Moved back to Yorkshire (West) after 7 years of being castaway in Essex. The hills are bigger than I remember and a tad steeper too. All those years living as a Southern softy I guess. ;)

I'm 37 going on 6 and am happily married to an amazing woman and she's utterly utterly brilliant.

We have 2 deranged cats with a pathilogical fear of plastic bags and a Parson Russell Terrier called Zhaan who arrived the day before Easter Sunday. At least I don't have to share my chocolate with her!

I've been vegan for seven years now and it's something that I would recommend to anyone to try even if only for six months. If nothing else it makes you far more aware of what you comsume and you don't need to worry about any of the usual cross contamination issues in a vegan fridge.

Life is short, don't waste it wondering what to do with it. If your not sure do something don't just sit there, yes you. You know who you are, go on get on with it!
