Having never really fished properly myself I was unsure as to what to expect from this game but I was pleasantly surprised. Though difficult to pick up at the start and a few times reading the manual needed, once I had it the game is really quite fun. Not fast paced, as you'd imagine, I found it very relaxing and when you do get a bite (2-5 mins with the right lure) its quite fun to reel 'em in nd see if its big enough to win the competition. Only one downside really and that's the soundtrack; it gets rather repetitive after a few plays. I haven't finished the game yet and I'm pretty sure from looking at the manual that there's alot in store for me yet, but I'd definately recommend this to fishing types: the game is chock full of real life brands and you can use any lure with any rod and boat which I'm sure you would love.
Do I ever get bored of flying around with a board strapped to my feet ... Nah. SXX group was wonderful in its day but I went looking for something new and I thought I'd found it in Shaun White Snowboarding. However on trying to actually play the game, difficulties arose. I brought the game first hand from my local "Game" store so there can be question that it was scratched etc. The problem was that after creating my character and kitting up the game did not progress from the loading screen. I wasnt sure whether it was just first time problems so after 30 mins i switched off and tried again but the problems were the same. The bits that I did get to do seemed great but I word to the wise about buying this for someone else - you might want to check it runs through first.
This is by far the best printer system Ive ever used. So many printers start out well but get through ink too quickly or get soooo slow at printing/scanning. Well the Canon Pixma MP460 does neither of these things, it actually does many things I didnt even realise when I brought it. Like when you scan a document in, the software that comes with the system can recognise font and letters so you can edit what the document says then print it out. As you can imagine this is great news if you've spotted a misprint and forgot to save or if you just fancy changing the headline of a newspaper. The scanner is amazing honestly I scanned something the other day to make a copy of it and I could not tell the difference between the copy and original (luckily the original had a fold in it). One thing I think could be improved is that to duplex print, ie print on both sides you have to take the printout and put it back into the papertray which is a little inconvenient but hey. All in all a brilliant printer system for family use and includes some great software to boot.
The Wilkinson Sword Telescopic Hand Shears are great for people who tend to get backache or strain in their arms because they are so light. he telescopic mechanism is great for not only reaching upwards to those higher branches but also reaching across to bushes further back in the border without treading on border plants. To extend the shears you must twist the rubber handles, pull the shears to the length you need then twist the handles back to their original position to lock the shears at that length. A few times when first using these shears I unlocked the handles by accident which was a bit annoying but I soon got the hang of using them without doing that. Because the blades are Wilkinson Sword they remain sharp for ages: Ive had mine for over a year and still not had to sharpen them, which is really convenient. All in all these are a really great idea and very well designed to make trimming the garden even more enjoyable.
Ive had this phone for nearly a year on contract with 3. Its a great phone: lightweight; durable; small but the buttons are large enough to use. It also comes with software for your computer so its easy to transfer music and photos between the two devices. However over the past months a few faults have begun to develop in the functionality of the phone. First the bottom right button on the keypad has become extremely sensitive to the point where you cannot use the 9 button without pressing it. This is very fustrating especially when you're trying to text as spaces will randomly insert themselves making it impossible to use the predictive text to any length. Second, the back panel of the phone is very weakly attached to the phone which is great for when you're trying to get it off but not so good when your speaking to someone and its creaking or rattling. I take good care of the phone and I don't think ive ever dropped it but I can't imagine this phone will last much longer before its replaced. All in all disappointing workmanship on the phone reders this product a short lived wonder.
the Western Digital My Passport Essential is a highly effective way of backing up PCs or laptops. i brought mine off the internet 2 weeks ago (end of may) as an urgent backup for my laptop. the transfer of information is not the fastest but the passport comes with software that can be installed and makes the syncronization of the device very easy. 250GB is sufficient for 70,000 photos. the design and structure of the passport is sleek and stylish aswell as hardy. the device is a similar shape and size to the standard british passport so its great for taking around with you and handy to transfer and share photos due to the ability of the device to create profiles for different computers. all in all this is a great way to back up your important files as well as share photos with friends since passwords can easily be applied to any profile to ensure security.
as my first digital camera the Canon Powershot SX10 really enstilled me with a passion for photography. you can vary the shutter speed as much as required to get different effects on your photos. there's also lots of pre programmed shutter speeds that i found very helpful when first trying my hand. the memory is more than sufficient as long as you remember to transfer your photos onto another device occasionally, approx 600 photos. the camera can also take video which is great when a photo just won't cut it. the optical zoom of only x4 was my main concern when i brought the camera but its never limited what photos i take, though for more advanced photographers it may not be sufficient. one of the Canon Powershot SX10 's best features is the large viewing screen which is great for taking quick snaps and checking you've got everybody in the photo! for those who prefer to use the viewfinder there's one of those too. all in all a great first time camera - brilliant for taking quick photos of people, scenery and anything else you can think of :)
