I have been looking for a decent deodorant since god knows when and finally, all the searching paid off and I found Nivea pearl and beauty!
I found it mostly by accident, I got so bored of searching that I just ended up buying the cheapest decent-looking deodorant I could find, and there it was! I buy this deodorant everytime I go to Wilkinson's and it only costs me £1! Usually I would be wary of such a cheap product but I know Nivea is a brand I can trust!
The deodorant has a sort of flowery fragrance which smells amazing and lasts me all day (although I usually like to freshen up when I get home from work anyway.) And I usually have issues with deodorants because my under arms are quite sensitive but nivea causes me no problems! And the best bit? No white marks!
So if you're looking for a nice smelling deodorant, that won't make your skin itch or mark your clothes, you've got it right here with my recommendations!
After spending years at school being told I had something in my hair and itching my scalp to the point of bleeding, I took a trip to the doctor's. I explained to the doctor that no matter what shampoo I use or what hair products, the problem only ever seemed to get worse. So, I was diagnosed with Psoriasis and the doctor recommended T/Gel, I must admit I was very doubtful, how could this shampoo possibly have anything that other shampoos don't? T/Gel proved me wrong and within 2 weeks my scalp was lump free and my hair was clear of dandruff, what a life saver! Not only that but the itching stopped aswell. My mother had similar problems with her hair but the T/Gel I use didn't help her too much, so a friend reccomended we visit the neutrogena website, and after a few clicks and some reading the website had told mum the exact T/Gel product that she needed to buy - they were incredibly helpful! T/Gel is a bit more expensive than normal shampoos at around £6 for a 250 ml bottle but it's definitely worth the extra money! Now the smell, some people love it, some hate it, I happen to love the smell but it really does depend on the nose, it's certainly a unique smell! T/Gel doesn't look all that either, its sort of a gooey, opaque brown colour and has the consistency of runny honey, but don't let this put you off, it's definitely worth it in the long run!
If you like to swap and change between shampoo's like me, for a bit of variety, I find that if I use T/Gel once a week I can use whatever shampoo I like for the rest of the week dandruff free! (This is also a good idea if you don't appreciate the smell)
I recieved these boots as a christmas present and really couldn't be happier with them. After years of seeing these boots and thinking how ugly they are I really didn't understand the big deal. To anyone else that feels this way I have one thing to say - go and try a pair on! They are absolutely wonderful! They're so warm and comfortable and the best bit - they go with everything! I can wear them with baggy jeans, tight jeans, tights , leggings and anything else you could think of! Also, they're waterproof! I can drop anything on these boots and I always think I've stained them but it just comes straight off! Another thing I was worrying about was wearing them in winter, I had heard that Ugg boots had rubbish grip but I have to say that the Emu boots are fantastic. The only negative is that the sheepskin inside is a bit too thick and you cant really feel where you're feet are when you're driving.
I can without a doubt say that these are the best nail varnish's I have ever used! They are all wonderful colours and you can choose from pastels, bright colours, glitters, nail effects and a whole load of others! They take approximately 2 minutes to dry properly and after that it's usually neccesary to apply a second coat. They are sort of average pricefor a nail varnish but they are really good quality and last ages (on the nail and in the bottle) so I really don't mind spending a little bit extra! I have about 20 Barry M colours and they are great to wear as just one colour or with a different colour on every nail and they dry looking very smooth and glossy. I do usually have to appy a base coat as the colours can sometimes stain my nails but other than that no complaints here!
Im one of those people who can settle down into bed at 10 o'clock and think I'm only going to be reading for 10 minutes...then at 2 o'clock I look at the clock and think it must be broken! I really do love nothing more than a good book, so when I heard about the kindle I was sceptical, surely it just won't be the same? I love being able to look at the pages and turn them with my hands, I love bending back the spine and thinking just one more page! So when I was bought a kindle for my birthday I was kind of gutted, not in an ungrateful way I just felt like it was the end of all that, boy was I wrong! I still can't put it down once I get into a good book and it's so much more comfortable to sit and hold! The screen is a good size, there's no glare and the keypad is easy to use and the battery lasts me weeks! Not only that, but books are cheaper and I've ended up trying a lot more new authors recommended by amazon. I do occasionally still feel the need to read a book and so I do! But I no longer finish a book and sit wondering when Im going to find time to go and buy the next, it takes 2 minutes tops and I can do it all from my sofa! The only bad thing I have to say is that there is very little point in trying to browse the internet, the kindle freezes pretty much straight away!
Yet another Pandora addict here! Bit of a confession to make about this one...when I first opened the box, I hated it! My boyfriend bought it for me for my birthday. Now, all the other charms on my bracelet are there for a reason, they're all things people think of me or they're things I love and parts of my life. But a snake? I didn't really understand, I'm not overly fond of snakes. When I asked my boyfriend "Why a snake?" He then gave me a loving, romantic reply..."Well, I thought it would take up a lot of space so I wouldn't need to buy you as many charms" (Gee, thanks!) So I accepted it and smiled, but I have to admit, once I put it on my bracelet I actually fell in love with it! It looks lovely, and now it's got it's own little story behind it and fits in with every charm I put on my bracelet!
I have always been a massive fan of soap and glory products so I was delighted to get this for christmas! As soon as I tried it I loved it, not only does it work as a lovely face scrub but if you leave a thin layer on your face for around 2 minutes it works as a lovely face mask! The thing I like most about this scrub is that it makes your skin tingle so you can really feel it working! Although my mum dislikes it for that exact reason! It also smells wonderful! (Unlike some face masks) This product will leave my skin feeling really soft for about 3 days, although I like to use it most days because it leaves me feeling so refreshed and works brilliantly as a wake up call on an early morning! I have told all my friends (who also love soap and glory) about this product and they all love it too!
I bought this photo frame as a christmas present for my boyfriend and we really couldn't be happier with it. It was a very affordable price (it was in a half price sale) The frame is a shiny black and looks very classy, would blend in well in any room (he has his in his bedroom which is purple) and the screen is a good size too! He's put it on a timer so he can choose when he wants it to turn on, the screen and photos look best at night in a dark room but they still look great during the day! The photo frame has options of how you want the photos to run (randomly or in sequence) and you can also choose how long you want the photos to stay on the screen for, you can even put backing music on if you like (although we found this a bit tacky.) The photos were really easy to load on. I bought a memory card and filled it with photos from his facebook page so that on christmas day he could plug it in and go. He was really pleased with it and the photos already on there gave it a nice personal touch. Would definitely reccomend this!
This Blu-ray player is, to say the least, fantastic, we bought it when Blu-ray players were a completely new (and expensive) peice of equipment and yet this was completely affordable for just £130 along with 5 Blu-ray discs in with the deal, which, we expected to be films you could pick up from a supermarket for £5 that noone has ever heard of, however, the films that we were given with the player were either classics or brand new! When we got the Blu-ray player home we put it on straightaway and it does exactly as it should, it even looks amazing on the TV stand. We were half expecting the touch buttons to be a bit dodgy (either really easily broken or difficult to press) however, they work like a dream! The quality of this product is unquestionable. Anything looks fantastic on it, action films and nature programs are top of the list! It even makes regular DVD's look better quality on the screen! I would definitely recommend this Blu-ray player to anyone.
As soon as I heard about netbooks I wanted one! And after months of searching through review sites and PC shops it became clear that the Dell Inspiron Mini was the best of the bunch! The hardest decision after that was choosing from the wide range of colours! I eventually chose red and as soon as I opened the box and started using it I fell in love! For a first laptop it was absolutely perfect, I could get all my schoolwork done, download music, play games and at a surprisingly good speed! Often I would sit down with my netbook at the same time as my mum sat with her laptop and within 30 seconds of pressing the power button I would be browsing the internet, whilst my mum was still sat on the loading screen. The only down side to it was that I couldn't load any CD's onto it which made it difficult to load Antivirus software but that comes with the territory of having a netbook! Anyway, I haven't got a bad word to say about this little peice of kit! It's stylish, affordable and fun!
I recieved this phone as a christmas gift last yea and was really pleased with it! (I chose it myself) It's size is handy, it fits in the smallest of bags or pockets but I'd say that was the only plus side! After about a month of having the phone it started to freeze when I was just about to make a phone call or send a text (at the least conveniant of times.) If ever I want to take a picture I have to wait about 30 seconds for the camera to work by which time the moment has gone. If I'm browsing the internet the phone will quite often say its unable to connect, even though I have 3G coverage, the same thing happens if Im using Facebook. Overall the phone is useable but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who plans on using it a lot! Hope this is useful
