Like many people I flat out refused to get an E-Reader when they first came out. I branded kindles as pure evil and holed up with my stack of paperbacks, judging anyone who dared come near me with that damned electronic ink.
My mind was soon changed when I received one of these E-Readers as a gift from my grandparents. I'm ashamed to say I was initially ungrateful and didn't even turn it on for a good day or so when I downloaded one of the free e-books I got with the device. I was immediately hooked.
Granted, compared to some of the other brands of E-Reader the Sony is quite laggy but for what it's used for I genuinely don't think all of the gimmicks such as the ability to play video are necessary. It's incredibly simple to use and what I liked the best of all when compared
To an Amazon Kindle was when its plugged into a computer there is software that you can use to sort out your e-book library. I found this extremely useful especially as when I was trying to sort my mums kindle books out I got so frustrated at the system I had to walk away from it.
I have the red version of this and it's shallow to say but I love how pretty it is.
If any one is looking for an easy to use e-book with very paperback looking pages I would definitely recommend this.
I don't have particularly sensitive skin but I do get dry skin on my face quite a lot. So I thought I'd give these simple face wipes a try after watching adverts bragging about how amazing they are for your skin. I was horribly disappointed! After a few days of using these wipes my skin began to resemble that of a lizard. The wipes completely dried my skin out. If these are designed for sensitive skin then they must have been tested in a rhino. I'm definitely going to stick to other brands from now on as simple appear to use more chemicals than some other companies that make no such innocent claims.
On the up side, these wipes smell really nice and if they didn't turn me into a reptile I'd want to use them just so my skin smelled like the fragrance they use on these supposedly all natural wipes.
Now I'm a girl who loves her liquid eyeliner! I've tried them all from mac to boujoir but none have ever even slightly come close to this little beauty. It's one of the cheapest yet it seems to do its job far more efficiently than the more expensive brands. I can 100% testify to its stay ability as I've worn it on plenty of nights out and have come home with my make up in great condition. For
It's price I can see why people would be skeptical but it really is a diamond in the rough for beauty bargain hunters. The nib is very fine so gives a very accurate line.
The only downside to this eyeliner is now and again they'll have a batch that make my eyelids feel as though they're being burned. However, this soon dies down and as a consistent purchaser of this eyeliner for over 5 years I can count on one hand the amount of times this has happened to me. (I don't have particularly sensitive skin).
In summary I wholeheartedly suggest putting any cosmetic snobbery to the side and buying this little bargain!
Having had violet coloured hair for two years and being a tad apprehensive about going brunette, I decided to go for a hair dye that was at the more expensive end of the scale. I cannot express enough how well this hair dye worked for me. I went from having pinky purple hair to a natural looking brunette in just under an hour.
In the box as with most hair dyes you get the solution, some gloves (these ones are actual rubber gloves not cheap plastic ones) and a post dye conditioner.
The instructions are pretty simple to follow and the foam Makes it a lot less messy with application. The conditioner smells really good too. I'd rate this hair dye 5/5 for colour being true to the box and ease of use. I'd definitely pay that little bit extra for it to get a good home hair dye that gives a depth of colour that can't always be achieved at home
