I was in the very fortunate position of being able to upgrade for free to the apple iphone and was delighted when i got it.
I spent every second of my life playing games, messing about on the app store and generally just wasting time.
It's now 18 months down the line and I'm wondering whether i would ever consider buying one and the answer is no!
I didn't buy insurance for the simple £12 a month. I got very careful with it and yet still after 18 months it has slowly fallen apart.
Only one of the speakers works, it freezes a lot and the apps will open and close randomly. The silent switch broke within about a month.
These aren't durable phones and for the money you're expected to pay it's just not worth it.
They are amazing gadgets and good fun to have but i don't feel they are an essential bit of life.
I have wasted hours of my life which i will never get back.
However much i love having an iphone i won't upgrade to another one. I will get a cheaper phone and save some money and time and suggest others do the same.
I bought the N130 as a replacement for my broken laptop. I am a student so price was a large factor.
I opted for a Samsung because of the reliable name but there are a few issues although some positives as well.
The battery life on this notebook is exceptional you can watch 2 films without plugging it in on a medium brightness.
The size and weight even for a netbook is very good and it is very easy to type and use as a laptop. It's also very easy to connect up to bigger screens and use the dual view option using a VGA cabel which on the small screen is very helpful.
The problem I have with it is the constant crashing and freezing and general just frustration of constantly turning it off and on again.
I only paid £220 but the Samsung above my dad has was only £50 more and i would suggest that is definitely the better option.
I's true you do get what you pay for and paying a little bit more is the better option.
