I am very prone to getting migraines especially if i do too much strenuous work. I have been on all sorts of painkillers/paracetamols but a lot of them are either "fakes" or they take ages to work...and i mean hours. Obviously some say cheap is best as at least they work in the end and dont cost to much.
I recently had an attack with a really bad migraine that seemed like it lasted for ages. I tried a few different tablets and even when to the chemist, they suggested i try out solphadeine-migraine tablets. although i thought at first they were a bit pricey, i was in need of relief and it had to be sorted then an there.
Me being a bit skeptical when it comes to tablets thought it would take ages or it wouldn't work at all...
Well it honestly did work and in what seemed like no time. i think the max i waited was around 25 mins for it to kick in and when it did it kept the headaches away for sometime. I still get the odd Migraine but thanks to having these it's usually sorted in no time.
The packaging is small but the price isn't in most cases i ended up paying £5.80 on my first time buying them but with a bit of research i found i could find it either online or in places such as boots for a bit less than £5.00.
you get 24 tablets in the box and you Take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours with a MAX of 6 tablets a day!
I would definitely recommend this product but check the ingredients as most people are allergic to some of the stuff involved inside the tablets. ( I would recommend taking 2 at a time instead of 1)

Cloudy with a chance of meatballs 2 is the sequel to "Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs" In the first movie you saw Flint Lockwood and his friends work hard to save the world from the abnormal food storm.
Little did Flint know that the "FLDSMDFR" had actually survived the explosion from the first movie and had landed in the center of the Island. This is the real reason Chester sent Flint and the gang to the Island as he wants the "FLDSMDFR"
Chester invites Flint to work at his company Live Corp, and without a hesitation Flint accepts as he is Chester's biggest fan. Upon starting work at Live Corp Flint meets Chester's assistant Barb who is a talking orangutan with human intelligence.
A few months later, at a promotion ceremony Flint accidentally humiliates himself when one of his inventions, the "Celebrationator Party-In-A-Box", explodes over everyone. Meanwhile, Chester is informed that his parties on the island that are searching for the "FLDSMDFR" have been ambushed by monstrous cheeseburgers which are now adapting to life and learning how to swim.
Fearing for the safety of the world, Chester gives Flint a task: To find the "FLDSMDFR" and finally destroy it for once and all. Fully unaware that Chester is evil and actually has secret plans for the "FLDSMDFR".

I really enjoyed the first movie and due to that I just had to see this movie as soon as I had seen it advertised, It really is good and the creations with in the animation are really well thought of, most of the movie is built up on comedy parts which really are the most obvious things made into really good jokes. I went to see the movie in the cinema and have now purchased it on DVD as it was worth the money and its one of those movies that you will want to watch over and over again.
I would recommend the movie to well everyone, its obviously a kids movie so it's great for children who love a good cartoon, but also good for adults too. It keeps you hooked the whole way through the movie. I have already recommended it to a few friends and they even agree that the movie was brilliant!
Most places are selling the product from the ranges of £7-£10 this include Asda,Tesco,Morrison, Amazon and Ebay
Recently over the winter period I've noticed that I've been getting really sore dry and cracked skin on hands and sometimes on my elbows. So I've been on the hunt for something that would be help keep it smooth and to stop it from getting any worse and a product that wouldn't hurt when applied to the "bad area"
I have used all sorts of products and nothing seemed to work as much as i needed it to and the really good stuff is all really expensive and not worth the money.
Recently my friend suggested that i use Aloe Pura lotion as it has worked wonders on her.
So i gave it ago and within seconds my hands felt so much better and it didn't irritate the skin at all, if anything it felt a lot better!
Although the product is a bit runny at first so i would suggest only using in little squeezes, You dont really need much as one little bit seems to spread out and can cover your whole hand.
It's brilliant for dry skin, eczema and other skin irritant problems.
The product is also great because it has a neutral smell, and isn't greasy and once rubbed in it's not noticeable.
Aloe Pura Lotion can be used for both men and women!
Holland And Barrett have this product on offer at the moment at only £5.39 with a "BUY ONE GET ONE HALF PRICE!!" Most beauty stores such as Boots, super drug and your local pharmacy will have this stocked and at a reasonable price!!
I would in my opinion recommend this to anyone in need of a great product for dry skin! It's brilliant and really does work!
WARNING: Avoid all contact with eyes.

I wanted to watch this movie as soon as i heard it was coming out in the cinema, The first movie was brilliant and was really funny. This movie is just as good if not then so much better. The laughs are even more intense and the story line is really good. It's the typical Adam Sandler movie that promises to cheer you up with laughing and making you want to watch it over and over again.
The movie has some well known actors and actresses and is a good movie for the whole family I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good laugh or a movie for a Friday night in.
If you haven't already came across both movies then its a good idea if you do!!

This movie see's Marvel's super Hero Thor return as he battles to save all nine realms and earth from a very old enemy (older than earth it's self.)
Thousands of years ago Odin's father Bor clashes with Malekith the Dark Elf for seeking to destroy the universe using a very powerful weapon called the Aether. After conquering Malekiths army including the enhanced warriors known as the "Kursed", on their home world. Bor keeps the Aether safe and guarded within a stone column. But little does Bor know. Thor and his warriors learn quick enough that Convergence, a rare alignment of the Realms is approaching fast. But as the event soon approaches, portals are linking the worlds at random are appearing. Meanwhile Loki still stands behind bars on Asgard for all the crimes he had committed on Earth.

I saw this movie the first day it was shown in the cinema as i couldn't wait for it after i watched the first movie. Again it's left me reeling for another movie which i'm hoping there will be one very soon as it's left us on an amazing cliff hanger! The scenes within the movie are great and the more "action and fighting" scenes are very well acted by all actors involved. There are some very well known actors in the movie which makes it just as more fun to watch. The special effects,make up and costumes are very life like and convincing enough. It's a great buy and has just came in stores TODAY!
I would without a doubt recommend this to all friends and family and to anyone who enjoys a good action movie or who like me is a Marvel fan.
These ear plugs are great! Although they have the disadvantages they have a lot of advantages as well!
I got my rabbits around July last year and stupidly kept them in my room, anyone with a rabbit will know that they are the most noisiest and annoying pets to ever keep! I literally lost my sleep for weeks on end and it started making me really ill.
The doctor suggested i either got Ear plugs or take some medication. Im not one for Medication and try to stay away from it as much as possible. So on a shopping spree in order to find some ear plugs my partner came across this product in "SAVERS" which is like a cheaper version of the super drug stores. I was a bit skeptical at first as I've tried loads and they dont work.
But I gave them a go as i was literally desperate for sleep and that night i tried them was the first night in weeks that i had actually had a good sleep! You have to rub them between your fingers to warm them up and make them less stiff so you can easily adjust them to the size needed. they fit perfectly and lessen as much noise as possible i could just about hear my alarm in the mornings. They're suitable for swimming as well as sleeping and other activities.
At first they may cause you discomfort as when i started they hurt the insides of my ears and gave me ear ache but that's because i have ear problems as well. They do tend to sweat over the night and tend to slide out of your ear, but that's not all the time! it only happened to me 5 times, and i was using them for over 4 months.
It's also a bit of a weird feeling if you have never used them before and takes some time getting used to them being there!
Also remember not to use them more than once as they're disposable and if used again could cause infections and some major ear problems.
they're cheap and do the job really well. they're better than the foam ones you usually get.
CALLING ALL MOVIE LOVERS! Wreck It Ralph is a movie that is NOT to be missed!
Don't let the "Disney" part put you off! Although it looks like it's for kids, This movie is loved by all ages, its brilliant for that family time with all the kids. Or even if you feel your child side coming out in you.
When i first heard about it i didn't really think it would be good, having all the old classics come back in one movie seemed a bit ...well bland and too original to be honest. Well NO! This movie is amazing, I love it so much i literally watch very often and even find myself quoting some of the lines from the movie. It's like a well loved book that you have to keep reading. It's a bit like Toy story but instead of toys coming to life its the Games!
~~~MINI PLOT ~~~
When night time strikes and all the shops shut Litwak's arcade's Video game characters can stop "working" and leave their normal games and travel to other games on the tube (power cables). The movie follows Ralph who is the villain from the arcade game Fix-It Felix, Jr.
Felix is celebrating being a hero at his apartment and all is invited except Wreck it Ralph as everyone just sees him as the villain and no one likes him.
After Ralph accidentally ruins the party he attends a support group for all the Video game villains. Ralph reveals that he wants to stop being the villain and become the hero for once.
Ralph believes that if he was more like fix-it Felix and he could achieve a medal then he would be accepted by everyone as being more than just a villain.
He soon finds out that if he can enter the rail shooter "Hero's Duty" he can claim a golden medal between the game sessions. In the process Ralph accidentally makes a "Cy-Bug" hatch, which is part of the games enemies. Ralph rushes to get out of the game in an escape pod that launches him out of the game, but unfortunately for Ralph a "Cy-Bug" is clinging onto him.
Meanwhile in the real world a player notices that Ralph is missing from the game and reports Fix-It Felix jr to the arcade staff as "non-working" and the man has no choice but to unplug the game and send it off to get fixed. Back in the game world, when the game is unplugged it leaves all characters within the game homeless and so Felix has no choice but to leave and find Ralph before they become homeless....
And so the adventure BEGINS
The Hunger Games movie is the first movie of the Hunger Games series, taken from the book written by Suzanne Collins.
I didn't get to watch this movie in the cinema as at first I thought it wasn't exactly my sort of thing. I never read the books and from what I heard from friends the book wasn't very good. When I booked tickets for the new movie "Catching Fire" I had to see the first movie to know what was going on and who everyone was, well all I know is I regretted not watching it sooner than only a few months back. IT'S A FANTASTIC MOVIE!
I loved every second of it, although some parts are a bit gory and that really isn't my thing to be honest but I was hooked from the beginning to end and even at the end I wanted more. Once you watch it you will be hooked and just want more, The actors/actresses play their parts very well and the characters all suit the actors.
It's the future and the hunger games takes us to a place named as "Panem", North America. After a destruction of the continents civilization the people went in uproar and started rioting for an unknown reason. The nation has the wealthy Capitol and around it is separated into 12 districts which are poor and in need of food, drink and every day essentials in need to survive. The Captiol has all 12 districts under complete control.
Under Control meaning each year one girl and one boy at the ages of 12-18years old are chosen from each district by random a lot like the national lottery. Both male and female have to work together and compete against the other districts in fighting to the death for freedom, unfortunately as much as they work together in the districts as a team only one can claim the freedom as a winner.
This movie follows a 16 year old girl named Katniss Everdeen, a young girl from District 12 who has no choice but to volunteer in the 74th annual Hunger Games in place of her younger sister, Primrose Everdeen. The other tribute is a boy named Peeta Mellark, a former schoolmate of Katniss, despite her not remembering him at first until she remembers he was the one who once gave her bread from his family's bakery when her family were in desperate need.
Both Katniss and Peeta are rushed off without being able to say goodbye to their families or friends and pushed into intense training with other districts which is where they have to train on their specialist move. Although they're both told strictly not to show their moves to the other districts Katniss gets rather angry that some other districts laugh at peeta for looking like he has no special ability and gets him to unleash his speciality which is super strength.......
I first came across this certain movie when I was studying Shakespeare at school a few years back and because I absolutely love Shakespeare's work! I love everything about him and have done since watching twelfth night and Romeo and Juliet. If you're a fan of either or simply just any of his plays you will of course love this movie!
It's like a mixture of twelfth night and Romeo and Juliet which of course is why I mainly like it but also because Shakespeare is portrayed by a very handsome actor named Joseph Fiennes. The story is very well written and portrays Shakespeare like he is actually all of his plays, which makes the movie very interesting.
It's 1953, London and William Shakespeare is a sometime actor in the Lord Chamberlains men and a play writer for Phillip Henslowe whom is the owner of The Rose Theatre.
Shakespeare is working on a new play of which is supposed to be a comedy called Romeo and Ethel, the Pirates Daughter (sounds familiar a bit...) unfortunately Shakespeare is suffering writers block and has barely written anything but with everyone questioning him he starts to audition actors and use anything that pops into his head. Whilst auditions are in place Shakespeare hasn't found much luck with what he's been given until he comes across a young man who goes under the name of "Thomas Kent". Little does he know that Thomas Kent is actually Viola de Lesseps whom is the daughter of a wealthy merchant. Viola has actually seen some of Shakespeare's plays at court and had fell in love with acting, but because she is female she is unable to be on the stage as the policy stands as male actors only even for the female roles during a play. So viola decided on running away from home every moment she can to disguise herself as "Thomas Kent"
Shakespeare later after spending a lot of time with Thomas Kent is struck speechless and falls in love with who he thinks is Thomas Kent....
Well after seeing this movie advertised at the cinema there was clearly only reason why I was going to see this movie, HOT MEN STRIPPING! I mean who could pass up a chance at seeing Channing Tatum or Matt Bomer, or even the lovely Alex pettyfer...? Well not a lot of us can! This movie is brilliant!
You think of the same old storylines with strippers involved like the chip "n" dales and all the old stories, well this movie just raised the bar way above that! It indulges in the life of a stripper and what goes on behind the scenes of a male stripper, but not only that but how hard it is to do the right and wrong things, if anything the movie is quite educational as well as a very entertaining movie.
WARNING NOT ALL MEN WILL ENJOY THIS MOVIE!
Mike Lane (Tatum) has big plans on becoming his own boss with his own company and making a lot of money and success in his life, like most people in the world he needs to do any odd job that makes sure he pays his bills on time. One particular job of Mikes is his stripping job, which he's the star of the show. Mike works for a man named Dallas who owns Xquisite strip club, Dallas only has dreams of creating bigger and better strip clubs all over America.
Mike soon meets 19 year old Adam (Pettyfer) at one of his construction site jobs and takes him under his wing to try help him out of trouble with the boss and get him more work at the site. Later Adam is needed at Xquisite as one of the strippers is ill and they need someone to take his place, with Mike persuading him to do it as a onetime thing Adam sees no harm in trying it out but seems to stick to being a stripper after Dallas takes a liking to him and wants him to stay.
Later Mike is introduced to Adam's sister Brooke, who seems a bit bitchy and moody a lot especially towards Mike. Mike seems to find himself falling for Brooke more and more each time he sees her even though he has an on-off relationship with another woman whom he quite likes as well.
Adam seems to love the lifestyle of being a stripper but seems to mess with the wrong people and starts to meddle in drink and drugs like any other "rock and roll star" and even meddling with clients and having sexual encounters.
As you can tell from the "MINI PLOT" this movie is a great entertainment movie and great to use for "girly nights" Its definitely something you have to watch at least once because once you do you will find yourself buying it and watching it over and over again, and not just for the topless men...(or bottomless in fact)
Channing Tatum = Magic Mike
Alex Pettyfer = Adam
Matt Bomer = ken
If you loved The Wizard Of OZ then you would just love this movie!
Director Sam Raimi aimed this movie around the Wizard and how he had became the wizard of OZ to match up nicely with the original Judy Garland movie. It's set 20 years ago before the Judy Garland.
The movie has a great variety of brilliant actors/actresses and some of the scenes aren't just funny but just purely genius with some great special effects included!
It's 1905 in Kansas and Oscar (also named OZ) works as a magician in a travelling circus, Oscar is a ladies man and seems to flirt with a lot of women, and gives them all a special "present" that was precious to him and was left by his grandma. unfortunately for Oscar he flirts with the wrong woman and her husband finds out and goes after him, with the storm approaching there isn't many places to hide But Oscar finds a hot air balloon and has a lucky escape or so he thought...
The storm gets worse and Oscar finds him self praying for help and saying that he would do anything if he had one more chance, he would change who he was and do things for the better.
The air balloon gets sucked into a tornado that takes him to the Land of Oz. Oscar first encounter with someone is Theodora the beautiful witch, It is Theodora who believes him to be the wizard prophesied to destroy the Wicked Witch who killed the King of Oz......
And that is just the beginning... if you thought the mini plot was good i suggest buying the movie! It's defiantly worth every penny and you can even pick it up on amazon or HMV under the deals section which always helps when your low on cash. I loved every minute of the movie in the cinema and still watch it now over and over again now i have it on DVD.
As a huge fan of two great actors; Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal I just had to see this movie a the cinema!
Not knowing what the story line/plot was actually about I was quite shocked and freaked out about the story line. The acting was just purely amazing and some of the scenes were just genius! It really does portray on a parents nightmare and doesn't over do it or soften it to make it seem not so bad!
~~~ MINI PLOT~~~
The Dover family are invited to their friends the Birch's house just up the road for a thanksgiving meal, That afternoon Dover and Birch's daughters go missing and are nowhere to be found! The son from the Dover family then realizes he had spotted an RV van parked up the road earlier that day and when they go to look for it they discover it is no where to be found. After searching as much as they could, in a panic they call the police and explain they believe the daughters to have gone missing.
The police hunt results in finding that RV van later that evening and when Detective David Loki (Gyllenhaal) proceeds to questioning the driver named Alex Jones (Dano). The driver tries to make an escape which leads to him being arrested.
Loki's hunt on the two missing children also result in him finding a corpse wearing a maze pendant in the basement of the local Priest which was only the beginning of the clues to lead to the two children.
Alex Jones is later found to be disabled and only having an IQ of a ten year old and despite many long hours of aggressive questioning, Alex remains quiet which leads the police no choice but to release him as they cannot find any link to the missing girls. Outside the police station Dover (Jackman) tries to confront Jones, who whispers to him "They didn't cry until I left them", But with no one else hearing it it's just Dover's word against Jones.
Angrily Dover abducts and imprisons Jones in an old abandoned building and tortures him for days, but Jones still stays adamant insisting he hadn't done anything wrong and didn't know what happened....
HOOKED YET?? want to know more then go buy this movie! Its a definite must see and well worth every penny spent! Although it is a bit sickening and scary at points during the movie it also sends that chill down your spine...But what thriller doesn't? both Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal play both amazing parts in the movie and act them out really well, I don't think it would have worked if i weren't for these two!

Story revolves around Mitch (Ryan Reynolds) and Dave (Jason Bateman) Two best friends who were simply inseparable, but like others years passed on and the friendship drifted apart into two completely different lives.. While Dave is an overworked lawyer, husband and father of three, Mitch is still childish,single, and an actor wanna-be who has never met upto a responsibility that he liked. Following a a night out after the guys get drunk they start talking about their different lives whilst peeing into a fountain with the statue Mary they both wish they had the others lifestyle. Little do they know both Mitch and Dave's worlds are turned upside down when they wake up the next morning in each other's bodies!
This Particular movie seems to get a lot of negative feedback probably because it's the same old "switch body" scenario that a lot of movies/stories seem to take on, the change up uses this but decided on adding a bit of a raunchy side to it, no doubt trying to win over the viewers.
I think classing it as a comedy is a bit too overrated as There isn't many laughs, same old jokes and not many funny scenes. The only thing that keeps it in the comedy section is the fact that Reynolds and Bateman work well together and keep up a lot of banter.
With this movie only ever gaining between a 1-3 star rating it's a wonder how it managed to scoop $37M in the US box office!

For 75 solid years This well loved superhero is still going strong... but was the movie as good as it could have been?
Well if like me you are a Marvel or DC fanatic you would know everything and anything about the superhero's...
In my opinion i think Zack Snyder's take on the new Man of steel was rather disappointing. It seems the new movies on superheros are turning a bit to the dark side to make it more interesting but seems to be failing in some aspects.
Where was the all time favorite theme tune?? Or the Phone booth change and The constant chase for Reporter Lois Lane??
The story of Man of steel is the re-take of Christopher Reeves movies "Superman, Superman II, Superman III and Superan IV. The film covers the origins of Clark Kent/Kal-El following the character in infancy as he flies through the universe and makes his way to Earth after escaping as a baby from his dying world Krypton.
Kal-El's Earth parents, Mr. & Mrs. Ken adopt and raise the baby as Clark after his shuttle crashes into their Barn. Hoping that one day they would understand how the Clark had crashed to earth. Kal-El after years of wondering why he was on earth, he finally discovers his true purpose when Earth is "visited" by General Zod the former military leader of Krypton and one of few survivors who seeks to destroy Earth and rebuild Krypton in it's place..
The fight scene between the two krypton's is probably the only high point during the Movie in which you see General Zod and Superman flying at each other, throwing stuff, and bashing into things and as always Superman saving the innocent lives of the humans on earth. The action during this fight scene is Genius! The art of it was well thought and very well acted.
This pretty much sums up the whole movie and so little words As usual Superman being the Super Hero Saves the day (just about) and everyone ( or those who survived) lives happily ever after...
The movie isn't as good as i could have been, When i went to the cinema I was expecting a movie that would leave me wanting more and yet i was set up for just a re make of what has happened before with just a touch of "darkness" put in. Luckily on a high point the Fight scene as i previously mentioned kept me watching it and somewhat helping it scrape a 3 star from me. Another high point being some strong actors/actress's in the movie. Without the likes of Russel Crowe, Kevin Costner, Michael Shannon and Henry Cavill I think the movie would have just been a flop.
Henry Cavill = Superman/ Kal-El
Amy Adams = Lois Lane
Michael Shannon = General Zod
Russel Crowe = Jor-El
Kevin Costner = Jonathan Kent

Recently I have been struggling to find a suitable diet to help me lose weight and one that will help me to keep the weight off long term.
My boyfriend came across this cook book and Having watched the programme and watched how the two well loved bikers had actually lost a dramatic amount of weight I decided on giving this book a go.
The recipes are great and what a variety of ingredients. All the recipes look and taste really delicious and healthy. Im an amateur at cooking as my boyfriend is usually the one who cooks everything around the house but with this book, its planned out for you and explained really easily with the step by step guide of every meal.
The book has a lot of variety of foods to chose from even the quick and easy meals if you're in a rush and there are even packed lunches for those who need to work during the day.
The Meals in this book are very well laid out, The calories for each meal are labelled by portions and explains all the ingredients clearly at the side of each meal.
This was definatley worth the money as its great for you whether you're on a diet or not, The meals taste great and look great too! and best of all they're all the family favorites and all really healthy for you!
