      Advantages

      Disadvantages

Is good for the odd breakout but anything worse see a real DR.

After a recent bout of spot flare ups after some medication didn't suit me i wanted to get rid of these little blighters. Whats upsetting me most is i'm 37years old and never had many spots as a teen, now they come back to haunt me!. I've tried most products from pens to creams from the docs so when i spotted ha ha this and was made by my fave brand , I just had to try! .

As many ladies and girlies know the Soap&Glory founder is a fab lady called Marcia Kilgore . She set up the brand in 2006 and i've just found out that she launched the FitFlop footwear in 2007 ( what a woman! ) Many strings to her bow this lady! I am the kind of person that does tend to believe brands and manufacturers claims that this and that product works wonders but i do like to do a bit of seeking and digging first just to know what other people think of products, thats where dooyoo comes to my aid. Like i say my breakout of ummmm not so nice zits are very sore at the moment and i am very embaressed about them ( although my lovely hubby says you can't see them YEAH RIGHT PULL OTHER 1 ! ) Medication spots as i call them i think are different to normal teenage spots and the like as they seem to be that much harder to zap and remove or even cover up, so i wanted a treatment that was going to take no prisoners! I wanted to fight this breakout tooth and nail so went to my trusted Boots and searched for a hard nut , no games , i'm not messing about SPOT KILLER!

      THE PACKAGING
With all Soap&Glory products you can always count on the slogan on the packaging to hit you full on ( well DrSpot is kind of in ya face! ) So it's the usual pink box with the headline 'Oh no! This can't be happening Somebody help! Call DrSPOT. When it said Dr on the front it did make me think it was really tough and medicinal so i got my purse out and took my advantage card to the checkout and parted with my dosh. When i got home i investigated thurther and put my glasses on to try to read the bumf on the back , very small writting of ingredients that i won't even begin to write as there is loads but one that popped out at the bottom is RETINOL!, surely not the Retinol that i've heard of! It does list Whitch Hazel , Lavender , that are trusted in the medicinal world especially against spots. I took out the container and was a little disheartened to find it really small and gave it a shake and it didn't seem like there was any product in there but there was. I think there should be a leaflet in the box but i didn't get one as there is no directions on the pump or the box, suppose it's common sense but i would have liked a bit of info. The little and i mean little pump type tube ( measures just under 8cm for anybody interested )and thats with the lid , is smooth and does just fit nicely in your hand and i would think you could use this discreetly if at work or out and about.
The tube has a little pump just under the lid that allows the liquid to leave the tube on to your finger nicely (will explain little more about the pro's and cons to this a little later ).
It states on the box that it has clog-clearing salicylic & lactic acids so thats going to help combat the pores becoming clogged up with gunk and yuk! . I think it only comes in one size and that is 15ml doesn't seem alot but it does go along way.

      THE PRODUCT
When i first came to try this out i was too heavy handed and pressed the pump right to the bottom so loads came out ,so a little tip is just a little squirt so slightly on the pump allows the liquid to dispence.
The liquid is clear, i found it a little sticky but is really invisible as it states on the box. When i first applied the product it had a slight alcohol smell to it it wasn't nasty but with all the bumf whats in there i expected that
and the scent didn't seem to linger on my face ( mainly jawbone area ). I have been told that spots on the jawline are due to hormones and spots on the temples are usually down to stress!.
I was quite impressed at first as some little pimples were starting to rear there ugly heads so i applied a little liquid and sat and waited for the DR to work it's magic. ( A little of does it work later SORRY! )

      HOW WHEN TO APPLY
Like i said it doesn't state when to use this liquid so off my own back i use as often as i feel the need , really every few hours or when i feel like the product has sunken in and after the normal cleansing routine.
It must be applied with clean fingers or a cotton bud and the skin should be clean and dry.
If i have used too much of this it becomes quite bitty and rubs off in small clumps kind of like my face is peeling ( not a good look ) So little and often is the way i use it.
It does tell you on the box SUNBURN ALERT because it does contain alpha acid that could make skin more sensitive to harmful rays so recommends using a sunscreen and wear protective clothing whilst using the liquid and for a few weeks post using ( ummm are they in England ). The usual with Soap&Glory is don't allow into the eyes if you do rinse immediately with clean water, i havn't tried this and don't intend to as i feel it would be a stinger and bloodshot eyes for a long while so be warned!.

      DOES IT REALLY ZAP ZITS!
Well i found that little pimples you know the kind that normal people have that probably just pop up and don't cause too much trouble like the few that appeared asoon as i opened the box did seem to fade and dry out. This is not going to banish spots on the SPOT ( sorry bad pun ), But in time a few days deppending on the seriousness of the lodger that has decided to take up occupancy on my usual blemish free face, They do seem to fade but as for the medication zits ( 'Medication is all you need' ) as in the song and mine at the moment are Record Breakers! Are really stubborn and have dried up slightly but will take more time GRRRRRRR!.
I do use face masks , scrubs and potions and lotions you name it i use it, so my spots are down to the meds. For more normal people out there and i know all the dooyoo team are normal so this should work on you guys but for those poor soles like me get a paper bag, i have, NO ONLY CODDING ( Not a spelling mistake i say codding instead of kidding ). I did find that the area around the spot became dry and i have also used this as a combat on areas that are spot free so the little mites won't try to break through the Dr liquid!

      GET YOUR HARD EARNED OUT!
I bought this on a weekend that was an ok day pain wise so my hubby took me to buy as i said at Boots.
RETAILING AT £7.15 and as it was 3 for 2 on the 26/02/2011 i got two other S&G products as well ( will review sometime )
Think i got 28points with this alone it's hard to say as i bought other items aswell.

SO WOULD I RECOMMEND AFTER ALL THAT
I think this can be used for nice little pimples and blemishes so goes without saying if you have the odd slight breakout then go for this if you do have the horrible pleasure of more stubborn spots or the mad breakout through certain meds then i personally wouldn't waste your lolly! But is handy to have when my blighters have moved and been evicted from my face just incase i get the odd blemish like i used to not so long ago arrrrr . I have been using for about 6weeks and seem like there is quite a bit left, so i would say it lasts a good few months depending on usage.

        Advantages

        Disadvantages

Great results after a week! after 4weeks Jane fonda will have nothing on me!

Soap & Glory was founded by a clever lady called Marcia. Marcia also founded the big spa chain Bliss so her 15years of experiance and knowledge have put this amazing lady in high accliam to bring new and exciting beauty products to people like myself. Marcia and her team love to create "Budget friendly beauty products" at soap & glory, with fantastic eye catching packaging and funny and sometimes risky slogans but i think thats pretty unique to Soap&Glory and i love that part of it! . At the moment the Sexy mother plucker lip plumper is number 1 in the uk for lip plumper's "i have that and it will be my next review". Today i'm talking about the rollertube applicator for your eyes! . There are many products on the beauty market claiming to banish dark circles and fine lines with big price tags to go along with them and i had yet to find one that did what it stated then along came this beauty!. Soap & Glory have a daily web page called the Daily Muse and can be found at Soap & Glory.com and has updates and info on products and chit chat along with FAQ and also you can submit a new slogan title for a product ( thats a great idea! ).

        THE PRODUCT
I purchased this brilliant rollerball just over a week ago and so far it's a great little eye serum. It claims, and i can back it up to "Reduce fine lines and apperance of wrinkles as well as dark shadows". It has 360% technology and it states "just squeeze and roll onto dark circles and puffs and you won't believe your eyes". As when i wake some mornings after a terrible fitfull nights sleep ( poss 2-3 hours at the most ) i have very sore bloodshot puffy eyes and this lovely cooling moisture serum really is a little diamond, the effects i have had have been great. The serum is so cooling and it helps to smooth tired puffy eyes. The rollerball is an effective piece of beauty technology that you squeeze then roll over the eyelid and under the eye . The rollerball is like little ballbearings at the end of the tube. There are 3 of these in a triangle shape and they are very smooth and cooling. The AMC - ADVANCED MOISTURE COMPLEX aides the instantight and puffease of the serum to give moisture and add brightness to tired dark heavy eyes. This serum can be worn over make up or on it's own, it leaves a soft pinky sheen to under eyes that can be blended in by lightly dabbing with your finger tips. "Sesaflash" skin tightening agents are found in the serum and fantastic illuminators "help to reduce the apperance of fine lines and wrinkles and provide a soft focus and has brightening effects of cucumber", that i know to be true as when i have laid slices of fresh cucumber on my eyelids my eyes do seem brighter and fresher . In most toiletries and oral hygiene products along with being used in medications for dermatological conditions is a perenail herb called Allantoin. This is found in the serum . It is a chemical compound naturally produced by many organisums like plants, and comfrey is a popular source of Allantoin. Comfrey is soothing to burns, sores, bruises, internal and external ulcers and has anti-inflammatory properties ( i had heard of comfrey many times you can have it in tea but to me Allantoin sounded very suspect chemical wise so i checked it out and was pleasantly suprised! ). The moisture serum isn't sticky or gloopy it has a nice luminous texture and absorbs very nicely. I find it better to apply little and often and it kind of has just a very faint scent of hand cream but is not unpleasant you may not detect this but i'm a sniffer and can detect smells at 100yards! It also has added fruit juice and we all know how the skin likes a drink and performs much better when is re-hydrated.

        THE FUNKY PACKAGING
The Soap & Glory range have great eyecatching packaging that even if you didn't know the brand just walking past the products with the daring slogans would be enough to make anybody stop and peruse. To start it's very girly ( i'm a girly girl!) in it's well known pink and white box that really is more packaging than it needs but it's recyclable. It explains what the product does and has a big eye on the front!. On the back it tells you a little story about big name top fashion models secretly spreading haemorrhoid cream under their eyes to combat dark cicles e.c.t ( i have also used this and it does work!) i would rather use Soap & Glory. The tube itself is 11cm from the lid to the end and has 15ml of the product inside this cream coloured iridescent tube . There is very small writing directions on the back so if like me get your specs out!

        THE DURABILITY/PRICE/STAYING POWER/DIRECTIONS
As i said above i like to apply a few times a day firstly after i have used my cleansing products in a morning then throughout the day i have it in my dressing gown pocket ( i have trouble dressing some days although i still like to look like i've made an effort when the kids come home from school and hubby comes home after a week away at work ). I think it livens my spirits to try to take care of my apperance, sometimes i just want to hide under the covers and shut the world out but with 3 kiddies it would be very selfish of me! so to just use little products like this to help wipe away the signs of illness, no sleep, joys and tolls of being a mother and just trying to fight the signs of aging is a must in my book. The directions say squeeze the tube firmly until you see the serum seeping onto the applicator end. Roll it under your eyes from the inside corners outward and repeat as of when needed. I find it refreshes my eyes during the day and makes them seem wider and brighter. The serum does last "i would say a good few hours" but i suppose if you used more than me it would last longer. It does give an illuminous sheer of pink that i think would look lovely over make up and over the top of the eyelid. I also bring the rollerball outwards towards the laughter lines and near my temples ( ok blinking wrinkles ha ha ) and gently dab over the area and this gives a highlight effect that i love. The feel of the serum when first applied was amazing very calming and a lovely treat for my eyes.
        PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
The two shops that stock Soap & Glory are Boots the chemist and Havey Nicks .
At the moment Boots have the 3 for 2 all along the beauty products ( thats where i purchased ) and is currently retailing at £9.19 with 36 advantage card points . You can also buy on Ebay .
I think that this may seem a little steep for an eye cream but this is a serum girls and we all know the benefits of serums and if you get 3 for 2 at Boots BARGAIN along with advantage card points .
Visit wwwBoots.com and don't forget treat street.
www.Soapandglorycosmetics.com for FAQ and lots of products.

RECOMMENDATIONS AND DOES IT WORK !
I would certainly recommend this if you truly use it a good few times a day and don't just stick it in a draw somewhere ( Yep i'm guilty of that with previous products if they didn't work instantly ). I honestly noticed a difference first time and instantly. It really does give you the wide eyed brightness that i so needed and the puffyness was reduced almost immediately ( thats the cucumber ). I obviously need a good nights sleep without being disturbed but until that miracle happens i will stick to this little gem! Thankyou for reading x

I will give 5/5 and in a recent poll from boots and Soap & Glory 50% of women agreed

          Advantages

          Disadvantages

A makeup staple for young girls to older women, don't overlook the french it's Bourjoislishous

I don't know about anybody else but i always think that the French ladies always look chic and have amazing style and when it comes to makeup and fragrances they certanly know a thing or two.I first tried Bourjois about 9years ago.My very beautiful and on trend friend used the range and while getting ready one friday night (all girls together, we always shared makeup, scents and secrets!)i tried this little special marshmallow looking pot and was instantly hooked!.I must admit i always thought it was way out of my price range but since checking and buying Bourjois i can honestly say girls i think this pressed powder is Tres bien!and well within my budget. My friends makeup always looked flawless and i wanted to try to achieve the same effect and after using the bourjois products now for many years i think i have gained the knowledge on how certain products work on my skin and i am very happy with the finished results that this pressed powder gives me.

          BOURJOIS
I don't really know too much about the company but here are a few facts.
The man behind the very first makeup product was the actor Joseph Albert Ponsin and he started making perfumes and makeup for fellow actors (men wore makeup in those days)and actresses in 1863! and used to make the products in his own home, funny now when you think how big the brand is!.He then allowed the creative expertise of one Alaxandre Napoleon Bourjois to join him in this wonderful world of makeup hence Bourjois the name was born. The products are made in france and on the very first boxes it used to say"specail manufacturer of products for feminine beauty" MEN ARE CLEVER!
I think the pressed powders are made the way they used to make them 150years ago but obviously ingredients will have changed along with tests and technology but methods may still be in practise.
THIS IS HOW IT WAS MADE (BRIEF DESCRIPTION)
To achieve the silky light textured powder they first mix carefully the amount of water and powder then it is put in an oven to bake- this is stated that it's the principle base behind the complex recipe that they have been perfecting for over a 150years WOW!

          THe PRODUCT
I love the silky smoothness of this pressed powder i find it's light and easy to apply.I sometimes just wear this over a gradual tan moisturiser then apply and blend to cheeks and temples. I wear it as a blush powder and like the flawless finish it gives to my makeup.I don't like the caked effect on me and like to have a natural look so i don't go overboard because that look doesn't suit me but for more of a coverage this pressed powder is ideal as well as just adding a little colour to my tired washed out face!.The powder has a natural look to it and has a matte finish without looking too false (if you know what i mean).I do see little sparkly pieces here and there when the light catches but i think that adds to the finish of the product but it's not full on sparkle on a friday night makeup girls (don't want to put you off).It has a nice perfume to the powder very very subtle and i can not really smell it on my face when wearing ,although my husband has said it tastes nice when he has given me a peck on the cheek ummmmm HE IS ALWAYS HUNGRY HA HA!.I think it smells of sweets from long ago.

          THE STAYING POWER
I wore a touch of this on my wedding day as did not want to try anything drastic with my makeup and it was fab in the respect that i was made up by my sister who is a beauty therapist at 1pm and had a touch up around 6pm (bearing in mind it was 88*and i perspire alot due to medication)so i think that stood up ok.On that day YSL Highlighter was applied over the top but normally i use(another staple)BOURJOIS Highlighting powder I LOVE THAT!. A bit of blotting tissue is a must for my hand bag and helps my makeup stay in place .

THE PACKAGING AND MY PREFERRED PASTEL
The nice marshmallow shaped pot that the powder comes in is smooth to the touch with the name raised a little on the lid.The lid just slides or screws off which ever way you want to call it! half a twist anticlockwise and it's open (very easy). You get a round pad to apply the powder which just sits neatly on the protective clear plastic covering just inside the lid, although i use a brush to apply mine as i find that easier and also with a brush the powder tends to stay in one piece for me anyway. My preferred pastel is 71sienne i think thats middle of the powder range and gives me a slight bronzed glow.

          DURABILITY
I have had my pressed powder for around 8months now and my previous one lasted a year although i don't use every single day. I find that if you look after your makeup, brushes, products and tools should have great elongevity also don't be too fooled into thinking that makeup goes off or has a short shelf life(apart from mascara)because i heard from a reliable source just use common sense if it smells funny or looks a funny colour then throw it away other wise keep using, just trust your instincts why pay more if the product your using states that it's got a use by date(were just lining cosmetic company's pockets)i have been fine with this but each to there own.

          COST
I bought mine for just under £8.00 from boots and i think if you purchase now the advantage card points are roughly around 28points
It's coming up at amazon for£4.99 plus postage and packaging you can also get your advantage points through treat street at www.Treatstreet.co.uk
All chemist, beauty stores and most supermarkets stock Bourjois

          RECOMMENDATIONS
Well my friend allowed me to borrow hers years ago and i'm really glad she did as for me giving my recommendations to you Dooyooer's out there go and and try it! Bourjois have lived in my makeup bag for over 9years now and i won't be evicting it soon! 3/5

            Advantages

            Disadvantages

For a pound this toothpaste is top marks keeps your breath very fresh and your teeth sparkling clean

We went to Meadowhall shopping center last weekend and nipped into poundland.Although i'm not a big fan of poundland due to the layout of the store, all the pushing and shoving some people like to do and the queue's never seem to get shorter.Like other reviews have said before me you can pick up some brand name toiletries and beauty products for the bargin of only a pound and i love a bargin! Though be warned because if you are like me because (obviously everythings a pound)before you know it you have 20items in your basket thinking you only went in for a couple of items, 20items later your purse is £20 lighter. In the Meadowhall store they have a vast selection of toothpaste's including Macleans,Collgate and a few others.I am obsessed with oral hygiene and i think the first thing strangers see is your smile! We are always on the look out for teeth whitening and i have tried the expensive brands and the new fixations at that present time(usually out of pocket and teeth no different)so we just really go for protection now and if it whitens our teeth BONUS! We are lucky to have healthy teeth in our household and i really think thats down to regular brushing and up keep. THE PRODUCT The toothpaste is a blue gel and i think it sits nicely on the toothbrush. It's not runny or lumpy as i have noticed before with certain toothpaste's,even Arm and hammer.I used to find that the abrassive quality was too harsh and had a grity effect.I think they have rectified this as Brilliant sparkle is very pleasant to use and the minty flavour is freshening. From the very first time i used it i could tell the difference straight away,my teeth looked considerably cleaner and i would stick my neck out here and say 2shades lighter. My gums felt tingly,I like that effect although some people may not but i feel like i've had a really good allover clean. There is a bit of baking soda in the paste that some users don't like but i find that abrassive action gives you the tough but gentle clean that other toothpaste's don't .I have given the toothpaste a good few test runs before reviewing and have looked at the colour it goes during performance, taste, aroma and above all the quality of the product. The gel is blue as said earlier so this goes blue in your mouth and so do your teeth as with other blue toothpaste's,With a good 3to5mins brushing and a little swill at the end to wipe away deposits (my dentist told me that when you brush try not to swill all the remains of the toothpaste as your washing away all the protection) so i try and just empty my mouth of any access paste and just dab my mouth with my towel .Arm and hammer is an established company and have a distinctive logo of an arm(kind of like popeyes muscles)and a hammer hence the name. The Brilliant sparkle has been clinicaly proven to help break up plaque deposits and to provide ULTRA clean teeth! COMBAT PLAQUE COMBAT TOOTH DECAY! THE PACKAGING The box is an eye catching metalic blue with the famous logo on the front. It is a 75ml tube and on the back of the box is the instructions/directions which states the usual about supervising children under 7years of age and to use a pea size amount also to make sure the younger children don't swallow the toothpaste. THE INGREDIENTS Sorbitol, sodium bicarbonate,Aqua, hydrated silica, glycerin, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, aroma, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium saccharin, sodium lauroy sarcosinate, cellulose gum, sodium fluoride, limonene,cl 19140,cl 42090 Doesn't mean much to me but may be helpful to some! THE CONCLUSION I can honestly say that my teeth and my mouth felt very fresh.I ran my tongue across my teeth after food and they felt really smooth and clean and the nice fresh minty taste still lingers for a good few hours. I do clean my teeth a good few times a day and have noticed that in the morning after the last brush the previous night my teeth and mouth still felt pretty clean and my breathe was considerably still fresh, and lets face it nobody wants the morning breathe that we have all had from time to time.I feel this eases this problem. The product states to remove 5times more plaque than other leading toothpastes and i think it's the nasty plaque that gives you the not so fresh breath (to put it nicely). My husband and myself really champion this sparkle toothpaste and it truely lives up to i'ts name of being BRIILIANT SPARKLE and i would recommend this lovely minty experiance to anybody thats likes a mouth sensation! THE PRICE Poundland ERR £1.oo Amazon £3.22 WWW.armandhammer.co.uk for information. STARS 5/5 top product

NICE LITTLE CREAM, FRESH FRAGRANCE THAT HAS STAYING POWER TO LAST FOR DAYS WITHOUT LOOKING PATCHY

If any of you out there read my review on the ST.TROPEZ Everyday gradual tan for the body you will know my lovey husband likes to dabble now and again in USING MY tanning cream for the body.I've got to admit he buys it me so i shouldn't grumble (But the pronoun of "mine" means "belonging to me").He is not really bothered about the face cream because he has a nice natural glow to his face (Probably muck! ha ha no only joking)he doesn't tend to use the tanning cream but i still find the need to hide it.

              THE PRODUCT
As i also like and use ST.TROPEZ body for everyday i wanted to use the same make on my face so as to match up the colour to my body.I have found that i prefer the face moisturiser to the body tanning cream.I think it has the same effects that the body cream has with regards to the gradual tan build up but i think it's easier to apply (probably because it's on my face)and i find that it soaks in a lot better. It's a daily moisturiser, as well as the subtle tan that you build up over a few days but it is very subtle in the fact that i've found that it gives me a nice healthy glow on my face.I didn't want to go for the mahogany effect so this suits me down to the ground.I feel this cream does have more of a fragrance than the body cream buts it's still not the aroma that you get from other tanning products(The burnt sweaty smell yuk!)it's kind of like the old Oil of Ulay aroma before it was renamed(Thats the only thing i can compare it too)so it's not a nasty smell.I've found that the consistency is a little on the thin side but the cream easily absorbs into my skin.I have pretty good skin, if thats the only thing i like on myself (Oh and my mane)so don't really have many problems or reactions to creams and potions but i do find that this product does sting a little around the eye area now and again. It does state on the tube to be careful around the eyes when applying but i tend to think that because ST.TROPEZ is a well known brand and extentive research has gone into the product that this is normal for this to happen now and again because i am very clumsy and heavy handed (If this happened everytime i would discontinue use)It's not only this cream that has made my eye area smart a little, so please be careful around your eyes!.The cream is of white colour and has a nice sheen to it when massaged into the skin and i really feel my skin has had a nice little drink. My face and neck area does feel really smooth and glows even after the first application. The cream has dual functions, aswell as being a subtle gradual tan builder it's also enriched with marine extract aswell as vitamin E, thats well known to improve skins elasticity and help reduce the appearance of fine lines (So it says on the tube)and i back that up "well it's working for me".The only little quibble i have is that my hair is really blond(Yep thats fake aswell)and if you're not careful you Blondie's out there you could have a not so nice brown streak around your hair line.(Will quickly mention how i combat that problem in the directions further down). Also take particular care around the eyebrows aswell!.My skin really feels silky and smooth to the touch and with a hint of tan makes me feel so much better and happier about myself.I know a few reviews have rated this product not the best but it's my friend at the moment and until it upsets me i will stand by it as friends do.

              THE DIRECTIONS
I always exfoliate my face with a scrub and deep cleansing wipes twice a week then wait at least ten minutes before applying my daily moisturiser into my eyebrows and hairline, as i feel this helps form a barrier for the tanning/moisturiser to sit on (In my book And it's not the Gospel)you can never moisturise too much especially in the Great British weather we have.Use circular motions to apply the cream,i like to do this gradually with a small amount then apply more if needed, taking added care around the hairline, eyebrows and paying particular attention to my neck and around the nape of my neck. Also i apply a little to my decolletage. After applying i wash my hands making sure i use the nail brush on my nails, then i use a wet wipe and rub lightly over my eyebrows and a little around my hairline thats if i've been a little careless. Then allow to absorb into the skin before i apply a little highlighter on a brush to my cheekbones, temples, jawline and other areas that catch the light(This defines the outline gives you great definition think HD TV's you get the gist!).Then a bit of mascara add a touch of clear lip-gloss and "VOILA" for the natural look!

              THE PACKAGING
It's the same as the body tube only smaller.I have the 50ml tube and i've had this for well over 4months and if you mix it in with your daily moisturiser you can make the cream really cost effective, also it helps dilute down the cream if you want an even more suble tan (Although i don't feel the need to do this as the cream i purchased is fair to medium shade). The tube is white with the famous ST.TROPEZ name written down the side in thin black writting (Same as the body cream)I like the no nonsense packaging, along with the trusted name your also getting the high standard of product with the easy function of useability. It has a black flip lid and i don't have to squeeze the tube to access the liquid. The tube measures just under 12cm and is smooth to the touch.

COST WISE FOR THE 50ml TUBE
I purchased my ST.TROPEZ for £12.00 from BOOTS and i have been on the website and it's retailing for£11.99 at the moment. If you have an advantage card you can redeem the points awarded(I'm so sorry just as i was looking up the amount of points you get the link disappeared so will update later.I know that you get 48points with the 200ml so i've done a little calculation myself and i'm thinking it could be 12points or more ,will report back!.
              £11.oo from amazon.
£11.00 from John Ginger(Love the name!) follow the link through the dooyoo site on ST.TROPEZ.
EBAY at the moment are retailing anywhere from £4.00 to £10 on the bid site, ummmm not sure about that one but have never tried it so i can't really comment!.
Also if you have a Boots advantage card and you buy things on line from certain stores you can redeem your points if you sign up GREAT IDEA i'm definitely going to try that one out!, just go to www.BOOTS.com or Treat street and follow the link, you get £00.01 for every £1.00 you spend so get spending!

              CONCLUSION
I have found this cream an essentail part of my daily skin care routine.I do find that the product has had some criticism, probably due to the fact it's not the most reasonably priced gradual tanning product there is on the market. On attempting other products i don't consider this one to be any less on performance than the other leading creams within the same price range.I feel this little gradual tanning cream has been overlooked and has had a bit of bad press for being a bit pricey but i'm on my soap box about it but thats just my opinion.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TAN/MOISTURISER AND GIVE IT 3/5

                Advantages

                Disadvantages

Is a bit on pricey side but if used correctly you can achieve lovely results

I want to explain the title. My husband is what you would call a mans man! Under no circumstances does he wear makeup and he is a plumber by trade. So set the scene a big balding burly male that only adds shaving, deodarant and a bit of after shave to his beauty routine. We went to Portugal 18months ago and both developed a nice natural tan.I've used tanning creams for many a year and my lovely hubby has never taken an interest in them. One particular day he decided to go back before me and the kiddie's to the villa after a day on the beach for a shower(and to sneak my ST.TROPEZ).The sight me and the kids got when we went back was ace(wont give details!! he just had ST.TROPEZ on haHa anyway ever since we share(but he buys take note girls!)

WHY I LIKE ST.TROPEZ & WHY IT LIKES MY HUSBAND MORE!
I've tried lots of brands in instant and gradual tanning products, various price ranges so i feel a little bit qualified to review this cream.I bought my first tube of ST.TROPEZ about 3years ago and do feel this is the best out of the range.I find that the cream is of a thick consistency and does not run out of the tube when you tip it upside down so you have to squeeze the tube a little to release the cream. The best thing for both of us is that it doesn't have the usual aroma of other tanning products you can buy which is sometimes one of the tell tale signs of tanning creams along with other pointers. So this is ideal for the secret closet self tanning men out there, that don't want to smell like FAKE TAN!!
(THAT IT I'VE SAID THE F WORD IT'S OUT OF THE WAY NOW!)
This silky smooth cream feels very luxurious and is easy to apply. It does take a while to soak in but i'm going to mention my routine a bit further on for my recommendations. It's a gradual tan that you can build up over a few days then once you have the desired effect you want , use it twice a week or use everyday.I like ST. TROPEZ because even though my husband and myself have pale to medium skin tones it doesn't look fake. The tan it gives you is a natural looking tan and does have a slight perfume to it but it doesn't give away the normal aroma you associate with other tanning creams and ST.TROPEZ stick by that. They state that it gives off 70%less aroma that makes some tanning creams a bit whiffy!I must admit that it suits my hubby more than me and it's not the way he applies it because i apply it for him!Different skins and skin tones react differently so you should always do a skin test with any skin products.

THE RECOMMENDATIONS AND HOW TO APPLY.
I always exfoliate with a body scrub paying particular attention to ankles, elbows and i tent to find that all dry parts of the body need this too. After patting myself down with a towel i then apply moisturiser, again paying attention to ankles e.c.t.Leave your moisturiser to absorb say ten minutes or so.When your ready to start use small amounts and rub into your skin, dont worry about applying it over the same place a few times just try to make sure you get an even coverage (i never put it straight onto my knees or ankles i just take it from somewhere else and rub in sparingly). You will be able to see where you've rubbed it in as the cream leaves a nice glow to the skin as it asorbs. It does take a while to soak into the skin so i suggest to leave dressing as long as you can to get the best effect.Be patient and do try to build up the tan as i feel too much too soon can possibly create an uneven tan but so far we have been streak free.

                THE PRICE FOR 200ml
The last time i purchased the cream it was about £15 from Boots. The price's now are as follows
                BOOTS £14.00 + 48 advantage points
                BEAUTYENHANCEMENT £12.99 THATS A WEBSITE
BOOTS do sell this and a range of different products on line for tips and questions go to
www.BOOTS.com They deliver -for standard delivery it's £2.95 on orders over £45.00 it's FREE!

                THE PACKAGING
The tube cannot be missed as it's very distinctive. It has a white background and on the front is ST.TROPEZ in thin black writing Along the right side of the tube / The colour desired is in small writing on the left.Down to the lid it's got a black neck with a white flip top lid on the end.

                WOULD I RECOMMEND ST.TROPEZ
Yes if your a person that use's gradual tan on a regular basis and don't mind paying a little bit more than other brands .ALSO A BIG TO DO IS WASH YOUR HANDS STRAIGHT AFTER or wear gloves.you can buy thin specialist gloves that don't cost the earth and you can wash them after so you can re-use.And also doesn't have a sun factor in it so be careful. It comes in 2 shades FAIR TO MEDIUM / MEDIUM TO DARK
                THANKYOU FOR READING

Fantastic hi -tec headset for todays gaming enthusiast's and mums too!

Its our youngest sons birthday this week and for a present he asked for the turtle beach x11 headset. Now i don't claim to be an expert on gaming accessories but as my eldest son acquired a pair for christmas i have since learnt a bit about these and had a dabble myself.I must say i am very impressed!it's like being at the cinema's. Prior to these he had a cheaper set and at the time we thought that these would be suitable but after having a go myself and our eldest son raving about the turtle beach we decided to full fill his wishes. As we was going to meadowhall saturday we wanted to have a look around and compare the prices.I'm kicking myself now because after going on the net when we arrived home we found that amazon was £15 + postage and packaging cheaper (never mind live and learn!).

                  THE PRODUCT
We couldn't believe how comfortable they are. They sit around your ears instead of on top of the ear.The colour of the headset is black and white. It has 2 volumes sliders- one is for chatting to friends /play mates and the other is for game audio. This is by far the most serious of gaming equipment and has the competitive edge by bringing the Xbox live together with the ability to listen to opponents and the game sound at the same time. The beauty about the headset is while everybody in the household is in bed my son can play games, chat to friends, listen to music, watch DVD's' without disturbing anyone else (although be warned this doesn't mute childrens voice's).It's very easy to set up it has 3 leads 1to the TV/ 1 to the xbox/1 to the controller. You can also connect the USB upto your computer/laptop and that allows you to listen and watch DVD's' without the sound disturbing anybody else.It states that listening to moderate/high levels of sound can harm your hearing. If you experience ringing in your ears at any time it means it's too loud and to turn the volume down. The sound quality is amazing! you can hear the enemies footsteps/re-loading/planting bombs down, this is for shooting games.for football games you can hear commentators/referee but really its made for action games such as halo/black ops/modern warfare and other action games. It also repeat's what you say back but talking abit more quieter can stop that problem.

                  THE PACKAGING
The packing that the headset comes in is like most gaming products and you probably need a pair of scissor's to aid you open it.It has a clear plastic protective casing on the front and cardboard on the back explaining what you get when you purchase the headset.

                  THE PRICE
                  The game station £49.99
                  Amazon £34.99

                  RECOMMENDATIONS
I have to admit that i have had a little helper (although he is bigger than me)to assist me with some of the terms used by the gaming world but this is all my own words and i have asked my son his opinion about the turtle beach x11 and he thinks this is the best headset on the market for the price.

                    Advantages

                    Disadvantages

overall a good cleaner anti-bacterial spray

As i have a touch of o.c.d im always trying to combat ways of killing germs that possibly my lovely little kiddie winks have brought home with them or even my little doggie lola(although she couldn't bring her mummy germs in because she just too cute) Anyway i'm that bad or good you might say that the kids are always harping on about germs and not drinking out of same glasses e.c.t that i have to be careful sometimes so i don't make them a bunch of hypo's ha! but as i used to have my own little cafe and have been on different courses i no the effects of poor hygiene.I don't want to scare or harp on bout certain forms of bacteria coz its boring and i need to talk about the product so here goes.

                    THE CLEANER
Its a clear solution and claims to kill 99% of bacteria such as "sam" and "ella" sorry(salmonella),listeria, and Ecoli and 3 other nasty little blighters you wouldn't want i could list them but save you the boring read!. It states that it cleans and protects without odour(i come to that in a bit!)and doesn't stain surfaces.I use this product everywhere from the worktops to the sink, bin lids, door handles, taps, phone, microwave, cupboard doors you name it if its not stuck down it gets zapped with my spray gun.I have to be careful as nobody wants germs! but as im not well my husband has not got a spleen and my little girl is under hospital for same thing so could end up haveing hers out and that means there immune system not as good among other things so i have to have a BUG FREE house.I always wear gloves with any chemicals even though this is not stated it does say people with sensitive skin should not use for a long amount of time so i suggest gloves!I like to wash the area first with clean soapy water(sorry common sense),
to get rid of spillages, grease, fingermarks e.c.t then just a quick wipe to get rid of the soapiness then start to spray.Turn the spray nozzle to the on that is marked on the blue square bit of the nozzle a few little blasts and it starts to come through,i always spray at arms lenght away from face and eyes onto the surface you are cleaning. When im cleaning door handles with the cleaner i use a (i call them old j-cloths so cheap from asda also usually about ten in a pack for pennies.)so i spray the cloth a couple of times scrunch the cloth up and get cracking with the cleaning. There is no need to rinse the cleaner off so try not to use too much a little does go a long way!Right the aroma IT STATES that there is no smell but i have keen sense off smell nothing gets past my hooter!but i can smell this!It does smell clean and fresh and has a kind of pine fragrance to it(that will be the disinfectant in it)its not overpowering and soon goes but sometimes i think pine smells of LOOS! but im not overly put off by the scent.

                    THE INGREDIENTS
lESS THAN 5% non ionic surfactants (the usual for cleaning solutions)
                    Disinfectant
                    AND PERFUME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                    THE PACKAGING
It comes in a 500ml clear bottle with a sticker on the front stating what the product is and on the back the directions for use -about the product, the ingredients, the warning(which i think i've said more to be honest!)
and the caution -ventilate room after use keep away from kiddies dont drink (yuk) but most importantly
do not allow pets(especially cats r r r) to walk on the surfaces you have just cleaned with the cleaner or until they are dry because cats like to lick and clean their paws e.c.t so not good!aslong as left a good deal of time to dry should be ok!.The spray nozzle is a bit on the leaky side so make sure after use you turn the nozzle to off i've left open before by mistake live and learn!.Also on the back label is the ASDA try me love me guarantee -if you not happy with the product they will refund AND replace smashing good old ASDA!

                    RECOMMENDATIONS
I like this product (i do honest.)I think its good value for money its under a pound 97p last time i checked but prices do change from time to time but sure wont be much more.I would pay £1.20 for it but dont tell ASDA.
It does state that its a cleaner aswell as an anti-bacterial spray but i like the good oldfashioned soapy water before i de-germ but thats just me. It would do as good a job- its what you are used to.My bottle usually last me a good 2-3 weeks depending how well i am to clean, kids and hubby do it for me then but i usually sneak and do again but ive got faith in the ASDA brand and whats 1% between friends

A nice clean looking combination oven to suit all needs

This silver and black stylish combi grill microwave oven was given to us as a wedding present 18months ago! I have to say prior to using this snazzy piece of appliance we only used our other microwave to warm things such as beans and a few other bits and bobs really it was just taking up space and was just another item to wipe down.We have experimented with this microwave and found the handy recipe booklet you get free with it very easy to use with step by step instructions.

                      THE MICROWAVE~
8oo maximum watt- when buying food items to be cooked or re-heated always look for the wattage this explains how long the product will take to cook, warm or re-heat.
1200 watt is the micro power consumption
1000 watt is the grill power consumption
                      20 liters oven capacity
                      245mm turntable diameter
                      452X390X262mm external dimensions ( L x W x H )
                      12.7kg approx net weight
It has lots of other little handy extra's i.e the defrost function ( always distribute food evenly and lay it flat as this thaws better than it being bulk.)
The combi cooking function is really handy as it allows you to cook food as well as grilling it at the same time so you can impress your friends with amazing food that's got the look that has just come out of the oven.
When the microwave has finished the selected programme it bleeps like other microwaves but if you are like me and tend to forget you have put something in because you busy doing other things then it just carrys on bleeping until you open the door!.You also get a metal wrack with the appliance to use with the grill option.
With the microwave you get an instruction booklet as you always get but this comes in useful as it tells you the weight and times of cooking and how long it will take you to cook things like vegetables, stews, soups, baby foods( always be carefull with baby foods make sure you do your own lip test) , desserts and lots of other foods.
As i said earlier it gives you a great little recipe booklet that has some lovely recipes such as casseroles, lamb chops with apricots plus some vegetarian options like potatoes dauphinois, vegetable bake and a few other options.

Would i recommend this microwave?. Well yes i would.I have done the price check and for all the extra's you get i think its definitely bang on the nose for value for money. It's easy to take apart to clean, but don't think that you wouldn't use the grill option because once you have used it you will wonder what you have been missing as i find it easier to clean than the grill in my standard oven as i have trouble bending so with the microwave being high up it does give you the pleasure of cleaning something at eye level.I think that the price was nearly £50 for the microwave over 18months ago but has come down in price as things seem to do.I hope you get as much use out of it as what i have!!

an all round decent shampoo smells nice is easy to wash out and gives hair shine

I don't like to admit but i am not a natural blond and have been colouring and haveing my hair bleached for over 15 years. I do like to try various brands and types of shampoo's. As we in our household all love a bargin. I usually tend to go with whats on offer at the time then if i'm pleased with the shampoo i do stick with it for a while.TRESemme is a shampoo that i have used numerous times and came across the blond type and just had to try.A few of my friends are very good hairdresses and give me a few tips and recommend certain products. The shampoo's now adays are very kind to hair and are not as harsh as they used to be.TRESemme is aworldwide known company and makes products in England that is always nice to know. They pride themselves on being affordable to none professionals but the products are of a salon quality. For salon and tips go toTRESemme.co.uk for lots of stylist secrets.

The shampoo comes in 200ml or 500ml and the packageing is pretty usual for shampoo,s,although the bottle is a kind of matalic gold'y yellow colour .The lid is the kind that you push down at one end and a little opening appears for the shampoo to exit.It is a lovely smelling fragrance that escapes from the bottle asoon as you open the lid ,it's not over powering but does smell a bit like sweeties and lemon -thats most probably the chamomile extract that claims to remove dulling mineral deposits to help give your hair vibrancy and add more shine.

The directions -Squeeze a small amount into to palm of the hand and coat the hair as you would normally(one tip i've been told from a friend is to massage from scalp then work your way down to the ends to prevent the hair cuticles from openeing because they are the cause of split ends.)I love to make silly styles and shapes with my hair when coverd in shampoo (reverting back to my youth!)Another little tip i use is to wash shampoo out in warm water then just before you finished rinse under cold water if you can stand it as this also can add to more shine i usually do that- try it see what you think! I really like to get a good lather going and TRESemme certainly gives you that. The fragrance definately pops under your nose when washing and smells lovely ,fresh, and really does last for 2 days or so depending on wether you stand over a hot cooker all day another tip for blonds is inbetween washes revamp hair with a bit of talc rubbed between palms then run through hair from roots espesally.

The price is affordable at £4.07 from boots for the 500ml with 16advantage points and i found or rather my husband nipped into netto one day and found an limited edition pack with the shampoo and conditioner really buy the shampoo get the conditioner FREE and that was an amazeing £3.97 BARGIN! so he got me two so ive had a good trial with this type and have found that it really is not alot different from all the other brands of blond products there is on the market now but it is not any worse and i would say its up in the top 5

I would recommend this shampoo to other blonds out there if you can get it on offer all the better but i wouldn't shout this type from the roof tops but that just my opinion

                          Advantages

                          Disadvantages

This nice black cute tv is of good picture quality, great price and a sound make

We decided to purchase a new tv for our son 13 months ago. We didn't want anthing bigger than 16" as our son is in what only can be described as the box bedroom. He is a typical lad in respect that he practically lives in his pit! He needed a tv that was compact and could be wall mounted but full of technology(more of the tecno in a bit.)We looked around different electrical shops then ended up at the good old faithful ARGOS where we knew we wouldn't be hassled. The picture quality is good aslong as you angle the tv to your view when laying down, as the horizontal position is a must for a pre-teen ha ha!

                          ALBA
WE have had Alba electrical products numerous times in the past and we think they are value for money and would recommend this make and model (Quality goods for anybodies paypacket)

                          THE TECNO BIT
200 freeview channels (which my son says is "sick" and apparently means GOOD!)
                          1000 page text
HDMI input- right i'm informed that carries high quality digital pictures and sound for high def tvs
and also connects games consoles i.e xboxes, hd boxes and blue ray dvd players
(well i learn't something new there!)
                          NICAM digital stereo
                          Intergrated dvd player- side loading
Scart socket, that means the lead carries pictures, sounds and signals to other electricals i.e dvd players, set top boxes and digital recorders
Headphone socket, which is a must for any parent of pre-teen kids!
                          A/V connections
Remote control, long gone are the days of using legs to walk to change the channel over.
2X2.5 rms output,to be honest i was told this bit went straight over my head.

                          CONCLUSION
This snazzy little tv in my sons own words is "WICKED" (better than "sick")It's got all the bag of mashings that you really need in a tv. You will need a wall mount bracket with this, if you dont want to use the stand you can get them at argos, e-bay and most electrical stores. There roughly around the £25 mark or maybe a little cheaper. This tv is on e-bay at the moment for around £85 which i think is great value for money considering the gadgets built in with this model . I give this television 4/5

                            Advantages

                            Disadvantages

Stylish and definatley got top marks from me

The last hob we had was clearly an accident waiting to happen. To cut a long story short it had a glass lid over the top and i left a ring on and it exploded within a few inches of my face so i was lucky!!
This indesit hob was definately a safety purchase with respect to me being clumsy and we just couldn't risk this happening again i got away scot free before i am not that lucky to get away with it again

                            THE HOB
This hob is definately in the twenty first century with regards to controls, safety and features. The hob is smooth and porless and has a stainless steel frame. The ceramic glass used for heating the rings is top quality which you always get with indesit. The heating rings heat up in about 20 to 30 seconds after you have turned the control knob on. There are four of them, 2 large ones, one in the top left and other one is bottom right and then opposite for the smaller ones. A rapid form of heat is produced from the halogen rings and they are so simple to use even i can use them! There are 4 control knobs to co-incise with the rings. The knobs regulate the temperature from a minimum of 1 to 12. Just above the control knobs is an indicator light to tell you one of the rings has been turned on(i thought this was essentail due to me being accident prone)but the best feature i feel is the 4 little lights at the bootom of the hob telling you that it's still warm even when you have turned the rings off. Each little light comes on even telling you which ring is still warm GENIUS!. It's very easy to clean if you catch spills asoon as the hob as cooled down.

                            Price
We purchased this hob about 2years ago when my husband fitted my new kitchen and i think it was around £200 to £300 mark today it's retailing at £159.99 from www.appliancesonline with free delivery.

I love to cook and need a hob that is easy to work and to keep looking like brand new and this fits the bill i would recommend this hob to anybody wanting safety, style, easy function and durability 5/5

                              Advantages

                              • "Ease of use"

                              Disadvantages

                              Good, reliable, quiet

Front loading sleek white washing machine.
This machine we purchased earlier on last year and for a family of five it has to be a pretty good machine .We have two boys that play football and school rugby and the mud and dirt that they must roll about in is a nuisence to get rid of.I have always been someone who likes to see white washing blowing on the washing line and along with the washing powder it really does a good job
SPIN is 1200 which i think should be the normal spin for all washers as when my washing has finished and is taken out and hung out or in the bad weather we have had put in tumble dryer it does not take much ironing
The easy iron botton is on constant although when i wash whites on a 90* wash it does not come on.
It also has an extra rinse action that you just press i like to make sure things are really rinsed for my kids sensitive skins and this option allows this.
It has an extra stain remover action button aswell which comes in handy
The special shoe wash action is BRILLIANT i was a bit cautious at first. I wanted to wash some suede boots so i took the risk and it paid off. They was not ugg boots though so do that at your own risk. The boots came out lovely and clean.
                              90* takes 2hr 35mins
                              40* takes 40mins
And a quick daily wash for none too soiled clothes takes 30mins
                              30* silk curtains takes 55mins
I rate this washing machine 5\5
We have had 3 machines in 7yrs and have to say this is best so far

                                Advantages

                                Disadvantages

A lovely sunday teatime film for all the family that you can watch over and over again

This beautiful family film is a must buy for not only children but people of all ages .My children and myself went to the cinema to see this film and we all enjoyed it, even my two nearly teenage children.
This funny clever story is about a middle aged man who lost his wife and he is now left with 7 little rascals {children} who love to cause havoc. The father of this unruly clan is called Mr brown {played by Colin Firth} I love him as a actor and never fails to be witty and funny and this film has got his name written all over it.
The children are going through nannies like no tomorrow, the father is at his wits end and thats when Nanny McPhee magically turns up
                                Nanny McPhee is what i would call a cross between Kathy Bates and Dame Edna {played by Emma Thompson} Her teeth are her best feature {bet she doesn't floss} she show's the children family values{nothing like mary popins apart from magic}and they soon realise that being little imps {to put it mildly}
doesn't get them what they want in life.
The children play very good parts and get up to all kinds of mischief the eldest son Simon is definately the leader of the pack but very loveable .
Dont want to give too much away but as in all family movies there is nearly always a happy ending and this one doesn't let you down.
Angela Lansbury plays a good part {it's not like murder she wrote} along with a trip to the dentist for nanny McPhee the great aunt needs a trip to the 0ptitions as you will see in the film.
                                AN MGM CLASSIC

Film Running time 1h 34 minutes
                                Bonus features casting the children,village life,nanny Mcphee makeover,deleted scenes,gag reel,how the story came about,and 2 audio commentaries
This film is real value for money at Amazon for £3.26 also at asda and argos
Its classified as a U for all ages.

                                  Advantages

                                  Disadvantages

All in all a good workout, hard at first but you got to persevere

                                  Davina High Energy Five

Davina is one of the best celeb workouts there is .my sister gave me the dvd after i had put weight on due to illness.I thought oh no not another workout dvd thats hard to do and is patronizing but Davina and the team are not like that.

You can see that Davina enjoys working out and you got to admit she looks amazing!
There are five sections to the workout with a warm up and a cool down like any good fitness dvd should
I loved the dvd because my main aim was and is to lose weight and to do that you need to burn calories and to burn the fat you need to get your heart rate up .Beause i had done no fitness never mind exercise for a long while i thought that i would struggle with it then just end up putting it with the other dvd's known as dust collecters in our house but this is a great if not tiring dvd.
Aswell as the aerobics section that gets your heart rate up it gets your blood pumping and a nice red face if it hurts a bit its working!
The next section is the legs it is a bit of a grueler but hang in there and the results are good, along with the legs is the bottom and everybody wants a nice bottom. One of the exercises is with you on all fours lifting your leg up pumping it up and down thats a killer but worth the effort
The pump section is grand for the bingo wings and works the top of your body so gives you a bit of a breather before the next one.
Abbs is next its the ultimate tightening workout if its burning its working
And last of the sections is boxing for those of you who have not passed out!
The cool down is last lots of taking deep breaths and bringing the heart rate safely down.Davina Jackie and mark talk you through the exercises Jackie does the easier ones and Davina does the advanced ones
I find the subtitles handy the first few times you do it.
The team that Davina has with her are her trusted fitness trainers Jackie and Mark Wren they keep her on her toes.
The music is pretty good and helps keep you interested .Each section is around twenty mins long but dont clock watch or will drag.
There is diferent versions being wether you are a fitness fan for the more advanced workout or if like me the easier option.
To see proper results and to get maximum effect Davina reccomends that you just choose two of the sections and do them both three times a week {like the boxing then the pump section for the upper body and arms}then alternate it so you having a variety of workout and always do the warm up and cooldown sections so you dont pull the muscles you did not know you had.
conclusion its a good starter dvd for people that been a couch potato, aslong as you do the easy section ,the steps are easy to follow it helps if you like Davina got to admit i do come and go with it might do it for few weeks then have a break but you do really feel the benefit of getting your heart rate up and release endorphins thats the feel good natural drug you get from exercise .
it has subtitles like most dvds its 123mins long and has two extras\ meeting and getting the backgrond on Jackie and mark Wren and agood misic mix Hope you see results soon!
