Advantages: It actually works

Disadvantages: Quite expensive

Vicks claim that their First Defence spray will kill cold germa before they develop. The big question is does it really work?

Well you'll be surprised to hear that it actually does. Since I first started using it about 2 years ago, I now make sure I always have some in the house as spare.

When you get the first sign of a cold coming along such as sore throat or a sniffle then you need to straight using the spray straight away. You have to spray it into your nose & you do get a slight string feeling when you apply it but this is just the spray doing it's magic. It needs to be used two or three times a day and for a few days even after the symptons have disappeared.

In my experience, everytime I have started using this, the cold has not developed and in fact the sore throat even clears up within 24 hours.

I have no idea how this works but it really is magic & colds could be a thing of the past. You just need to make sure you use it when you get the first signs of a cold, if you leave it too late, it won't work.

The spray costs around £6.99 which isn't cheap but I think as it does the job, it's definetly worth every penny.

Summary: It's magic!
