Archerfish is a website which pays you to click ads. The amount they pay you is absolutely ridicolous. You get between 0.2 and 0.5 maximum per hit. Oh yes, sorry, if you are wondering, I am talking about 0.2 of a penny, in other words, 5 clicks earny you...a penny!
Yes, it is true that they send you ads every day, and you can make a penny a day, some time even, ... 2 pennies!!!
In a month this can make you half a pound richer, in 3 good months you may reach 2 Pounds, and yes, guess what, you only need to reach 3 Pounds to cash in.
And I have not told you yet about the best part, the referral scheme. Here we are talking about serious money, you get 10% of what your referrals make. If you have 23 zillions referrals you can make a lot of money!
Bottom line, give it a miss.
I do not always sign up to loyalty cards because in the end this means that you have to carry them with you, and together with credit cards and debit cards and all the rest, the risk is that something goes lost.
However, the Boots Advantage card is really good because it gives you 4p for each pound you spend in store. This effectively means a 4% rebate! I regularly buy things at Boots, although they are not big items, it all adds up!
In order to have the card you can register and then send them the form. Any Boots will give you the form.
You then need to redeem your points when you have them for vouchers, and the good thing is that you can do it in store. The only problem is that you can only buy with points or with money, which means that when you redeem you should try to purchase goods which total exactly the value of your card.
They also have some regular offers for card holders, where they give you extra goods.
It is a good loyalty card and I do not see anything negative.
I have tried both the black cherry and the strawberry low fat yogurt from tesco. I am not aware of any plain "cherry" low fat yogurt, I think Dooyoo forgot the "black" bit.
It comes in a pot of 150 grams and it is really low fat, with 4.1 gramms of fat and 147 calories.
The packaging is unusual for a yogurt, although I have seen some Greek yogurts packaged like it. It really like on the photo on Dooyoo, with a quite flat pot.
The one I bought comes in a box of 4 which you need to separate from each other. I found that it was better and easier done with a knife, that by simple folding the yogurts, with the possible danger of one of them exploding ini my face.
They are cheap (I do not recall how much, but surely less than one Pound for 4 of them)
They taste good and the colour of the cherry one is kind of white stained by the cherrys (yes, black cherrys to be precise)
I like this yogurt and I will buy it again
I have not seen many movies of James Bond, but of the ones I have watched, this is the one I enjoyed the most, and I believe it is also one of the most known too.
James Bond's enemy in this movie is Sanchez, a drug dealer. James's best friend is about to get married and Sanchez turns up at the wedding a bit like an unwanted guest. Call him a villain, or a wedding crasher.
James will fight against Sanchez and, although I am not giving away anything, let me tell you that Sanchez's girlfriend is a nice babe, and you can start thinking whether James will have his way with her or not.
There is action, off course, but there is also some romance and a nice soundtrack too.
I believe that if you have a very good sound system at home you will enjoy more this movie, because there are quite a few special effects and explosions.
Overall, a nice movie to watch, and James really plays it cool!
"Take the money and run" was one of the first movies of Woody Allen. It was produced in 1969 and was following the script of Woody, who had written it the year before. This was the first movie where Woody would write, direct and even act!
Virgil is the main character (played by Woody Allen), he is a criminal who entered a life of crime very early, and has now ended up in jail.
The style of the movie is documentary, and, again, this was the first time that Woody would take this style, which he later used in other movies.
One interesting thing about this movie is that part of the scenes in prison, where actually shot in a real prison, the San Quentin State Prison and some of the prisoners actually acted in the movie!
The plot is very simple, in the end Virgil will escape from prison, but his doomed to failure. I will not give away the end.
You laugh and at the same time, at least myself, I felt sorry for poor Virgil.
There are many gags, and surely this is not yet a movie on the level of the later films of Woody Allen, but it is very funny! The final scene is also very funny, I will not give away too much, but really, this is a movie where you cannot but love Woody Allen.
Mateus Rose is a wine which brings me back many memories. When I was younger I lived in Italy for few years, and around the age of 15 we began playing with wine.
In Italy parents are permissive about their offsprings drinking wine. Together with my friends, we used to go in the countryside with a few bottles of chilled Mateus Rose in summer.
Mateus Rose comes from Portugal and I have always drunk it chilled. It sells for around 4-5 Pounds in Uk, which is more than what you pay in Spain, for example.
It has a very fresh bouquet and it definitively ahs some hint of fruits in it.
It is a very addictive, and therefore wine and I love to drink it. It goes down very well, may be there is a better way of putting this, but this is the truth of the matter.
It is also low in alcohol and when it is chilled, you can drink 2 glasses very quickly, only to realize after 30 minutes, that..ops..this is still wine!
I recommend it for picnic, for any dish with fish and as a starter, or aperitive.
I visited Ikea few times, and each time I went there with somebody else. I never meant to go there to buy large ticket items for myself, since I already have everything I need in terms of wardrobes, beds, sofas and so on.
My trips to Ikea have been with friends and my aim was to help them.
I do not like the staff they sell there, I do not like the fact that you have to put it up yourself, and I do not like the idea you have to carry it yourself, and to be honest, I do not even think Ikea is that cheap. Off course it is cheaper than many expensive shops, but I can find some decent second hand stuff, which is much cheaper than Ikea.
Anyway, when you go to Ikea, you will pick up a pencil and a small note because you need to write down the alley where they are located, at least some items, when you finish your shopping.
For smaller things, like dishes, for example, you buy them and carry them with you to the till.
Ikea is probably good for those who have plenty of time and do not mind carrying stuff back home and then assembling it. My advice is to look locally instead.
When a litre of shampoo costs you 34 p, then you should know that it may not necessarily be the best product in the market!
I bought this shampoo because I had finished mine and I was at Asda and decided to give it a try.
It is an interesting shampoo to pour, there is a cap and below it a small hole, you need to put pressure on the bottle to get the shampoo out. It is not very user friendly, I think.
It is meant to smell like fruits, but it does not have a strong smell. It does not smell badly, either.
Did it was my hair well? Mmh, yes, may be, but having used it few times, I realized I need to use more conditioner, surely this is not a shampoo I can use for long, and it is not very foamy either.
Surely a cheap shampoo, my flat mate, who is a guy, will now finish it, he found it "very good".
Reus is now a base for Ryanair and its success as an airport is all linked to the Irish company.
Reus is a sleepy airport not far from Salou, a large city by the sear about 80 kilometres away from Barcelona. There was a small airport in Reus and the local authorities contacted Ryanair who began flying tourists there. This created enough passenger volume to set up some facilities, like car rental companies and basic facilities for travellers, and now the airport is flexing its muscles and competing with the airport in Barcelona and trying to take away some flow from it.
I went to Reus twice and came back from it only once (I flew back from Girona on the other occasion)
It is a very small airport and you cannot get lost. To me the main benefit is the fact that each time I booked, flights were extremely cheap.
It also depends on where you want to go, though. Surely if you wish further north of Barcelona, Girona is a better option.
If you do not have your own transport, Reus is pretty basic, but you can take a taxi and go to Salou, from where you can take trains to Barcelona or Tarragona
It is easy to build a webpage with plenty of pages of information these days. Information is getting cheaper and cheaper on the Internet. What is not as easy, is to treat and organize this information in a way that it is easily accessible to those who need it.
Dooyoo is making a very good job at adding information to their website. However, their search engine, or, "navigator" is not up to the challenge. It fails at least as much as it delivers the results it is meant to deliver. This is my personal opinion and feedback and it is based purely on my experience.
I use Dooyoo as a consumer to check information on places I visit, either for work reasons or for pleasure. I would ideally like to be able to enter for example "Paris" and then select options with "restaurants", "hotels" and then narrow down the search. Nothing of this is the case.
I think that if Dooyoo want to establish themselves, they need to improve their search engine. Personally I think that the rest of the website is good, the search engine is the only place I would concentrate. It is crucial to the future of this business
I would like to share few tips on generall fitness and well being.
I think that the stress of modern life and the time prssure that life, family, and work put on us, can only be counterbalanced up to a certain point by the advances of medicine.
I believe that the key thing is to keep a healthy body and healthy mind at the same time.
In other words, too often we forget what the old Latin used to say "Mens sana in corpore sanum" whicih means, "a healthy mind is found in a healthy body"
We need to take care of the food we take, and exercise regularly. We should also try to take in daily light. This is important in winter, when many of us spend too long in the office. We should go out from our office at least 4 times a day during daylight for at least 10 minutes in order to literally "recharge" our batteries.
When this movie came out the first thing I remember was that many critics were questioning the acting skills of Eminem.
This was his first movie and can be considered only in part autobiographical.
Eminem is Rabbit and Kim Basinger his mother (my friend joked that with Kim Basinger as a mother EVEN he, would be a great actor). In fact i liked both the movie and Eminem acting.
His mother lives in a van and is good for very little. She sleeps with a pal of Eminem and she has got problem with alchool and drinking.
Eminem slaves it off in a car factory (ehi, this is Detroit) and at night he goes to rap contexts with his friends. Tension will build up during the movie, he finds difficult to cope with the situation at home and his girlfriend. Plus he is a white guy trying to make it in the hip hop culture.
In the end there will be the final battle, will he make it?
I will not give away anything, but this is surely a film I recommend, a very enjoyable one, plus some good rapping!
I have never fully understood why there are so many homeless people in UK, where the unemployment rate is around 5% and where, to the best of my knowledge, any person who is in decent health can find a work.
The Big Issue is a magazine published by homeless people and sold by homeless people, there is a version in the North of England and one in London, currently selling at 1.40.
The idea is very simple, those who sell it are properly trained and badged and take more than 50% of the cover price as a profit for themselves.
I have noticed that people selling The Big issue come in different colours and shapes. There are the shabby ones, the well dressed ones, those who are a bit pushy, those who are polite.
I buy The Big Issue from time to time, and I must admit that I do not read much of it, although it has some interesting articles on social affairs.
If I like the vendor, I feel that I can part with less than 2 pounds to help somebody who for reasons unknown to me, is in a less fortunate position than I am.
Myvoice.co.uk is one of the many online survey companies.
I signed up with them and I believe thye have just lost my details, because I have not received anything from them from a long time. I am not surprized, because I have nearly reached the 20 pounds mark, and i was keen to get my voucher!
I got very few surveys from them, I also read that other people have the same problem.
You need to recall the login to get into your account, since it is a combination of 5 digits and it is not possible to change it.
I think it is not worth wasting your time to sign up with them, in all fairness.
The surveys I did were fun, but to be honest they were very few.
There are better options out there on the INternet, I hope they will send me the last survey I need to reach 20 pounds and then I will leave them!
Morocco is really a unique place to visit and it has so many cities and natural resorts to visit, that even one month would not be enough to really appreciate its beauty.
I have been lucky enough to visit Morocco on 3 different occasions, but only once I managed to have a proper holiday and drive around.
You can go to Morocco either via land, from Spain, for example by taking the boat from Almeria to Tanger, or you can fly there. I always flew there.
I landed in Casablanca, which is NOT the capital, but is the major economical centre of the country. The capital is Rabat, which I have never visited.
My favourite places in Morocco are Fez and Marrakesh. You can drive in 4 hours from Casablanca to Fez. Fez is an amazing city, with the old part, called medina, pretty much in the same conditions it was 500 years ago.
Marrakesh is famous to many people and it has this great square which comes alive at night with snake charmers and other exotic characters.
In Morocco you can stay in style or very cheap, but I do not suggest you stay at dirty cheap Hostels, because it is not safe.
