Unfortunately I cannot buy a Ferrari, however by happy chance I first bought this cologne in an airport on the way home from holiday. Now I cannot say it is the best cologne I have every used but it certainly smells good. It's scent is not overpowering, nor pungent, only subtly ensuring that if, on a special occasion I need to impress my girlfriend, I can.
The bottle is a real treat to look at, it normal comes in a bright Ferrari Red box that you get to ask from behind the counter. This may all be a little childish and just me fantasising over, dare I say it, when I can buy my first Ferrari. But my point here is to say that it offers more than just a scent, it comes with class, a style that, if asked about your cologne you can proudly stand there and spurt the words Ferrari.
This review may be me just proving that I am easily taken in by a name, but I have to admit that my girlfriend likes it, I get compliments for wearing it and it does genuinely smell good. I cannot promise that everyone else will have the same buying experience that I have had getting the Ferrari Eau De Toilette, bit a little part of me says why not try and see for yourself?
Finally, for the price it really is worth it.
Without getting to excited about a deodorant I'm pretty sure I will never use any other anti-perspirant or deodorant than this, unless it's for an extra special occasion. I am an incredibly active person who really does appreciate both the strength and the finesse of this product. Not only this but the fact that it is invisible is possibly my favourite thing. Other brands normally leave white marks on your armpits but this does not. Meaning I can wear any top or shirt without having to worry about either white marks or sweating. I mean what else could you possibly ask for from a deodorant.
I cannot write this review without mentioning the smell, it is refreshing, possibly not the greatest smelling deodorant of all time, but after all it is for every day use. It smells fresh and honestly does keep my armpit dry for 24 hours. I apply in the morning and the next morning I am still dry and need to wash it off as I shower.
The only downfall really is that it can get a little sticky when first applied if not dry enough after a shower, but that is a price I will pay for the comfort and security of knowing I will not sweat or smell for 24-48hours if need be. Perfect for your every day use.
I recently purchased this Blu-Ray player to go alongside a new Bravia 46" 3D TV.
Firstly, aesthetically this is a beautifully crafted blu-ray player, it is sleek, appealing and pleasing to the eye. It sits perfectly in the front room and really is stylish, for a blu-ray player that is. It is probably the thinnest, most lightweight player I have ever used and looks somewhat professional stood under the TV on the stand.
The set-up as with the Sony TV was incredibly easy, it has all your standard components placed at the back so it was easy enough to pop in the HDMI and get it up and running. As well as this there is literally no sound when it starts up or is running. It is incredibly quiet when in use and on stand by. Further, even though this is somewhat superfluous the HELLO message that comes on the player's screen when it starts up is a nice touch as well as the Sony logo illuminating. Sometimes these little things really do add to the watching experience and it seems Sony has got it right on this occasion.
When it comes to energy saving this player really is handy, as soon as you switch off the main TV it automatically shuts down so there's no possibility for you to leave it running over night. It is up and running in seconds and allows you to watch some stunning Blu-ray DVDs. Furthermore the remote is incredibly easy to use, with all the functions you need to watch the dvd easily and navigate throughout the movie, or whatever you may be watching. As well as this it also responds to the main sony TVs remote so if you have a sony bravia TV already this is a bonus as you will only need one remote for both TV and the player.
When it comes to visual quality the player is of the highest quality, allowing me to watch blu-ray and normal DVDs to my hearts content safe in the knowledge that what I get to see on my screen is of the utmost standard. The 3D picture it shows is amazing, watching TINTIN for instance was quality. We bought a Gold HDMI lead to go with it as it is faster and perfect for the fast moving 3D movies. The audio again has always been perfect.
The functionality of the Player is also very good, easy to use and everyone who has sat down in front of the TV wanting to use the player so far has easily come to grips with it. The player also has internet capabilities but I can't really comment on that as I have not used it as of yet, but based on the experience of using it I've had so far it would go without saying that the internet would almost certainly be an added bonus to what is already a fine piece of technology.
All in all this is my favourite Blu-ray player that I have purchased and would strongly recommend it for its Audio/Visual output, functionality and little extras that really make this a great buy for anyone.
Finally I must admit that I got it free when I bought my TV, so obviously I would say it is great value for money, but based on current prices I would gladly spend that on this piece of equipment.
I bought this incredible TV a few months ago and what a buy it was. Never have I been so excited to open and set up a television before. The applications this TV has is insane. Set-up was actually incredibly easy, from turning it on to having it all up and running only took about 20 mins including put on the stand and allowing the TV to search for Channels. There was a very simple guide that ran you through.
Firstly lets start with the screen quality - wow, the crispness and quality it has when watching movies is great, and even though is an edge-lit screen the centre of the screen still doesn't get too dark when watching darker movies. It does not lose any quality even being at 46 inches and really does make things feel more life like, especially in close ups. Its motion functionality and refresh rate means that in fast paced movies or television it does not drag and looks as clear and very real. Watching Blu-Ray on it is something else, the quality is immense. When watching movies you truly feel immersed in the experience. Now onto 3D, we watched TINTIN on this and it was something else, the 3D glasses are quite expensive but the life like experience you receive was quality.
Further the sound only gets better, admittedly I bought a sound bar but have listened to it with out the sound bar and it produces audio that not many other TVs seem to have the ability to do. There are a ridiculous amount of other applications like getting onto the internet and skype which would be fantastic if I had internet at the minute. Another great feature is the ability to plug in any usb stick and it will play the media off that.
There is a great feature named "home" which allows you to scroll through easily all the settings, which I played with quite a bit in order to find the perfect settings. You can easily reach the internet access and skype. In here you can turn on features that turn off the screen if you are too close, energy saving options that turn off the television if there is no movement from the watcher. Admittedly we had to turn off the option to turn the screen off if someone gets too close as everytime someone walked passed it would turn itself off. It has a huge amount of input outputs, including around 4 HDMI, 2 USB as well as your standard RGB and component all of which we use for the blu-ray player and the sound bar.
The only disadvantage was the amount of time it took me to set up the screen to get it perfect for what I wanted, but once I had that sorted the screen looked absolutely fantastic. Now I can watch Blu-Ray movies knowing that they will look great everytime without worry of it getting too dark.
Finally it may use a lot of electricity but simply removing the plug every night keeps the costs of that down.
The remote is incredibly easy to use, and even my girlfriend and flatmates have come to grips to it very quickly. The guide is easy to use, you can set reminders easily and watch HD channels if they are available.
I bought these speakers for my girlfriend for her birthday, and I think it was one of the better gifts I have bought her before. The base alone is incredible and really makes you feel the music. Furthermore the functionality is incredible, after all it is a Bose. Granted it is quite costly but this goes without saying and all in all is worth the price for the length of warranty and satisfaction. The control is pretty handy and has a reasonable range across the room, further when you pop in your ipod it quickly syncs and charges simultaneously. It is weighty, but it is incredibly sturdy. The sound quality is crisp, the speakers can really make any song sound amazing for its size. I would recommend these speakers to anyone who wants there room to be filled with high quality sound, perfect for parties or for some chilled music.
