Advantages: If it works, you can treat warts/veruccas without visiting a GP. No messy gels, no plasters.

Disadvantages: Doesn't work, very expensive.

A couple of months ago I discovered a small wart at the base of my thumb; I was horrified and immediately started thinking of ways to get rid of it. It didn't really look that bad, but nevertheless, I searched a variety of different chemists and pharmeceutical stores until I finally found a good one. Wartner Wart Remover seemed the most promising, and was definitely the most expensive. And expensive things are usually the best, right? Well, that's what I thought anyway. Until I brought it home, endured the burning pain while the Wartner got to work, and then discovered that it hadn't affected the wart at all.
.What does Wartner do and how does it work?.

Apparently, Wartner will remove your warts by immediately freezing the core of the wart or verruca. A blister is formed under the treated area and over the next ten days, the wart or verruca is supposed to gradually disappear or fall off. What the box doesn't tell you is that, although it WILL freeze the core of your wart, and a blister IS formed, the wart seems to stay intact. I don't know if this is just me and everyone else was successful, perhaps my wart was some kind of super-wart. But to me it was definitely just a waste of £11.95.
.What's in the box?.

In the box you will receive a number of different items, including 10 foam applicators for 10 treatments, an aerosol dispenser containing a mixture of dimethyl ether and propane, which are (according to the leaflet) not harmful to the environment. One plastic key to hold foam applicators, and an instruction leaflet, which contains detailed information about Wartner, the way in which it works and how it can be successfully used to treat viral warts and verrucas. The leaflet is actually very helpful, it explains in great detail all about Wartner, so you know what will be happening and how much it will hurt (and trust me, it'll hurt alot!) On the box, information is displayed very clearly on how to apply the wart remover, so it isn't easy to get confused. I was quite impressed by the instuctions and contents of the box, if only IT WORKED.
.My opinion.

Well, I've already explained that Wartner didn't work for me, but I also have a few other things to mention. As it failed to get rid of my wart, I definitely feel that Wartner is a waste of money. I tried it more than once - probably about three or four times, and it still failed to remove my super-wart. It also caused an uncomfortable burning sensation in the treated area for about a day after I had applied it, which was quite annoying but I was prepared to suffer because I was sure, from my friends' recommendations, that my wart would be gone forever. Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed with the outcome, and I feel that I have blown quite a large amount of money on something that didn't harm my wart at all.
I don't have any veruccas so I didn't get to try it out fully, but from what I've heard from friends, it is very successful in getting rid of them. (Yes, these are the same friends who told me it would work on warts as well.)
The positives are that it doesn't harm the enviornment, you get to remove 10 different warts (that is, if it works), and apparently it takes effect after just 20 seconds. The instructions are very easy to follow and it is a fast, simple procedure which definitely beats going to your GP.

.Extra information.
According to the instructions, Wartner Wart and Verruca Remover is not suitable for children under the age of four. It should not be given to diabetics or during the pregnancy period. It is for external use only, and it is based on the liquid nitrogen method used by GPs.

Overall, as this product didn't work for me I would have to give it a 1/5. I would not recommend using this, it is painful and a complete waste of money.

Summary: Didn't work at all for me, I don't recommend it.

Sorry this didn't work for you. It was a last resort purchase for me when my daughter had a verucca and after 2 applications it finally got rid of it.
