I got this as an upgrade on my o2 contract a few weeks ago, and I have nothing but praise for this great little machine!
Lets face it the phone just looks so cool, its sleek black exterior combined with a mirror silver finish on the back just makes you stand out from the crowd.
Although a little tricky to get used to - if you usually use a normal keypad, the touchscreen is a great little feature that allows all kinds of innovative applications to be used with your finger.
As soon as you connect to the internet you have access to the "Apps Store" it contains thousands of applications - some free, others not. These applications range from helpful applications to some downright weird ones, you just have to sift through and download the best!
I regularly use the spirit level app, in my line of work it certainly saves me some time.
The camera is of a good quality although not as good as on some phones, I have really missed not being able to record video (iphone doesn't support that feature) but having such a good phone makes up for that!
This phone is great, it has plenty of space to store your music and videos and has so many great features, although it is a little expensive it is certainly worth it in the long run!
The 3D match engine taken from the FIFA 09 game and put into this game is as always perfect, there is no freezing, no players that glide along the pitch seemingly not using their legs. The beautiful game is seen exactly as it should be.
There's nothing like hearing the crowing roaring after your star striker bangs in a goal and that's exactly what you experience with FIFA Manager, the quality of the sound is amazing, recognizable football chants are used which creates a great lifelike atmosphere.
Arguably the best feature of this game is the player names and likeness's are so realistic. Some games have fake player names as they haven't got the relevant licenses to pay to use the names but as this is a fifa game EA have managed to include thousands of players.
One of the best footy manager games out there, defiantly better than the LMA series and on a par with the football manager series.
As this game is pretty old now you can pick this up for around £15, bargain!
Warning: Do not buy this game if your PC is pretty old as you will not be able to run it!
I only have Freeview so unfortunatly the only sky sports chanell I can currenty view is Sky Sports News.
Sky Sports News is a news channel dedicated to Sports they broadcast 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Briging the latest sports news as it happens straight to your TV.
They have several programs that run every day such as mornign report which updates you with the news from the past day.
They also do a Soccer Special program on Saturdays which as you may have guessed keeps you updated on the latest football scores as they happen.
At the side of the screen there is a league table which shows you the latest results and tables from all sports. At the bottom of the screen is a news "ticker" which pops up with breaking news, including team news and results.
The news is often repeated so if you watch the program at 6:00 am chances are you will see the same news at 9:00am. This can get quite frustrating if you are watching it all day!
This is the only so therefore the best Sports News Chanel on freeview but it is a very polished show and it would take a lot to rival this chanell!
This is a really nice sandwich which I make for my children most days after school. It is low in sugar so it stops them from climbing up the walls for the rest of the evening.
3 slices of Ham
Small amount of cheese
3 slices of bread
A handful of salad
1 Pineapple ring!
* Get three slices of bread
* Spread a thin layer of butter on the bread
* Get ham out of the fridge and layer ham on one slice of bread
* Place a slice of bread on top.
* Add cheese and a mixture of salad on this layer
* Put second slice of bread on top
* Now the secret ingredient - add a couple of pineapple rings to the final slice... I know it sounds crazy but it WORKS.
* Place final slice onto bread
* Use knife to cut bread into triangles (my kids love it)
* Put sandwich on a plate and relax thinking you wont have to cook any dinner tonight!
Hopefully this will help out all you parents whos kids come home from school starving hungry.
The store is a large store selling all kinds of electronic goods.
Gamestation sells both new and preowned products it has a wide variety of stock including video games and also DVD's.
All of the major consoles are stocked and so are some old ones depending on what has been traded in. They always have good stock levels and when they dont have your product they can usually order it in for you.
Gamestation are very fair with their trade ins and usually give you a good price. The disk must be in good condition though! If its scratched they will however put it through their disk cleaning machine, for £2 mind!
The staff are polite and helpful and very knowledgeable, I have often asked questions about products and the staff have know exactly what I was talking about - unlike in some other stores.
The prices are great and usually the cheapest unless there is a special deal on at another store. They sell preowned games in deals such as 2 for £20 or 2 £10 which means you can usually get a game for any budget.
All consoles come with a 1 year warranty and if it breaks like mine did they will replace it free of charge which is great! There was no hastle at all and they didnt argue, I just walked away with a brand new 360. Now thats what I call service!
Probably the best video game store even if it is owned by Game.
Cex recently opened a store where I live and I thought I'd go in and check it out!
The store is well presented and looks professional there is a wealth of games for every console and even an upstairs dedicated to DVDs! There is a large counter with about 3 staff behind the till but there is no real queue structure its more of a bundle! The staff are polite and helpful and really seem to know their stuff when it comes to games.
The pricing at Cex is.... well a bit weird to be honest. Some things are dirt cheap and a great bargain whereas others are a blatant rip off. They sell second hand Xbox 360 wireless adaptors for £48 but sell new ones for that aswell. They sell Xbox 360's without the hardrive and have priced the Arcade for more than a brand new one from any other shop!
They take phones and other electronics which is great and its good they have different grades (A/B/C) so you can get the product in a condition you are happy with. They offer both cash and exchange on your goods but you must become a member to receive these and you need to be 18+ to get the cash!
A good shop and its nice to give Game and Gamestation some competition.
I will usually buy all my games from here but would buy consoles from one of the other two due to their superior offers of warranty.
This headset will increase your enjoyment of live so much, you can taunt your foes, talk to your mates and talk tactics with your teammates. There is no denying that having a headset is a crucial part of Xbox live... but should this headset be yours?
This headset picks up your voice perfectly whilst getting rid of ambient noises unlike some 3rd party headsets.
Made of a hard kind of plastic material it feels flimsy to the touch and were you to sit on it...like me, it won't survive to tell the tale. The plastic headband snapped straight away!
Although in the few headsets I have owned I have never had an actual technical fault with any of them.
It may not be built well but it sure does have all the features required. Unlike some third party headsets this on has a volume control so if you have a particularly loud mouthed mate you can silence them! It also comes with a mute switch which is great if you want to say something to someone at home and not want your mates to hear your mum is washing your trousers!
The third party headsets just aren't up to the required standard so this will have to do for all you gamers. It may be flimsy and it may cost £18 but its the best one out there at the moment!
Probably the greatest consumer opinions site around, Dooyoo continues to provide consumers with good quality, accurate reviews of thousands of products. There is a large database of products to be reviewed with more and more being added each day.
Dooyoo's community is extremly friendly and I have made many new friends through this website, and met many interesting people.
Who would have thought writing reviews could be so much fun, well it is great fun and its nice when people rate your work and you can see you have helped someone out. Dooyoo provides so many ways for its members to earn money it really is amazing, write out your premium review and earn 50p, then each rating it gets you earn 1.5p extra. Then when it gets crowned as its such a good review theres another £1.50 and hey presto you nearly have £5 already!
The website is nice, it has a clear fresh layout with no garish colours causing eye strain from the numerous hours I spend on this site!
If one thing could be improved it would be the write a review box, this could do with some formatting options as well as an inbuilt spell checker.
Overall Dooyoo takes up a lot of my browsing time and provides me with a lot of enjoyment.
If your not a member and reading this its more of a case of why doNTyoo sign up!?
Hotmail is the largest free email address provider in the world; it provides a quality email account free of charge.
The user initially selects their email address; it can be anything, as long as it doesn't already exist! When I first created my account my first choice was taken but luckily my second was available.
Hotmail have three main address's @hotmail.com, @live.co.uk and @hotmail.co.uk. The latter being used by mostly UK based people thus allowing more email address's to be freed up.
Eg. Samantha@hotmail.com may be taken but you could then choose Samantha@hotmail.co.uk
You are given a massive 2gb of space, which may not be as much as G-mail provide, but it is more than adequate, I have filled up 1% of my space and have been using hotmail for 2 years.
I find the hotmail interface very easy to use and it has no major drawbacks, it filters out spam well although it can sometimes be a little over zealous and filter out some newsletters I have signed up for.
Hotmail do offer a paid service, with this you get more space along with many other little bonus's.
If there is one downside its that a @hotmail.com email address doesn't look very professional for a business, buy hey if you're a business just pay for email!
The best free email provider I have used although, remember you don't get something for nothing; a paid email account is always better!

Well I've told you a little about the characters but heres a bit more about Prospero...
Prospero: Loving Father or revengeful Tyrant
Right from the beginning of the play "The Tempest" by William Shakespeare, the main character, Prospero appears to be an intriguing, diverse personality.
For much of the play he displays a loving tender nature, which is evident in his affection for his daughter Miranda.
In act 1 we see this side to his character very clearly as he explains to her that they are stranded on this mysterious island because he had his dukedom, Milan, taken from him by his evil brother Antonio. He reassures Miranda that everything he is doing is for her future well being as he loves her so dearly. Prospero cannot understand why Antonio has treated him this way, a brother whom he used to adore and care for.
Further on in the play we once again see Prospero showing his loving and caring nature as he persistently reminds Miranda how much he loves her. He tells her that when they were cast away, her smile was what kept him going and gave him the will to live.
Prospero also shows his thoughtful and emotional nature when he first comes to the island as he takes Caliban, the son of the evil witch Sycorax, into his cell. Caliban remembers how Prospero would "strok'st" him and "made much of him". Later on, yet again in this scene, Prospero shows his thoughtfulness when he remembers that Caliban tried to rape Miranda. This shows that Prospero is always contemplating things, even things that happened a long time ago.
In act 1, we see another clear example of Prospero's affectionate nature. When the love and consideration that King Alonso's son, Ferdinand and Miranda show towards each other, moves him.
Later on Prospero again shows how much he loves his daughter, although he does not want to let her go, he feels that Ferdinand is a worthy husband for her. Prospero tells Ferdinand that he is worthy to take 'a third of' his 'own life' meaning that he can marry Miranda. The phrase 'a third of' suggests that along with himself and Miranda there is one other important part of his life. Although we are not told what this third part is he could either be referring to an estranged wife/Miranda's mother, his dukedom, Milan, or even his magical 'art'!
Also Prospero warns against having sex with Miranda before they are married
'If thou dost break her virgin knot'
During this phrase prospero uses many short and sharp words to show Ferdinand how serious he is.
In act 4 Prospero shows a deep feeling of love and affection towards his servant Ariel. Ariel speaks to Prospero and asks if he loves her, without hesitation Prospero replies 'dearly my delicate Ariel'. The adverb 'dearly' and adjective 'delicate' are both very personal and very soft sounding words that show Prospero has feelings for Ariel.
Towards the end of the play Prospero exhibits his thoughtful and grateful nature towards Gonzalo, ironically a friend of King Alonso (the man who helped Antonio to overthrow him!) He remembers how Gonzalo 'The noble Neapolitan' saved his and Miranda's life by patching up the derelict boat that they were cast away in. Prospero speaks of Gonzalo as being a 'Noble Neapolitan' the word noble shows the respect and depth of feeling for the man who saved his life.
However his revengeful, authorotive nature is clearly portrayed throughout the play.
Although he clearly loves his daughter he enjoys having a sense of control over her and is quick to ask her 'dost thou hear?' and I pray thee mark me' when he feels that she may not be paying him her full attention!
Prospero later says that the people of Milan loved him, but throughout the play there is no evidence of this. When he ruled Milan he almost certainly liked to be in complete control but ruling in this way would not make the people love him!
Throughout the play Ariel, the sprite rescued from the evil witch Sycorax, does Prospero's bidding for him, he says he loves her yet he accuses the 'malignant thing' of lying. The word 'malignant' shows how badly Prospero treats people when he is angry. Malignant is a very derogatory term showing at this moment Prospero has a great deal of hatred for Ariel.
Prospero has a very arrogant nature. He likes to think that he is a superior being. He believes that his 'art' is more powerful than that of the evil witch Sycorax, who used to inhabit the island; because he freed Ariel from a small tree that Sycorax had confined her to he believes that he has stronger magic.
Prospero controls Caliban by violence, he says that he will '...rack thee bones with old cramps' if Caliban does not do what he commands him to. This is again an example of Prospero using his powers to be in control; 'with old cramps' means Prospero will give Caliban arthritis.
Prospero likes to control events with his 'art' ensuring that he is in control for the entire time. Prospero especially enjoys it when people are amazed by his power and magic, especially when Ferdinand was amazed at the masque that Prospero had created.
Prospero is very manipulative and always thinking of himself. He is pleased when he sees that his plan to bring together Miranda and Ferdinand is succeeding, but he is not pleased that Miranda has fallen in love... he is pleased because his Grandchildren will be heirs to the throne in Naples and Milan so he will be able to return to civilisation.
Near the end of the play we once again see how easily angered he is. Prospero is engrossed in the masque that the nymphs are performing; he is so engrossed that he completely forgets about Caliban, Trinkulo and Stephano who are plotting against him. When Prospero remembers Caliban's plot to kill him, he abruptly stops the masque and tells Ariel they must go and prepare for Caliban's attack. Prospero gets extremely angry- possibly because he has been in complete command for the whole play but now he is ill prepared and no longer in control.
In conclusion, having read the play, I think that Prospero is a very affectionate man towards his daughter and really loves her, but he also has a very authorotive and revengeful side, which he frequently shows towards his enemies.
During his stay on the island he has learned that he must forgive people and has realised that he must stop being selfish. Prospero selfishly abandoned Milan as he was too engulfed in his magic, but he now realises that his people should have come before his own personal needs.
It has now become clear to him that being selfish can lead to unfortunate circumstances.
Towards the end of the play Prospero has become a changed man. He sees that he had to change and learn to forgive in order for Miranda and Ferdinand's marriage to be successful as Ferdinand is the son of King Alonso. The phrase
'The rarer action is
In virtue than in vengeance'
shows that Prospero has learned forgiveness is a better option.
Prospero has made one great sacrifice- letting go of his daughter. Now that Miranda is going to get married Prospero realises that he will see much less of the child he adores so much.
It is a very symbolic moment when Prospero gives up his 'art', he removes his magic garments and changes back into what he wore in Milan, this shows that he has realised that relationships and communication are more important than his 'art'.
I dont want to spoil the story line so I have just run through some of the themes instead!
· At this period of time (1600) people believed in the supernatural as they were uneducated and science had not developed to give rational explanations for events that happened.
· They believed that there were white witches and wizards derived from god.
· Prospero's 'magic', 'art' symbolises the moral, spiritual and intellectual values of a superior civilization.
· He uses his magic so that all characters learn the error of their ways and change for the better by the end of the play. 'Harmony': Peace
· He also uses his powers to create entertainment for his daughter.
· There was also black magic: of the devil!
The Mysterious work of god
· Note the many references in the play to god and prayer
· To blaspheme at sea was to take gods grace from the ship and hence it would be doomed.
· People at that time believed that music was able to bring about harmony, and would make all people civil, noble and well balanced.
· Music constantly fills the air in the play
Revenge and forgiveness
Government and responsibility of power
· The play shows how personal ambition can disrupt government and law
· It shows how society can disintegrate into chaos and confusion if not well governed. It shows that a head of state must sacrifice his own private interests for the good of the people he serves
· It considers the responsibility of people who found new lands and the way they treated the native inhabitants who lived there.
Civility and savagery: master and servant
· The play shows that people have a moral duty to treat people equally
· Shakespeare justifies colonisation as it brought art, order, intelligence and religion to native inhabitants.
· However he suggests that by educating them there is a risk of corrupting them
· Shakespeare questions whether it is possible to change eons nature by nurture.

· Shakespeare justifies colonisation as it brought art, order, intelligence and religion to native inhabitants.
· However he suggests that by educating them there is a risk of corrupting them

· The play shows Shakespeare's nostalgia for a perfect world that was supposedly in existence a long time ago where war, work, laws social and political organisations were not needed as everyone lived in harmony together: A garden of Eden: paradise
· The island is seen as this idealistic place: a place of wonder somewhere new with exotic flora and fauna
"Spin" is a relatively new magazine in the cricket world but oh boy is it good!
Its fresh, lively and fast paced unlike the relatively plain "Wisden Cricketer". It appeals to all ages with its variety of articles and superb features: Original stories, big-name interviews, star columnists, great photography and comedy its all part of this great magazine.
One of the things that I like about this magazine is how it has absoloutly no nostalgia articles in it - I dont want to read about stuff that happened 20 years ago... I want to know about whats happening now!
The photgraphy featured in Spin is first class, they dont recycle images from last weeks paper they have their own unique pictures which makes a change.
Spin has a great section where they analyse key overs which have been bowled over the past month, they use the world renowned hawkeye technology to go through the over ball by ball and reveal how it shaped the game. Awesome!
This is a great magazine action packed full of features for all ages, fairly priced and readily avaliable perfect for the modern cricket fan - You'd be silly not to buy it!
There are loads of different footballs out there... but which one should you buy!?
Light Plastic Ones
As pictured at the top of this review, the light plastic balls come in a variety of attractive colour to make them appeal to their target audience.... kids. These balls are ideal for children as they are light and easy to kick and wont cause any damage when they hit a window!
Cheap Leather Ball
Often found in stores like sports soccer for £2-£5 these balls are hard, possibly too hard. They hurt your foot and are certain to smash a window upon impact. After an extensive period of play you will notice the ball is starting to fall apart! Not Great.
Mid Range Leather Ball
Ideal for the older football fan, not too expensive at around £15 but good looking with a decent brand name on it.
Expensive Leather Ball
Right, these balls are usually £60-£100 and are the exact balls that they use in the professional game so you wont be wanting to give these to your 6 year old! These are best used if your having a proper game as they are nicer to kick than the cheapies due to extra padding under the leather. Just dont kick these over the fence!
Heres my 10 ten favourite websites, theres no particular theme just the website I tend to go on a lot or websites that have helped me a lot!

Yeah I'm a cricket nut! Might not appeal to everyone but this is THE best cricket website out there. All the news views and pictures that a cricket fan needs!

How could I miss this out of the list, it helps me at least a dozen times every day!
When it all gets a bit stressful its great to unwind and play a few games at this super website
The simplest webpage on the entire world wide web? Maybe not but it sure is simple!
The main page of google is predominantly white with the now famous "google" logo above a large white search box.
Underneath this search box are two buttons:
Im feeling lucky - Brings up the first result website for a given search
Google Search - Shows you a long list of results
Google has a small menu at the top of the page advertising googles other services,Images, Maps, News, Shopping and Mail.
What does it do?
Well google is a search engine, to put it correctly its the best search engine. Search engines do exactly what they say on the tin so to speak, they search for information on the World Wide Web and present it in an easy to read format.
For me, when I do a search it just brings up more relevant results than other search engines such as Yahoo. The results are presently clearly in a list format with several more pages to look through if you cant find what you want.
Advanced search allows you to sort your results by many different parimeters such as Language, Size, and file type. This makes it really easy to find pages if you have visited them before. Its even easier if you can remember some words from the webpage as you can use googles 'and' feature.
I frequently use google, at least a dozen times a day. The amount of time it saves me is astounding and the internet would be a horrible place with out google there!
Ahh Amazon... rapidly becoming one of my favourites sites... mainly because I have all these vouchers for them!
Amazon is so called as they stock a "jungle" of products. They started off online in 1995 initially selling books but soon they realised there was money to be made from selling products such as CD's and VHS's. This proved to be a shrewd business decision as on January 15, 2009 Amazon was announced to be the UK's 3rd favourite retailer!
Amazon have many different webstores each is country specific, to make this easy I will just talk about amazon.co.uk. The site is very clear and simple to navigate is it predominantly white but has a blue and orange menu down the left hand side. The products are sorted into departments making your product easy to find, and if you can't find it - just use the search bar at the top of the homepage!
As soon as you logon to the homepage any current special offers are shown to you in the middle of the homepage making sure you dont miss out on the best deals... now thats service!
Probably the best feature of the website is how it shows you, in percentages what other people bought who purchased the item you are currently viewing, this has helped me numerous times in identifying accessories that will go with my chosen product.
Amazon market place is a great feature that allows sellers to list their products on amazon.co.uk. It works in a similar way to ebay, except there is a set price and no bids. Each seller has a feedback rating allowing you to dodge the scammers and pick up good dirt cheap!
Amazon offers numerous delivery options but my favourite has to be SUPER SAVER delivery! As any true moneysaver knows, free is best. This delivery takes 1-2 more days than first class but hey its free what could be better!
I have never used recorded delivery but have found Amazons charges to be rather excessive.
If you need a product the chances are Amazon stocks it at the best price avaliable!
