Normally when a celebrity brings out a fragrance its seems to be advertised everywhere but i didnt even know about this until i was browsing in Boots one day. I was with my mum helping her to choose a new perfume and saw this. Like everything in Boots its more expensive there than anywhere else and a 30ml bottle is £23.00. However we ended up going to get it in Semi Chem where it was about £10 for the same size bottle, so i suggest that you have a look about for a better deal that Boots offer as the perfume is definately not worth anymore than £10 in my opinion. My mum is extremely fussy about fragrances, and the smell she hates the most is vanilla as it often triggers her severe migranes so i was extremely surprised when she choose this. All i can smell from this is vanilla and she agreed with me but she says she could also smell something else from it and it didnt have that sickly sweet smell that vanilla has. The ingredients are Sicilian bergamot, fig leaves, pear blossom, sandalwood, driftwood, cashmere musk, olibanum absolute and amber. However i can only smell vanilla and it reminds me of an impulse body spray that i had years ago at school. It just smells really cheap, and like something that should be in a lipbalm or something, not a celebrity perfume. The good thing is, it so far hasnt given my mum any headaches and she has been using it bout 6 months now. Also i have found that it has quite good staying power. I dont really like it but i have used it a couple of times when i have ran out of my own perfume and one spray on the wrist is very long lasting and i think its strong enough and any more makes it too sickly. I really wasnt impressed with this, no wonder its not been advertised anywhere. Its made by Coty, who are also responsible for making the Beckhams awful fragrances aswell so the next time i see anything by Coty, i will be staying clear.
Im not a fan of roll on's. I didnt see how they could provide you with anything different that a spray does, but although sprays smell nice, i havent found one that actually lives up to its 24 or 48 hours dryness claim. However, after reading a review on here about how great this was, i decided to give it a go. I got it from Boots for £4.99, i did grudge paying this but it has worked so well that i probably would have paid more for it . I stood for ages in Boots looking for it, because it was on the very bottom shelf almost out of view. It seems like all the gimmiky hair minimising and aromatherapy type sprays have center stage in the shops because they look great, when really the shops would probably bring in more money if they has the products that actually work in plain sight! Anyway...unlike other roll on's, this came in a little box with an instruction leaflet. The box is the actual size of the product so it will last a while. Its called an anti perspirant cream and it claims that is been dermatologically tested to prevent wetness for 48 hours. Its a clear plastic casing with a dial at the bottom that you turn two or three times to dispence the cream. I have found that that is enough product to give a large coverage area. A thing i liked about this, is that the cream is reallt easy to rub in. Even when i had a bit of stubble and my underarms had a bit of shaving rash it still glided on really easily. I didnt experience any stinging, tingling or redness after using. Like most of Doves products it has 1/4 mouisurising cream in it so my skin didnt sting or go red when i applied it straight after shaving. It also doesnt take as long to dry as expected, a few minutes and i could get dressed. It says you get best results if you apply at night, but i have also been putting it on during the day aswell. I have to admit, this is really great. I havent had any wetness or odour since using it and my underarms feel a bit softer. When i do start to feel like i might sweat, my underarms have still been feeling warm, but they are still completelt dry. It does confuse me a bit though since its a cream that you are applying and i do wonder how when you get warm you dont just sweat it off, but its really impressive. The only downside i have is that after a few hours you cant smell it anymore. It has that standard Dove soapy smell which is nice and pleasent, but even after a while when i get a bit warm i still cant smell it. But it does do its job brilliantly so i cant complain too much! If you still arent impressed though, wait till you hear this. I applied this about 7.30ish last night before i went out, didnt apply anymore when i got up today and about 12pm i went swimming. I thought that it would definately come off with the chlorine so didnt mind that i would have to probably put it on again after that. However, i forgot to put it in my bag and ended up going for a longswim and went into the sauna for about 10 mins. I thought it would definately have comeoff after all that but that was hours ago and its now about 6 hours later and im still dry! I am totally amazed that its managed to survive that, so im going to stock up on this for my summer holidays!
Even though this is from Nivea and is relatively cheap (about £10 for a 50ml jar) its quite good and i have seen it get a lot of good reveiws from magazines and on the programme that Gok Wan presents. It was given to a group of women to test for a few weeks and was found to be better than a few more expensive anti wrinkle creams. It comes in a solid jar, which means its even better value for money since you can get all of the product finished. The cream is a kind of pale lemon colour and smells quite pleasant and you are able to smell it throughout the day. The main thing that attracted me to this was the fact that it has an spf of 15 in it. A lot of face creams dont have an spf in them, which i think is pointless as the sun is the main cause of ageing so how can a cream prevent wrinkles if its not protecting against them and stopping any new ones from appearing. My skin can get quite oily and the first few times i used this i really wasnt impressed as it didnt dry in properly and left my face really shiny. However i found that if i apply a little less of it and give my skin a little facial, and really rub it in then wait about 10 minutes before applying my make up then it seems to be a lot better. It definately make my skin feel mouisturised and if you have any dry patches this will sort it out. You have to be quite careful when putting this on your eyes, because if it goes in them it will really sting and you willl have to wash it off and start again. Now, on the point of it working as an anti wrinkle cream, i have noticed a bit of a difference in my skin since using it. I have a few liitle wrinkles round my eyes and they do appear to be less noticeable. It may be the fact that i have been using this nearly every day and so the mouisturising effect has made my skin look better since its not used to it. But i think its mainly the fact that its got an spf in it. So if you are on the lookout for an anti wrinkle cream then i suggest that you try this first before going for something more gimmiky like the current, caffiene, rollerball like creams that claim to pretty much do everything under the sun.
Ahh............reality tv. I just cant get enough of it and will watch pretty much anything thats full of rich people living it up in America. But the show that started off my addiction was The Hills which i watched religiously and now that probably the nicest person from the show has a show all to herself, im now addicted to this! The City is all about Whitney Port and starts off from where she left her job in L.A in the fourth series of the Hills. She got a job with DVF in New york and moves there to work her way up the career ladder. At first its hard not to feel really sorry for her as she moved to the city all alone and only knew some random guy called Jay that she had been on one like date with so she looked a bit desparate to say the least. However she did manage to move in with a girl called Erin that its never been explained how they knew each other?! At work she meets a girl called Olivia who turns out to be a well known socialite who nobody seems to really like. You soon find out why though, she is very too faced and has strong opinions about everyone and although she comes across as a nasty biatch, its good tv (look out for her spatt with her blonde boss at Elle magazine!). Olivas cousin Nevan also features quite a bit as apparently his rich family cut him off from the family inheritance and he now lives on her couch. He comes across as very camp but they are entertaining to watch, a bit like Will and Grace i think! As well as Whitney being very pretty, shes also very stylish and has a few knockout outfits that make you sooo jelous that she can pull of that laid back, i just rolled out bed look. Also, although Olivias style is very different, more preppy and classic, she also has some great looks (especially her gorgeous hair!) Like other reality shows its hard to tell which parts are scripted and because of this it makes me wonder how stupid Whitney must feel sometimes. Mainly because of her kind of boyfriend Jay. He just seems to mess the poor girl about sometimes, he wants to see Whitney all the time but doesnt want to "put a name on it" and say they are a couple and other douchebag like, man hoe quotes. Now, any normal girl would be able to see thats the work of a serial womaniser who wants to have his cake and eat it, but not poor dim Whitney! Theres also a lot of scenes with Erin and her old boyfriend/new boyfriend drama as well as Jays on again/off again friends Adam and Allie who seem to constantly have some sort of relationship problem which conveniently all manage to get caught on camera ;) I do really like this, but the big difference is the annoying rich kid attitude. I know that in the Hills that most of them were from money but i dont think the cast were as rude and up themselves as the cast/models/actors are in this. Maybe thats what people in New York are like in comparisin to L.A? I dont really know but i find that the rudeness and the im better than you attidute is very obvious. Saying that, if you are a fan of other shows in the same genre then have a look and see what happens.......whats the worst that can happen? Well i suppose you might get addicted to it?!! Right now the channel Viva is showing the first season on tuesday nights and will prob show the second one when it finishes. Hopefully the 3rd series will be on MTV very soon...
Like most people, i prefer having a freeview box because its not a monthly subscription like Sky and it has quite a lot of good channels for the one off cost of the box. But like all the things the big brand names bring out, there is always a cheaper version made shortly afterwards for the people after a bargain. So here it is, the freeview equivilant of the Sky plus box! Unlike the Sky plus box, this isnt a monthly subscription and from what i have heard from my friends, it has more memory aswell. Its a great little compact box (although it is a bit heavy) and is 7.0x18.5x23.0(H/W/D)cm. Its also quite a trendy looking little box and all my friends have commented on how expensive it looks, nothing like you would expect from a freeview box. My parents got me this for christmas from Comet and they are £150 but i am sure like most things you would get it slightly cheaper if you shopped around. However i do think thats a pretty good price for how good it is. There isnt much setting up to do, just 2 plugs, 1 into the tv and one into that scart plug socket thing (the little circle hole for the signal) and then you can switch it on. It takes about 30 seconds to start up and then you can do a search for the channels which also doesnt take long. It comes with a remote and instructions, but annoyingly i still have to use my normal tv remote for some things and i found it easier to just play around with the remote to work out what everything does, as i dont think the instructions are brilliant. When its switched on there is a little green light on, and when its recording there is a red light and when you are watching something back another green light comes on. The channel menu is accessed by pressing the button "EPG" and from this you can scroll through for the next 6 or 7 days to see whats on and set up and recordings. It does say you can see the next 8 days but its not very often, 6 or 7 days is the average. The record button is clearly marked and if there is something you want to record then you just find it in the menu and press record. If its a series, you are given the option to record the entire series by pressing the blue button. However this doesnt always work as i have found that i cant record any series links for things on the channel 4music. It says that the hard drive is 250 GB, but for anyone like me who doesnt even know what that means, i currently have 90 hours worth of recordings, 21 hours set up in timers and 20 hours free left to record. Thats a whopping amount of things for such a tiny little box to hold alone without any additional memory cards or anything i think. You can also sort the library to show the programmes in alphabetical order, newest, and what you have and havent used which is ideal so you dont get disorganised. You can do this by looking at the bottom of the screen and using the coloured buttons to change it. Also there is a timers button which you can see what you have set up to record in the future and delete it if you have changed your mind. I always leave my box on but even if you turn it off it will still record. You can also pause live tv, record two programmes at once and there is also quite a lot of radio channels. The only bad thing i can think of is that occasionally it freezes a bit and you have to switch it on and off for a minute, but i think thats because i have it on all the time. I really cant praise this enough, it is really easy to use and its great quality recording, it just looks like you are watching the programme live.
The Kardashians.............a family more desparate for fame than Jordan and Paris Hilton put together, but boy do they make good trashy tv! Incase you havent heard of them (which you probably havent as they arent as big here as they are in the US) they are mainly only famous because A-Middle daughter Kim had a sex tape out with a minor celebs brother (the signer Brandys brother Ray J) and B-Their late father Robert was the lawyer who represent OJ Simpson in his murder trial. There you go, that now means that this family are considered celebrities and have their own show on the E! channel. The family is made up of Kris Jenner (mother) Bruce Jenner (yes, the sportsman and stepfather to the oldest 4) Oldest daughter Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, the only boy Rob and two youngest daughters whos father is Bruce, Kendall and Kylie. The show is the same standard half scripted half reality show that follows the family around their day to day glamourous fame seeking life. To be honest though Kim seems to have become the biggest star from all of this as she has given her name to pretty much anythting going including slimming pills, salad bars, shoes, clothes etc etc, oh and she has also posed for Playboy. She also seems to be the most boring family member aswell though and is far too up herself and always complaining how hard a life she has and how much she works (yes taking your clothes off and doing interveiws talking about yourself for thousands of dollars must become pretty tiring Kim!) My favourites to watch are Kourtney and Khloe. They really are hillarious and seem the only people in the family who actually realise that they have no actual talent and shouldnt take this fame thing so seriously. Although they arent immune to the lure of doing stupid things for money as Khloe posed nude for a PETA campain and Kourtney was actually filmed giving birth! That must have been some paycheck! Apart from all the funny stuff and all the reasons to make fun of them there are times when you cant help but feel sorry for them. Kourtneys boyfriend Scott is constantly messing her around and always getting into arguments with her family and Khloe has also had numerous boyfriends cheat on her and had a lot of bad press (shes been to jail and is constantly called a man because of her large build). And there is also the fact that people seem to try and sell a lot of stories about the family, with Kims ex releasing her sex tape and someone trying to sell naked photos of Kourtney to the press. If you love the kind of reality shows like the hills, what Katie did next etc then you will probably like this aswell. The channel 4music is currently showing the 2nd series and E! has the newest season, which i think is season 4 currently playing.
To be honest i had totally forgotten all about this, i have so many bits and bobs of make up in my make up bag this hasnt been used for years. I bought it about 4 years ago and i had only sharpened it once because i have barely used it. Its in Boots for £14 which is extremely steep for what it is and the size of it. Once again it seems that its the name you are paying for and not the quality. Its a 1.4g eye brightning pencil that is meant to be used for the inside rims of the eyes (where your tear ducts are) and under the arch of your eyebrow, and anywhere else you thing you might need a bit of brightning. Its a pale pink colour which is meant to be the ideal colour for brightning. I know a lot of people will think it sounds a brilliant idea so they look more awake and it stops you looking tired, but thats all it is, a brilliant idea, not a reality. I have found that this tends to be the case with the majority of the Benefit products and its more about the trend of having a designer product regardless of it being able to actually do anything. When i apply this to the inner corners of my eyes it feels a bit too rough and scrathcy for that area and no matter how little i put on, that it doesnt really look right and make my eyes look really dry and not looking bright and awake like it suggests. I know you arent meant to really rub it in but if you dont blend it i slightly it just looks like you have drawn white lines round your eyes. It does look slightly better when i have a tan on my face as the white is a bit more obvious and my eyes look a bit brighter but its still make my eyes look really dry which they arent. I think if you are looking for a brightning effect on your eyes you would be better buying a cheap white eyeshadow and trying that as i have heard that make up artists often do this and its way cheaper than wasting your money on this.
Incase you havent noticed nude tones are everywhere right now and its not just clothes im talking about! Even your nails have to match this seasons new trend, and so with this in mind i set off looking for a nude coloured nail varnish. The only decent ones i seen were by a brand called OPI but its about £10 for a bottle which i just think is a bit daft to pay for a nail varnish but even though i searched for ages the only colour which i had in mind that i could find was from Revlon. To be honest i didnt even know Revlon did nail varnishes, i had just never noticed before but was quite excited to see they had the perfect shade called pink nude which is number 900. However it sells for about £6.29 in Boots which i think is still pretty steep for a nail varnish but it is slightly bigger than your average nail varnish as its a 14ml bottle and it was the only colour i could findthat i liked. The bottle says that two coats should be applied to get the best results but i found that even with three coats on i was still really dissapointed. I know its meant to be a nudey colour and so shouldnt be really obvious but when its on it just basically looked like a clear varnish. When its in the bottle it doesnt look like a really runny thin colour but thats what it is. Another thing is that even though 2 coats is too little, when you put 3 coats on you end up being able to see the actual brush marks when it dries and that it chips far too easily not just at the nail tip but also at the bottom of the nail at the cuticle. I was really dissapointed in this especially considering the price and its prevented me from trying and of the other colours in the range incase its the same. I grude going out to buy another varnish or throwing this away since its the most i have ever spent so i now use a kind of whiteish nail strenghtining varnish from Nivea as a base coat before applying 2 coat of Revlon and it does make it look better and a bit more prominent than before. I will finish using this but the next time if i cant get a cheap varnish i like i would rather pay £10 and get one that i know is a celeb favourite and actually looks good when its on.
I have been using Ghds and colouring my hair for years so i always need to use deep conditioning treatments on my hair and even though Soap and Glory dont specialise in hair products i have been really pleased with the results of this product and im even going to go as far to say that its better than a few of the leading brands! I first got this in a little set at christmas but i couldnt get it again by itself again for months afterwards so was a bit dissapointed that it wasnt so widely available but i managed to get it again in Boots for £6 for a 200ml tube. Its a squeezable plastic tube so even when you cant squeeze anymore out its easy enough to cut open to get the last bit out which is normally another two applications i have found. Its the same standard Soap and Glory smell, like the righteous butter or for anyone who isnt a fan it reminds me of the perfume Stunning by Katie Price. It does linger afterwards which is great if you also have another of their products on as its a stronger smell. The back of the tube suggests that you apply a handful and leave for 60 seconds for a daily smooth and 3-4 minutes for a more intense weekly treatment. However i find that i get the best results when i apply after i come out the shower and comb it through and either leave for a few hours or apply it right before bed and then wash it off in the morning. It does say it leaves hair smooth and shiny and coats and controls split ends and i know that will probably put some people off as they dont want a film left over their hair but i would advise to just avoid putting it on your roots as it really is good for smoothing split ends! My hair always feels so soft and easy to manage afterwards and its one of only two deep conditioners that i have found that actually make a difference to my dry and damaged hair.
When i first heard of Sanctuary i thought it was a Boots own brand product as i didnt think any of the products looked very enticing, but i later found out that Sanctuary is actually a spa in London and these are the products they use. Well it just goes to show that just because something has a brand name and is more pricey, doesnt mean that its good! I got this in a little mini set with the shower gel being only 75ml but Boots are selling this tiny little bottle for £2.29 when a normal 150-200ml bottle of Dove or something can be bought for about £1! Anyway... the first thing that put me of this was the smell. It says it has fragrant spices in it and its not a pleasant smell. It kind of reminds me of ginger or something and isnt a nice scent to be trying to wake you up first thing in the morning. Next thing is, there is no way of getting a lather out of this so it basically just feels like you are rubbing gel all over your body and not feeling clean afterwards. No matter if i just put the gel onto my hand or on one of those body puff things it doesnt make a difference as i dont get a lather and so i dont know how they can call this a body wash since no washing gets done. The gel also has little bursts of more scent but these dont make any difference to the lathering and so i dont really see the point of them. All in all, this is a terrible product, even really cheap shower gels get a decent lather and smell nice and if this is the kind of rubbish products that they use in the swanky salons in London then i dont think i will bother going to them!
Although this has been around for years and sells for really cheaply, i still havent found anything like it and whenever i wear it i still get compliments about it. I usually buy if from my local Semi Chem where a 30ml bottle sells for £15 but Boots have the same size for £30 so i would recommend having a look around in the discount stores before heading to Boots as i think that is a complete rip off. The bottle alone is enough to make you want to buy it as you can see from the picture above. That is the bigger sized bottle and the 30ml one i have is kind of like a squashed version in that the bottle is a longer version up and down the way and has a lid that can be removed, wheras the one above you just twist the top silver part. I normally use this fragrance for night outs as its a bit strong, not overpowering that you will get a headache or anything but i just prefer perfumes for daywear to be a bit lighter and fresher. There is still nothing i can think of that this smells of on the market right now so i'll try my best to explain it! The ingredients say it has amber, apricot and vanilla in it, although i dont think of vanilla when i smell it, but i think apricot must be the unusual ingredient that makes it so distinctive as i havent heard of any other fragrances having thhis in them. There is also something called pimento in it, which i have never heard of before and japanese osmanthus flower. Its described a spicy fragrance and i do agree. Its not at all musky, which is sometimes the case with nightime fragrances and no matter who you smell it on, it always smells the same. This is great as i hate that when you smell a nice perfume on someone but it doesnt smell the same on you. Its really long lasting, but the scent doesnt change over time, i find that its still as nice as when you first spray it as it is later on in the night. I really cant fault this at all, and the aftershave is also just as nice.
I have been buying this on and off for about two years now and i keep trying new products but always end up coming back to this. The packaging is slightly different to the above picture, in that its a white tube that isnt see through but i think this must be the new packaged product that i have. There is also mouisturisers in the range so if you like this then i advise you try them as they are just as good. Its from Superdrugs own brand range and its sbout £2.99 but there is often deals on like 3 for 2 so its a bit cheaper. Like i have mentioned in some of my other reveiws, i wax so i need a tough exfoiliator to get rid of ingrowing hairs etc and this always does the job for me. Unlike other scrubs, this isnt runny or more mouisturiser than scrub. Its very thick and not a lot is needed to get a good coverage. I can squeeze about the size of a 2 pence piece amount onto my leg and it will be enough for the whole leg, from the ankle to the top of my thigh. I always fell like its really making a difference to my skin as its quite hard beads of exfoiliator in it and they dont dissolve or anything so you can scrub for as long as you need. It says that its a body scrub, although i do sometimes use it on my face and it seems to be ok, but im just careful that i dont rub too hard as when i do this on my body i sometimes go a bit red so i dont want to get that on my face. Although it contains vitamin e i dont really feel that i am really mouisturised afterwards and i still need to use a body lotion. I suppose though that since its giving me a deep scrub then i cant expect it to soothe my skin as well. It doesnt leave a film on my skin and it smells great, it reminds me a bit of palmers cocoa butter and i cant really fault it since it does such a good job better than more expensive brands.
Its my worst nightmare when i have a night out only to wake up on the day and find i have a spot. This is why i ended up buying this in Boots a while ago. It was £4.20 which i thought was quite expensive for a little 15ml tube. But it did say clearly on the front that it reduces spots in four hours and take away the redness that normally make a spot so obvious, so i was willing to pay it. Its a clear gel that you apply directly to the spot with either clean fingers or a cotton bud. It says that its suitable to use under and over make up but its not really true i found. Although the gel dries clear it leaves a slight film over the spot and so when you try to apply make up over it, it ends up flaking off as you have to dab your make up on over it to cover the redness so it ends up taking the gel off. And if you put it on over make up you can notice it on your skin as it tends to take of your make up as its a watery gel so obviously its going to take away the effect of having foundation or concelear on the spot. On the days that i have this on without having make up on i still dont find that it does much. I definately dont see a reduction in the redness of the spot as it says it should do, even after a whole day of use. It says it can be used whenever needed so i can only only assume that the only way it will work is if you are constantly applying it. I usually only apply it two or three times maximum throughout the day and one of those times is usually before i go to bed, but even then the spot is normally no different to what it is when i dont apply the gel. But if this is the case, then surely it cant be good for your skin and the spot for you to be constantly touching it as it might make it worse and more prone to spreading the bacteria and ending up with another spot? Another thing is that it doesnt work on blackheads, it doesnt say it does though, but it also doesnt specify what types of spots it does work on either. For example is it more effective if applied when you get that tingly feeling that means a spot is coming or for whiteheads etc. I think the Clean and Clear range is more aimed at teenagers thaN young people in their twenties or older, but teenagers tend to have more problems with their skin than adults do so i dont see how this will be effective for them either. I wouldnt waste your money on this as i recently read that the best thing for your skin is tea tree oil so thats on my shopping list for when this runs out.
I love celebrity gossip, however i grudge paying for all those weekly celeb gossip mags. Basically because most of them all have the same stories in them, even though their front covers tell you otherwise and you end up reading stories about stars that have been in the papers for the past week anyway so its just the same stories with different headings and nothing new. This is where Perez Hilton comes in...... Perez is based in America and is the first to know all the best gossip, and best of all his website is free to use, no suscription fees or anything and its updated constantly. From what i hear Perez doesnt have an office or anything, but works on his laptop in a local coffee shop and his "sources" email him all the breaking news which he then loads onto the website. Not a bad job if you can get it, eh? I have only bee using the website for the past two years, but from what i have heard he has been about quite a while and his website used to be called 666.com or something. Ironically Perez has become a celebrity in his own right in America, mostly i think due to the fact that he is so unforgiving about the people he writes about and so they are trying to get on his best side so he wont be so brutal. But i think this is the reason that he is so popular, he says the things that the magazines cant and doesnt care if the celeb in question knows he says it. I first started checking this website because of the coverage it gave to reality show "the hills" as i was such a big fan but the programme wasnt that big over here and the gossip mags didnt know about them. If you watch the hills then you will probably have heard of speidi who are constantly on his pages with some attention grabbing story. He was also the first to report on Michael Jacksons death, Tiger Woods affairs, and was also talking about Lady Gaga before she was big. Its also how i found out about Glee and often has sneek peeks of what to come. It not just American celebs that he writes about though as Jordan, Cheryl Cole and Kerry Katona are often featured on his pages to. If you are a regular buyer of Heat, Closer, Reveal and Ok magazine then i suggest you go have a look on this and see if you like it and save your money for something better than magazines.
Because i wax and use an epilator, i often get ingrowing hairs. The only way to prevent these are by exfoiliating regularly. This means i have to exfoiliate two or three times a week and need a good strong body scrub. After trying the shower gel in this range, i picked this up for £2.99 from Boots . I dont know what papaya smells like so i cant comment on it, but i can definately smell the mango from this. Its really nice and citrusy smelling and always puts me in a good mood when i use it becasue it reminds me of summertime. To start with i used a tiny amount but found that it wasnt tough enough so i ended up having to keep getting more from the tube for every area of my body. This became really time consuming as i can normally just squeeze a dollop onto my thigh and it does my whole leg etc. It seemed to be a bit too runny and so its hard to get a good scrub when you're in the shower. Afterwards my skin did feel smoother but slightly dry, althought to be fair it doesnt say that it has a mouisturising effect. I think this would be better suited for people with sensetive skin as like i said its not harsh but is still effective. The smell is just gorgeous and when used in conjunction with the shower gel the smell does last faintly on your skin although not for a full day. There isnt actually anything wrong with this scrub, i just find that it isnt effective in giving my skin the deep scrub it need.
