A Tyke at heart (or, more specifically a Loiner) - but living in Heidelberg, Germany at the moment.

Work as a translator at a German software company called SAP, which gives me lots of time to potter about on the internet when no-one is looking.

Currently pursuing a frivolous whim to teach myself Japanese. Most useful phrase so far? Has to be:
"Sumimasen, anata no kaban wa kore desu ka?"
"Excuse me, is this your suitcase?"
You never know when it might come in useful!
