Advantages: no more colds, easy to use

Disadvantages: nose sprays are not very easy to use but this is worth it

I'm a Primary School Teacher surrounded by snotty nosed little darlings who don't use tissues and forget to cover their mouth when they sneeze. It was inevitable I was going to catch every germ going.... or was it?

During my student years, every year I was given a primary placement and every placement I would have the worst cold ever and feel awful! Every teacher laughed and said my first year as a teacher would be the worst as it would be then I'd catch everything.
So hear I am on my first year and I can honestly say that after 7 months I have not had one single cold. Vicks First Defence is my secret!

It's a nose spray which isn't exactly pleasant to use, leaves a slight tingly feeling in your nose, can often make your nose run and can nip your throught a little! It's suitable for both adults and children and is recommended to be used 4 times a day, with 2-3 sprays in each nostril as the stated dose. You can use it whenever you feel a cold coming on or whenever you are around people who have a cold (haha every day in my profession!). You are recommended to use it while you symptoms persist and for 2 days afterwards and for the first few times I did, but to be honest with you I'm so busy I often forget to use it 4 times a day. If I feel a cold coming on I use it in the morning and before bed for a few days and that seems to be enough!
This product is fantastic and well worth every penny, it's available in chemists and supermarkets. It works by trapping and attacking the cold virus. I cannot tell you what a relief it is to be able to control the cold before it even hits you properly!

Summary: Reasonably priced for an excellent product which I swear by!
