiotics for the bronchial part.
I really cannot see the point of this stuff - real waste of money.
