Advantages: Gets rid of colds

Disadvantages: Slight smarting sensation

I've been using First Defence for a few months now, and it really does work. A lot of people at my work got a nasty cold, i was one of the very few who didn't get it. It really does work. Although you may feel slightly odd when you first take it, it soon dies down. Often, a sneeze will come out, which could be the virus itself. I would certainly recommend First Defence to anyone
