Advantages: Might well be keeping my cold away

Disadvantages: Very uncomfortable to use! Costs a lot.

Well I think it has done the job! I can feel there is 'something not quite right' but generally I am carrying on as normal. I have had a very busy weekend but have managed to do everything and not felt like I am struggling at all. Taking the stuff has got more comfortable now although I do sneeze within minutes of it rushing up my nose. There is really a balance to strike here. The stuff is nasty to use. It hurts then tastes like burnt roast beef when it trickles down the back of your throat. However, I am sure I would be having a bad time without it.

I also found another problem that most of you won't need to think about. I am allergic to dogs and normally just an antihistamine sorts it out. However, this stuff makes your nose so sensitive you will end up sneezing like mad if you come into contact with a furry friend.

In summing up though, I would say on this occasion, it has worked and I am the only one in the office without a cold. I also have plenty left in the bottle for future use.

Summary: Looks like it is working but we shall see!
