... for a box of thirty. These tablets come in blister packs. A box contains three strips of ten tablets and unlike the antacids I was taking previously, I only need to chew on one of these. They taste quite pleasant though I was expecting them to taste a little bit stronger of peppermint. When I do have trapped wind, my stomach becomes really swollen and bloated and I look pregnant. It's not nice having trapped wind and lately I have had it a lot. I try to wear loose fitting clothing whenever I am going through a real...more

Windeze Tablets: An Easy Way to Ease (625 words)
by - written on 18/04/13 (Very useful, 37 readings)
Rating:

**What are they?** I'm sure everyone has experienced trapped wind from time to time - be it following a lavish meal, or a gas-producing food, or even from drinking gassy drinks. Usually it's a temporary discomfort and can be naturally released (ahem) but on the flip side, trapped wind can last for hours and cause severe stomach pain, embarrasing and discomforting bloating, and even leave you nauseous. Windeze Tablets are designed to help relieve the discomfort and bloating associated with trapped wind. **How does it work?** The main ingredient in Windeze Tablets is simeticone which is an antiflatulent. Windeze works as an ...  Read the complete review

Eze any embarrassment with Wind-eze! (411 words)
by - written on 02/09/11 (Very useful, 368 readings)

Wind-eze gentle action chewable peppermint tablets are a staple in my medicine draw (largely for my husband) and they can be a tremendous help and give fast relief from the discomfort or pain of trapped wind as well as minimising bloating which is more what I occassionally them for. The tablets come in a recyclable box which contains three strips of ten although a perforated line enables you to break them into 5 if you want to keep some in your handbag without taking up too much room. The tablets themselves are large and whilte (a little bigger than a five pence piece) but as you chew them this is not an issue. They are not the greatest ...  Read the complete review

Windeze Tablets: Wind-eze Tablets (459 words)

When I had my baby I had to have an emergency caesarean for which I was naturally totally unprepared! I had no idea what to expect afterwards and certainly wasn't prepared for the trapped wind that followed. I know everyone gets wind in their system and 9 times out of ten we have no problem releasing it one way or another but when that wind becomes trapped its really very painful. I was suffering quite a lot one day and my husband Mark went out and bought me some Wind-eze tablets from our local Asda, they weren't cheap costing nearly £4.00 for a box of 30. Wind-eze Tablets are sold in a box which is mainly pale blue and white, it has the Wind-eze logo across ...  Read the complete review

It's been a little windy lately ! (399 words)

Rating:

Like everyone else I suppose, from time to time I suffer from trapped wind and it can be a real pain - in every sense of the word. It seems to happen to me if I am very stressed out. I think I swallow a lot of air while I eat, especially if I am in a hurry and running between one place and another. The Spanx pants I have treated myself to lately seem to be making the problem slightly worse and silly me was using heartburn and antacid tablets to try to sort the problem until my friend at work pointed out to me that they do make a tablet especially fo formulated for trapped wind. I bought Windeze from Tesco's and they cost me £3.99 for a box of thirty. These ...  Read the complete review
