      Advantages

      Disadvantages

A worthy investment for us, we have had stacks of use out of ours

We have used the Cuddledry on two babies now and I can certainly see the value in it. When managing bath time by myself, it definately does make it easier, which is what its designed to do!

      What I love:

The fibre is magnificent. Thick, luxurious and soft, love it! The design concept is a 'must have' in my opinion, to be able to have this on and ready while baby is in the bath is comforting as you know that you can just life your baby out and bring them straight to your chest. Then you can pull up the rest of the towel and snuggle it around them. I agree with a previous reviewer that they are very long, but a Im 5' 7" its never been a problem for me.

      What I dont love:

The snaps around the next could do with being a bit more 'easy release'- they do require two hands, and if you do try it with just one hand it will hurt the back of your neck!

      Overall:

A great product, and we are very pleased that we invested in one.

      Advantages

      Disadvantages

I love this carrier for small babies, but not for larger/heavier infants

I remember the first time I ever saw one of these, I was in a Cafe and a mum walked past with a tiny infant in one, it looked stunning.

I knew I had to have one and promptly added one to my growing selecting of carriers and wraps!

      What I love:
The quality of the cotton is lovely, the wraps are beautifully soft. The design is pretty good in that its like a mixture of a structured carrier and a traditional wrap, so its a bit easier for parents to get their heads around than the classic wrap. It goes on easily and I like the wrap around part as you can tie that nice and tight for a snug and secure fit.
The appearance is just stunning, I love the long straps that hang down the back. It just makes the carrier look both stylish and 'earthy' in one somehow!

      What I dont love:
As my child got older and heavier, I did find the limition of the Close carrier. Because of the ring design, when a child is heavier it does pull down on these a bit and makes the fit looser so I found I had to keep repeatedly tugging on them to tighten them which was annoying. With a traditional wrap I could actually tie the straps in a knot so they weren't shifting at all, but this design does not allow you to do that.

      Overall:

A great carrier for smaller infants. Organic cotton for the really natural feel next to you and your babies skin. Not so great for heavier/older infants.

      Advantages

      Disadvantages

      OK, but not my favourite

There are some things I really like about the Bumgenius nappies, and something I really dislike.

      What I like:
They are fairly trim fitting, and not as bulky as terries or shaped nappies. The quality of the outer waterproof layer is good and we haven't had any deterioration of that. They dry quickly, and we dont often get leakage either.

      What I dont like:
The velcro tabs are useless. Sadly our nappies are no longer in circulation because they just don't stick anymore. I dont like that I have to pull on the inserts before going to the wash, as its not that nice having to touch them when they are really wet or soiled. If I leave them in accidently they always just bunch up at the front end of the nappy and then I have to wash the whole thing again. We have other pocket style nappies now that we dont have to touch the inserts in and much prefer that design.
The elastic seems to deteriorate quickly, and ours has certainly become slack. This is a common problem with the brand from my experience and its a shame that the warranties dont protect you from it (because it is said that it is the customers fault for not washing them correctly) None of our other nappies that we use have suffered from slack leg elastic.

      Overall:
A decent nappy, but overpriced now I feel. There are lots of other brands available that do the same thing, but better in my opinion

A 'must have' for any family. Brilliant!

We are using our Cheeky Wipes set on our second child now and when I think about the money I must have saved over regular disposable wipes it must be well into the £100's!

As I was using cloth nappies, I was drawn to the idea of cloth wipes but for some reason just couldnt get my head around how it would work. Then the Cheeky Wipes kit came out and I knew I just had to have it, as it seemed to simplify the whole thing and lay it right there in front of you.

In hindsight, it is of course all really very simple- dampen some cotton wipes, wipe the bum and wash! But these kits are perfect for anyone, cloth nappy using or not, as they just make life that little bit easier.

I love that there are no chemicals involved, and I just wash the wipes either with our nappies or with regular laundry. I dont actually use the oils anymore though as I just got a bit bored of the scents so use CJ's Carcass Cleaner now which I do much prefer. My kit is still going strong after 3 years and I just love the wipes.
