Although this hand held hoover is not as powerful as a normal hoover it is great for a regular cleaning of smaller crevices and corners and inside the car and stairs, it is so much more efficient than having to get the big hoover out all the time. I have Wooden floor and find it great for hoovering up bits on the floor and hoovering the sofa if crumbs have been dropped. Its really light weight means it isn't strenuous on your arms which is great as previous hand held hoovers i have used sometimes gave me aches or pains in my joints because of their weight. The battery charge lasts a good while before needing to re charge and it is really easy to empty.
With 4.8 volts motor, providing a super clean interior in car poses no problem. Cleaning is easy!
If you are thinking of buying one of these don't hesitate, buy it! You won't look back!
Just finished eating this!..It is AMAZING!! The texture of this ice cream is unbelievable, it really does have a goo factor and its really creamy and thick.
The chocolate bits in the ice cream are good just like the chocolate Cadbury's creme egg shell and there is plenty of them bits! The white ice cream and orange gooey bits resemble an egg! I can't eat too much of it though as it is very sweet, it does get really sickly as it doesn't really have a certain flavour other than the taste of pure sweetness. I should imagine it is really bad for you with all the sugar crammed in to it! If you like creme eggs though i would have thought you would definitely like this ice cream. I think the creme egg McFlurry is nicer though as it is a little bit on the lighter side! This ice cream is pretty heavy and stodgey!
The cream egg is always exciting to eat, i think this is because of it's cute egg shape unlike your normal chocolate bar! It makes is a bit of a novelty eating it! I have to say i find it a bit messy to eat, firstly when i unwrap the foil away to eat it i end up getting chocolate on my fingers and if you don't want to hold the actual chocolate (again messy) you have to keep pulling the foil away as you eat it trying to avoid getting any foil in your mouth!
The fondant in the middle of the egg is delicious and looks like an egg!(orange and white) it is very sweet in taste, i always bite the top of the egg off and lick all the fondant out from the chocolate egg! I enjoy chocolate but i find the chocolate egg to be too thick and find it a bit too much, in my opinion it would be a lot nicer if the chocolate shell was thinner. The egg overall is very sickly but tastes good and is fun to eat!
Great for easter! You could buy a few and do an easter egg hunt with them!
In my opinion this phone is not great, that is why i own a different one now. The phone looks really smart and is really thin. Great for fitting in your pocket but I personally found the buttons really hard to use. They are indented a bit and i also found them to be a bit sensitive.
The touch screen front is a nice feature but again it doesn't always react to your touch which can get really frustrating. The reaction of the buttons and the touch screen has a delay which is also very frustrating.
The picture graphics are very good and crisp. Large screen is also a bonus and the camera takes great photos.
Going online with this mobile is more easier than other mobiles, you see the web pages pretty much the same as if you were on a PC.
Another disadvantage is that i found the battery life on this phone to be quite bad.
If you are looking for a stylish lightweight phone then this phone might be the one for you but i think the cons outweigh the pro's.
I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in September 08. If you are not expecting much then you won't be disappointed. If your not wanting to spend much money to put your head down then i recommend it however i would say that it is probably more suited to younger people. I booked a standard room with a window. It was still tiny!.. 3 sides of the bed were touching the walls, there is very little space for luggage but if your not bothered about it being in the way then i wouldn't sorry too much, i had two fairly big cases and i coped! There is two hooks on the wall which is great for hanging coats/bags. Another thing to remember is that there is no bed side tables or anywhere to out your bits, i ended up puting my phone/deodorant magazines etc. on the windowsill! Of course if you book a room without a window then this might be a problem.
The en suite bathroom is tiny, does feel like you are in an aircraft toilet but again does the job fine for a quick wash. The room and hotel in general was very clean and i am fussy so that says something! The small flat screen tv is greatly positioned on the wall and has a clock display which is good for checking the time throughout the night/morning. You do have to pay for the tv but i would recommend it. They give you a small remote to operate it which cuts off after the 24 hours in which you have hired it for. If you don't like sleeping with one pillow then i would suggest you pay for an extra pillow at reception, it is well worth it. At the end of the day it doesn't cost much considering you are paying very little for your room. In my opinion the bed and pillows were comfy and i slept very well.
There is no lift so if you have poor mobility i would not advise this hotel. If you are claustrophobic i would also avoid it.
There is a vending machine and hot drinks machine in reception in which you have to pay for. It is not cheap, i would recommend walking down the street a little outside of the hotel and you will come cross a corner shop. I bought drinks and snacks from there to take back to the hotel room. It is open really late which is good. The location is good as it is a 5 min walk to Victoria train station although there is not much around the hotel itself other than a couple of pubs. I did find a street nearby the hotel with a lot of restaurants on it so if you go for a walk on Belgrave road which the hotel is on and walk down some of the side streets you should come across some restaurants.
The check out is in the morning but i paid to leave cases there in their back room and collect them later and had no problems at all.
If you are looking for somewhere cheap to stay to put your head down i would recommend it, For a hotel in central London it is a bargain, more money for shopping !!!
Pro Evolution 2009 proves yet again that in the ongoing battle between the FIFA and Pro Evo games, Konami stay well in the lead. What is basically an updated version of the previous game, PES 2009 finally sees Pro Evo obtaining rights to more teams and incudes a licensed Champions league game option. In the modern days of gaming, and using the PS3, it is also simple to download patches and all teams will have correct names, players, kits and badges. With these loaded into the game, which takes seconds, this game is simply the best football game out there. They have included a "become a legend" mode in this latest addition together with all the usuals; Master League, Leagues, Cups etc. The edit functions go as far as to allow you to use music on your playstation 3 during the game i.e change the title music for various situations, league, cup etc can all have different tunes of your choice.
Overall a brilliant game, the best football game going.
I was bought this coin sorter as a present, it is great for sorting coins without getting your hands dirty and means you don't have to sit their for hours counting the coins yourself. The sorter runs on batteries. You simply put the coins in the top of the sorter, press a button, and it filters them into the correct tubes which are labeled 1p, 2p,5p,20p,50p,£1 and £2. Each tube has a marking written on it so once the coins get to a certain height it tells you the value of the stack of any particular denomination. Once all the coins have finished being deposited in to the tubes you just press the button again to turn it off. When the coin sorter is in action it is fairly noisy at sorting and stacking the coins which is a bit annoying. If you have a huge coin collection and were planning to store your coins rather than just count them, this is maybe not for you as it does not hold that many. I use this to empty change from my wallet and then bag the coins up once i have filled a tube ready to take to the Bank. Each tube just pulls out of its slot so you can empty each tube separately as and when you want to. Coins occasionally become caught in the top of the machine where you have dropped them in to but this is easily sorted by giving the machine a quick shake. Size wise it does not take up that much room at all, mine sits on top of my bookshelf!
It is smart in appearance with its black and silver plastic finish.
If you are often needing to sort out your change i would recommend this product as it is so efficient and so much easier than sitting and counting out your change yourself.
It is suitable for all ages and i would imagine kids would actually find this quite fun rather than your typical piggy bank.
I recommend this product to anyone, a great gift!
I was bought the George foreman as a present, it is not something i would have bought myself but now i have it i would not be without it! I would recommend it to anyone. It is so quick and convenient for grilling meat, the way it slops down means all the running fat drips out which is great. You may be thinking well surely the fat drips away on a normal grill but this is so much easier to clean then having to clean your grill pan, i literally just pour the fat from the drip tray into a jar or in the bin and give it a quick rinse. Ever had the problem when grilling sausages in a normal grill of the burning fat hurting your eyes? Fat sparking? Well the George Foreman solves this and you don't have any of this as the fat drips out. The handy instruction booklet it comes with is useful as it gives you the cooking times for various different items you might cook in it. It takes very little time to get up to heat...i would say quicker than a normal grill in your cooker. You can set the timer on the grill and when time has run out it beeps to let you know.
It is really easy to clean the actual grill, i usually just wipe over it with some kitchen roll . The other thing i like about it is the way it is like a griddle pan so you get the grill lines across your food which i especially like on a steak!!
Not only is this a healthier way to cook your food it is also so quick and convenient. If you are considering buying one i would say go for it!
This Philips steam iron has a really nice feel to it, i have the turquoise colour iron and it looks really modern. The iron is not too heavy yet a good weight to get those creases out so you don't feel the need to be pushing down with your own muscle power ! The steam setting works really well with its high steam output and it seems to get out the toughest creases for me. Compared to irons i have owned in the past this ones non drip feature is great and i have not once found it to drip so does what it says. Its non stick bottom really does mean it glides over your garment. It also holds a lot of water so less re-filling all the time.
The iron is also a really reasonable price and in my opinion well worth the money ! I was a bit weary about buying a cheaper iron at first but I am really pleased with its performance!
Dolce and Gabbana light blue has a really strong fresh smell, the scent lasts a long time too and unlike some other perfumes you only need to spray a small amount to get the full effect of this perfume. It has more of the male freshness appeal rather than smelling of flowers. I have had many compliments when wearing this perfume as it has such a distinct smell yet not over powering. It is fairly pricey but it is definitely worth the money.
I wear this perfume everyday and when i go out at night and think it is gorgeous. I can imagine that some people might find the smell a bit sickly after a while but that is down to personal taste. If you want to smell extra luscious then there is the shower gel and body lotion you can use too. I love the body lotion, it makes your skin smell lovely too!
Pure allows you to custom-design your bike and rider's uniform. There are several licensed parts to build your bike with, but most of them don't make a genuine difference to how your ride handles. You'll still hit big air with different types of back plating, for example.
Aside from the controls, you have a couple of other things to enjoy across Pure's 12 tracks. There are multiple shortcuts available, some leading to jumps and others revealing tight corridors that could lead to a crash if you veer off-course. There are also bloodthirsty computer driven players that don't hesitate to play catch-up after you think you've left them in the dust. The single-player campaign has several stages, each ramping up in difficulty as you go. It's the kind of comfortable progression that a good racing game should have, rather than one that starts you on kiddie wheels and then ramps up the challenge on the next course.
World Tour only lasts a few hours, but Pure offers plenty to do outside of that. Sprint Mode requires focus on high-speed driving, without so much emphasis on getting air. Race Mode is a nice little hybrid between acceleration and jumps. Freestyle Mode lets you rack up stunt points in a specific amount of time while competing with others. Even better, you can play these modes alone or hop online (Xbox Live or PlayStation Network) to challenge others. All of them are fun in their own little way, but they're all more enjoyable with human competition. Up to 16 players can join, and if you don't have enough to fill the open slots, artificially controlled drivers will join the race.
Pure has some of the best racing action we've seen all year. The throttling gameplay, gorgeous presentation and sweet multiplayer options make it a ride you cannot miss.
the good thing about this machine is its ease of use. Quick too, 6 mins to heat up which is good. The machine seems to be fairly durable to have a mostly plastic body.
It does require some expertise to get a perfect shot. (Pods make it a little easier). It does produce fabulous shots and will last you a long long time if you care for it. It does require tinkering with the amount of coffee and setup but that's expected of any semi-automatic machines. The machine warms up quickly so I can get a quick shot right before I leave for work. Its also very stylish it blends in nicely in the kitchen.
The machine is not entirely dripless so have a cleanup cloth handy, especially after using the steamer: it tends to drip quite a bit. I usually just put a paper towel under it. For this price you are getting a lot of plastic, so handle with care.
Fantastic game, fun and quirky. A game you can pick up, play and just have a laugh. Don't be fooled by the rather childish graphics, this has some serious depth. The controls are really easy and suitable for people that find getting complete accuracy difficult.
Maybe one of the only criticisms for this game is the lack of availability to play more of the courses at an earlier stage of the game, however, this should not be put against the sheer quality of the game.
Another annoying point is that you can't return back to main menu in-game.
At any time you can change clubs based on the shot you need to play. The game selects for you but will happily show you what's going to happen if you select a different club.
Graphics are, like the characters, cutesy and there is enough variation in the holes to keep you interested with plenty going on off course with animals and fans getting involved occasionally. Likewise the weather is variable enough to offer a challenge to the same set of holes over and over again.
The Singstar game is great fun to play on your own and with friends, it is a great one to get out at parties once everyone has had a few drinks. As well as singing on your own, two people can sing against each other or sing a duet together! The song words come up like in karaoke and it is really easy to follow and really helps you to try and sing in tune! The only thing i didn't like was the fact that you get hardly any songs which aren't great in my opinion and 99p per song in the store is a bit pricey. The sing back feature is also good so you can hear yourself back...although quite cringing if you hate the sound of your own voice like i do! The game is great fun and good for all ages young and old! Despite the lack of pre loaded songs i would still recommend it !
This new nano has a great feel to it with its oval shape and is lovely and smooth. It looks really smart. In my opinion smarter than the 3 gen square nanos. When you have it on shuffle you can shake it to change track which is really clever. The screen is also a good size and picture quality very good. A big downfall however is using the new ipod with certain accessories. It does not charge like my old 3 gen nano did from my ipod speakers, my portable ipod charger and my ipod my car stereo. This is really frustrating and i do not know why Apple have done this. I should think you would be able to get an adapter for this ipod so it is fully compatible with the older accessories but of course it is then an extra cost. The way it finds songs in your library that go well with the song you are listening to is a really good feature and works well. Other than the fact is not compatible to charge off older accessories it is all in all a great nano with great features.
