After spending a small fortune on my iphone i thought it would be well worth while spending just 3.99 on a case to protect it. I opted for the ed hardy case as it looked stylish and is a great and improving designer make.
It is also very could quality and is still looking in new condition after putting in a pocket full of coins so is good scratch resistant. Also give my iphone a distinct look as they are becoming ever more popular so this helps it look unique and stands out.
Dont really have any negatives to say about it as its great value for money and in my opinion very stylish. They also have a number of different styles and colours making it versatile and sutiable for all ages and sex's.
Very glad i opted for this case rather then a silicon one as it is slim and slender and thus does not get in the way of the screen as i found with the rubber ones, it is also more comfortable to hold in my opinion.
Is there anything they don't sell?
EBay was first set up in 1995 by a French man Pierre Omidya. It was a great hit and there are now over 25 sites for different countries. It was a unique idea at the time however as is was so popular there have been several newer auction sites, now of which have managed to be as successful as EBay though. There has also been a song released bout this famous auction site.
EBay is used by literally 100s of 1000s of people world wide and now has a whopping 49 million registered users. You truly can purchase near on anything from this unique song as the first thing to be sold was in fact a "Pez Dispenser".
I would recommend this site for those people who need rare, hard to find products as there are so many people selling unusual products. It is suitable for people of all ages but you do need to be 18 years of ages to join.
The one down side to ebay for those who decide to sell products is that there are quiete a few fees to pay such as insertian fees and paypal fees etc, however there a wide audience to purchase your products giving you an optimum price.
The Kit Kat was first invented in 1935 and was known as the Rowntrees Chocolate crisp and was priced at just 2D. The well known Kit Kat has always been a 4 fingered chocolate coated wafer and the recipe has changed very little. Now however there are several variations such as the Kit Kat Chunky and Kit Kat Bite size.
The reason I have decided to right this review is as the Kit Kat is one of my favourite chocolate bars due to its unique taste. It is also an ideal size for lunch boxes or simply to pop in your pocket to be consumed as a snack through out the day. They are also relatively low in fat compared to rival brands such as the Mars Bar but in my opinion are still equally as tasty.
They are also good value for money and usually cost with in the region of 40-50p which is well worth it as you get four fingers which can be eaten spread out over the course of the day.
Therefore I would say this chocolate bar is suitable for people of all ages and is of good quality and value for money.
Pot Noodle is a pasta type fast food which mainly consists of noodles and the extra ingredient dependant on what flavour you pick. It is purchased as a solid lump which when mixed with boiling hot water separates into different noodles. You are also given sauces with it for you to mix in and give a new distinctive flavour.
I believe this is the tastiest food in its class as it has many rivals such as Super Noodles. They are also relatively cheap and in my opinion very good quality for money. There are numerous flavours which makes them ideal for everyone of all ages and different preferences. These flavour include Spicy Curry, Sweet and Sour, Beef and Tomatoe and many more.
Therefore I would recommend this product for any one who is after a quick snack and enjoy soft noodles. It has a very unique taste which I believe makes it a more enjoyable and desirable taste compared to its competitors products.
The price of this product is also very reasonable as they retail at around 88 pence unlike there rivals "super noodles" which usually cost around £1.20.
Last night was my 18th birthday and therefore I thought i would drink as many alcoholic beverages as possible so now i have many to rate and review. One of the drinks which seemed to keep popping up was the Luxardo Sambuca.
It has to be said, it has a very unique and distinctive taste which will turn anyones face as it burns your throat on its way down. It tastes very much like licorace and although it is very strong at around 18% it still tastes much better then vodka.
I never tried this drink mixed with something other then baileys and Tabasco sauce so am unable to say what it is like with other mixers such a coke.
One thing I can say for this product is it will certainly get the party started as it is ideal to use when playing drinking games or just generally doing shots.
I will warn you though, when waking up and thinking about Sambuca it may bring back regrets of what you done last night and will not taste quite so good coming back up :D
The must have gadget to keep up with the world of gaming.
I recently had to purchase this little device when I found out that the cable which came with my Xbox was not long enough to plug in to the phone line therefore this little gadget replaces the cable by sending out wireless transmissions so you can therefore pick up your wireless network! Sorted.
Once you are connected you can therefore get the most out of your Xbox by playing people at you favourite games all over the world.
It also has very good range and very rarely looses signal which makes its more versatile and easy to use, you just plug it in and you're ready to go.
The only downside to the Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter is that it is quite expensive and will cost you around £60 from any gaming shop but in my opinion is well worth it and is needed for you to use your Xbox to its full potential.
An alternative would be to buy an Ethernet cable however these can look messy and are not as practical.
In conclusion I would recommend this to all you heavy gamers out there who enjoy playing your friends or people from all over the world on your multiplayer games!
Kevin And Perry Go Large!
This is one of my personal favourite films due to its unusual and unique sense of humour. This film is based upon one of Harry Enfield's most famous sketch shows "Kevin the teenager" who is the main character from this movie along side Perry.
The film is about two best friends who make it their mission to loose their virginity but as we find out this does not go to plan. They are both budding teenage DJs who travel to Ibiza in order to try kill two birds with one stone by getting laid and becoming a top DJ. Through out their journey they meet a couple of ladies who they full in love with and attempt to chat up and pull but after being vomited on, turned down and other bizarre mishaps happen to them they realise its not going to be easy. Everything works out for these lads as at the end of the film they loose their virginity and are seen signing records for fans.
This film first made it to the big screen in April 2000 but never made it outside of the UK. It stars many well known actors such as Harry Enfield, Kathy Birk, Steve McFadden and Steve O'Donnell. Alongside Harry Enfield it was also written by Dave Cummings who is most famous for making adult films.
I would recommend this film mainly to teenagers and young adults as the problems these two boys are faced with are stereotypical problems of today's youth and they can interact with this film. However the comedy of this film is likely to be found humorous by all ages but would not be recommended to children of under the age of 15 as there is many scenes of a sexual nature, violence and a lot of swearing.
Overall I would give this film 8/10 and it is a great watch for those of you who enjoy British comedy!
Lake Eden is a British horror film which was released in September 2008 and directed by James Watkins who also made many other well known British horrors such as "The Descent". Although it was quite a low budget film there were several recognised actors such as Kelly Reilly and Michael Fassbender who have starred in such films as "300", "Creek" and "The Devils Whore". You may recognise many other actors through out the film such as cast from Eastenders and Skins.
The film has a very strong and structured plot which I shall give a brief over view about. This horror/thriller movie revolves around a loved up couple who go away on a romantic break which we soon find out does not go quite to plan as whilst they are relaxing on a beach they are faced with a group of hood rats and their dog which are shown to turn there perfect romantic holiday into a nightmare by capturing and torturing the pair of them after they are forced to kill the delinquents mutt.
In conclusion I was very surprised about this film as I had very low hopes for it however the intense story line had me gripping my seat. It was a very fast flowing and action packed film which had me engaged from start to finish. I would recommend this movie to all you horror addicts out there or those of you who just enjoy being scared senseless.
Frijj Milkshake More Of A Dessert Then A Drink!
This fresh thick milkshake is a very desirable and tasty milkshake which I would recommend to all you milk shake addicts out there. There is a great range of flavours available including, strawberry, banana, vanilla, chocolate and fudge chocolate which is my personal favourite, it may not be to everyone's taste however as this particular flavour can be quite sickly.
Like I said before, this "drink" is more of a treat then a drink as it does not quench the thirst all that well but does get your taste buds bubbling. The thickness of it makes it more desirable then other leading brand milkshakes in my opinion as it makes it much creamier and gives it a much better texture.
They also come in a plain yet attractive bottle which is quite unusual in shape. To make it easier to pick your desired flavour they are also colour coded which also adds to the attractive look.
They are also very good value as in ASDA they cost just 46 pence but in some places sell for as much as £1.20 so be careful where you purchase them from.
All in all I would recommend this product to people of all ages but more so for the younger generation. They are however quite fattening so may not be suitable for those of you who are on a diet.
It must be said that Emerge is the best thing since sliced bread!
Me and a friend of mine recently had to undertake along time without sleep and it has to be said without this magical drink I don't think we would have done it! It is designed to stimulate the brain and give you more energy which makes it ideal if you need to stay up for a long period of time or are about to undertake sports.
There are many competitor brands such as the well known market leaders "Red Bull" and "Relentless" however if we were to talk about value for money and taste emerge would get my vote every time. It has a very unique and desirable taste which is fruity and fizzy. Also it is a fraction of the price of its rival brands. Red bull for instance cost on average £1.15 however Emerge costs just 33 pence! They are also both the same sized can.
In conclusion I would recommend this product to all you busy bodies out there who dont think there are enough hours in the day. It does however have quite a high amount of caffeine and sugar and would not be suitable for those with a high blood pressure or for people under the age of 16!
Love it! 10/10
Nike tracksuit bottoms
I was bought these tracksuit bottoms from my parents at Christmas and was very impressed with them.
As long as looking very sporty and fashionable they are also perfect for this time of the year as they have a lovely fleece lining making them very warm and comfortable. Also for added comfort they have a soft cotton elasticated waist which make them much more cosy then jeans in my opinion.
These are ideal for your every day life whether you are an active sporty person as these are ideal for the gym or running etc as they are very unrestricting, they can also be used for just lounging around the house or just to wear casually.
They are however quite expensive, costing around £30 however this is due to the branded name Nike and them being very desirable for this years fashion.
I would recommend these particularly for teenagers like myself however they can be worn by all ages. They are also often associated with the Hip Hop genre and are often worn by followers of this music as they are seen being worn by many famous rappers.
In conclusion these are a must have of 2009 and are ideal for these cold winter months.
Peperami is a meaty snack produced by Unilever in Germany. It is a type of pork sausage and usually comes in 3 different flavours Original (Green), Hot (Red) and Fire stick (Black) however several other experimental flavours have recently been introduced into the UK such as Barbeque and Wide boy.
Peperami's were first introduced to the UK by accident as the container it was shipped in was supposed to contain pate.
The product I happen to be reviewing is Peperami Mini's which is much smaller then the original product and is more suitable for a snack or for children.
These pork sausages have a very unique taste which is much like marmite, you either love it or hate it. In my opinion however they are a very tasty treat ideal for meat eaters.
They had very bad press in the past for containing too much salt and fat however it has been reduced in recent years making them much more healthy and suitable to eat by all ages.
In conclusion I would recommend this snack to men in particular who are particularly fond of meat. My favourite flavour is most probably fire stick but I shall warn you now they are extremely spicy :D. Also I would recommend to eat chewing gum straight after eating a Peperami stick as they have a very strong smell lol. They are also of very good value compared to competitor's products and work out about 20p a stick.
Billy Madison (DVD)!
Once again I was struggling for idea's of what to review so I went to have a look on my DVD rack seeing my collection of Adam Sandlers films which I shall be watching and reviewing through out the week starting with one of Adam Sandlers first hit movies "Billy Madison".
Billy Madison is a comedy film which was made over 10 years ago in 1995. As well as starring in this movie, Adam Sandler also wrote it along side Tim Herlihy. It was produced by Universal Pictures and made an astonishing $24 million worldwide. This film was rated a PG-13 due to its strong language, violent scenes and crude humour.
This movie has a very simple plot but in my opinion is very successful and adds to the humour of this film.
Billy Madison is the 27 year-old son of the very wealthy hotel manager Bryan Madison. Billy stands to inherit his father's empire but only if he can prove to his father that he's got what it takes to complete all 12 grades at school. If he does not then the hotel industry Billy's dad has built up shall go to his rival Eric Gordon but as we see this does not go quite to plan.
I am an avid Adam Sandler fan as I believe that he has created and stared in many hilarious films in the last decade, this one being no exception.
It has some extremely funny scenes and in my opinion Adam Sandler does an amazing job of acting his role of this underachieving adult. He takes this role very seriously and it suits him down to a tee as he pulls some very comical and convincing expressions and puts on appropriate voices to suit the scenes being played. The story line works very well in my opinion however I was a little disappointed with the ending as it seemed to be rushed and poorly planned.
All in all I would recommend this film to Adam Sandler fanatics or those of you who just enjoy a good laugh. This is with out a doubt one of my favourite comedy films of all time and I believe most of you would agree with me. It is suitable for all ages however you may like to watch it before showing to your children as you may not find it suitable.
Nike Air Max 90 Trainers!
I am very fussy when it comes to foot wear and that's why I always go for Nikes favourite range, Air Max 90's and there are a few reasons for this which I shall discuss a little later in my review
Nike is one of the worlds most popular and successful brands which operates in 100s of countries selling a huge range of different products ranging from shirts and tracksuit bottoms to caps and back packs.
Nike Air Max is their most popular range of shoes which was first released back in 1987 and has recently introduced many new designs to their product line. This specific product in this range wasn't realised until 1990 though which was originally caller Nike Air Max III. They are most common in the underground and are associated with the Hiphop/RnB genre.
In order to meet every ones needs and specification they can also be customised and edited where you can choose colours and designs. If you wish you can also add words such as names and numbers however this costs quite a lot extra.
One of the main designs of the Air Max 90 trainers, which I think makes it so special, is the unique air pocket in the sole which is for added comfort as it works similar to suspension.
My most recent pair of these trainers are all white however they come in much brighter colours such as reds, greens and yellows. They are much more comfortable then other branded trainers I have tried due to the bubble in heel and the soft sponge like inner sole.
In my opinion these are good all purpose trainers and are sporty yet formal at the same time. They are much more attractive then other leading brands and come in a huge range of colours. They are extremely comfortable and are a very well respected brand. When you see these trainers you usually associate them with wealth as well as extreme style and these are by far the most fashionable shoes on the market. I would recommend these to all ages but more specifically teenagers who are into Hiphop and R&B music as many of our favourite artists are seen wearing these truly amazing shoes.
With all these positive points it does however come with a down side as on average a pair of Nike Air Max 90s will set you back over £80 which is quite expensive however in my opinion well worth the money.
Honda C90! More then a bike! :D
The Honda Cub C90 was made many years ago in 1958 and is still being produced over 50 years later. I believe the reason for this is because it is extremely practical and very cheap to run which I shall talk more about a little later.
I shall begin by writing a bit about this bikes history as well as giving a brief insight in to the Honda Company.
The Honda cub is the biggest selling bike of all time having sold over 60 million motorcycles worldwide which is much more then any of their competitors models. It was recently voted the number one bike ever made on the discovery channel which can be seen on youtube. It came in 3 different models, the C50, the C70 and the C90 making it practical for everyone of all ages. The C90 is capable of speeds over 50mph which is very good for a bike with an engine not much more complicated then a lawn mower.
It gives you approximately 220 miles per gallon which is amazing and much more economical then cars, due to the recent fall in petrol prices my Cub currently costs me just £2.65 to fill complete to the brim and lasts me for about a week, commuting to and from collage.
It has a four stroke engine giving it a more beefier and deeper sounding engine as well as giving your more power when going up hills. The reason this little motorbike is so famous and has sold so many models is due to its amazing reliability. They are designed to be abused and are not suppose to be cared for which makes them so practical for those of you who do not have time to constantly clean and look after you vehicles.
They come in 3 main colours the most popular being blue, red and brown. I currently own a red 2003 model after blowing up my first virtually in-destructable Honda c90 lol. However in the cubs defence it was over 30 years old and had done over 40,000 miles. Me being a teenage boy also tended to rag this bike pushing it to the limit and trying to squeeze an extra couple of mile per hour out of this nippy bike.
As they are described as being bomb proof they are often used for fields bikes because of their superb suspension, reliability and as they are so simple to use. They are also very light, weighing up at just 50KG which result in these bike being one of the easiest to wheelie however I wouldn't recommend this to any novice riders lol.
You may also know this bike by many other names one of which being the Honda Krunch. The reason for this is due to the fact it does not have a clutch so you just have to slam it into gear instead which sometimes makes a crunching sound but is in my opinion all part of the uniqueness and fun of the bike. It is also know as the Chicken Chaser and Honda Step-fru.
Although these are stereotypically used by the older generation they are beginning to be used much more by teenagers as they are easy to use (with just 3 gears), extremely reliable, very cheap to run and in my opinion a very fun bike to ride. I am currently only 17 and have owned 4 bikes, most of which being modern models and in my opinion the cub wins every time.
In conclusion this is an absolute astonishing bike and in my opinion suitable for everyone of all ages.
