This could quite possibly be the best gadget ever made. Having used one of these phones for around a month I was sorry to see it go. The fun you can have with it is endless. I was particularly impressed with apples app store. This was by far the best feature of the phone in my eyes and let me spend hours scrolling through all of the apps, useful and pointless. I found the pointless ones always gave a giggle such as russian roulette. The phone its self performs well. I would say it is average as a phone but the best at doing everything else. The interface is really easy to use and navigate around and looks really cool as well. The only thing I did find with the phone was the keyboard. I kept pressing several keys at once but I always do this when I get a new touch phone so maybe its just my fat fingers. Also, I would say that even though it one of the best gadgets around I do think that the price is a little steep compared to phones that do similar things.
The film is based around three young lads who are just about to leave School, but want to finish it with a bang. There are lots of leaving parties being talked about and it is Seth's plan to get stupidly drunk so that he can sleep with a girl he has been after all his school life. He is convinced he can make love to her. Most of the film is about their hilarious adventure of trying to get alcohol and get to a party.
Then one of the characters gets his had on a fake I.D naming him as McLovin which i thought was great. He tests the I.D out when Seth volunteers to buy alcohol for an end of year party. Then things start to go wrong for them all. They end up separated and trying to follow their own paths to get to the party.
Overall the film doesn't have the greatest storyline but was one of the funniest I have seen in a long time. If you like silly teen humour then this is definitely a film for you. Provides loads of giggles and many scenes will stick in your mind for a while.
This television is proudly mounted to my living room wall, it's great. Being a 42" it really does give great detail when watching films and when watching HD it's just fantastic. The viera engine works really well as if there are colours missing in the picture the viera fills these in. This leads to a really good picture that has great colour and depth. The 1080p works great to show off your sky HD, i'm into watching a lot of sport and it looks amazing watching the big match on such a great T.V. The great thing about a plasma T.V is that you can view it from angles greater than a L.C.D. My living room is quite narrow so its great to be able to have a fair few people watching it and not have to worry about the angle. The only downside to this T.V is the expense involved in getting its full potential out. To really see the benefits you need H.D sky or blu-ray and the good HDMI cables which can be quite expensive.
Blackberry is supposed to the best for business and email, but on the storm it can take ages to set up as you have to go about registering accounts e.t.c before any action can take place. I do like the clicking screen however as it stops you clicking on unwanted objects like on other touch screen phones. At first I was pressing a few keys at a time which can get frustrating after a while but you get used to it and when i did all was okay. The email system is very good when I finally set it up and was very impressed by most of the apps for the phone. The blackberry app store is forever growing so it wont be too long until there are a vast amount of extra apps available for the phone. The menu screens look very attractive and I found the phone relatively easy to use after bieng told by a few people that blackberry's where complicated. I don't agree with this. Overall it is an average phone, nothing spectacular but with some improvements could be great. Put it this way, I think I am going to get myself the Storm2.
I bought this as my second car and was pleasantly surprised. I heard lots of bad things about FIAT and especially the Fix It Again Tomorrow joke. I have now owned the X reg car for 2 years and have only ever had to service, MOT, and I changed my brake pads and discs. Nothing mechanical or electrical has gone wrong on the car and having known the previous owner they never discovered any problems with it. It always starts first time whatever the weather and is really good fun to drive. I was quite surprised at how quick the car really is. The 130BHP engine really does kick out the power and is really really good fun. This goes along with its sporty ride height and stiffer sport springs. You really can feel everything through the road so if you are looking for a quick sporty hatch you cant go too far wrong with one of these. The only thing i would say is only being 18 the insurance, fuel and tax can get a bit pricey. Also i can imagine that for a sensible town car it would have a bit of a stiff ride for around town.
When I bought this phone I was extremely excited about my new gadget. To start with I was impressed. I liked how the phone looked and the sliding mechanism felt quite robust too. On startup I liked the look of the menu screens as they looked quite professional and easy to read. After using the phone for a while however i started to find the problems with it. The phone kept freezing which meant I had to turn it off and back on. This happens quite regularly and I don't have much on the phone to clog up the memory. When using the handset quite frequently as well I felt the phone was quite slow and sluggish going through the menu screens and when asking it to do something. Loading messaging e.t.c. can become quite tedious if you are using the phone a lot. It starts to wear you down after a while and led me to get frustrated. On the upside however the memory is massive so it great for photographs and music, also the camera is very good. It allowed me to take some good photos at some motorsport events with minimal fuss. Overall i was disappointed with the nokia as i have always had the N series phones and have always been impressed but this one did not live up to the mark.
I bought this laptop to take with me to university, its a nice size and not too heavy to carry about with you. It looks the part as well with its nice gloss blue finish on the outside casing and matt finish around the keyboard so it wont show all the dirty marks. It was very easy to set up straight out of the box and i easily installed windows 7 as an upgrade. The laptop is very quick at booting up and shutting down. It really is good if you like to press the button and not wait around for too long for it too boot up. My favourite feature though is the crystal clear widescreen. It has great picture quality and is really easy to see and great for videos. The sound quality compliments this perfectly with the dolby home theatre system that sounds great. The webcam also gives a very good picture and is great for the likes of MSN and works well without freezing up. Overall it was a great buy and next time I buy a laptop i will look for the upgrade of this one. I seriously do recommend this laptop.
