      Advantages

      Disadvantages

Overall a great product, does the job :)

I have used amie's 'Morning Clear Purifyinf Facial Wash' for many years now, and I would highly recommend it over most other face washes for young skin.

      Packaging.
This face wash comes in a 150ml, 5.07 fl.oz matte pastel pink squeeze tube. At the top, it has the logo 'amie' in silver, and underneath in green it says pure & natural beauty. It uses a colour scheme of baby pink, fushia and green, with an appealing floral design along the bottom of the bottle. It boasts that it includes harmonising natural extracts: orange blossom, mayblossom, elderflower and raspberry, and it is pH balanced and soap free. The beautiful and clean look of the packaging really caught my eye, and it gives the impression of a fresh and natural face wash.

      Use.
After rinsing face with water basically smooth on a 10p sized amount and then rinse off after massaging it into your skin. Follow with a scrub, and then moisturiser (you don't need the scrub really, it justs helps), I use the other scrub and moisturiser from the amie range. It's that simple. I use it morning and night and it has kept my skin really soft and clear.

      Product.
It has a nice clean smell, and is a pale pink which matches the bottle. It feels slightly lumpy but smooths into your skin really easily, and rinses off quite easily too, no need for a toner as it is not a cream face wash. It feels very cooling and clean on your skin, though sometimes when you wash it off there is some remaining on your skin, so you need to be careful.

      Ingredients.
Aqua, caprylic triglyceride, theobroma cacao seed butter, cetearyl alcohol, glycerin, cetyly esters, polysorbate 60, sorbitan stearate, synthetic beeswax, Phenoxyethaneol, ethylhexylglycerin, parfum, prunus amygdalus dulcis oil, betaine, panthenol, citrus aurantium amara flower extract, rubus idaeus fruit extract, Sambucus nigra flower extract, crataegus monogia fruit extract, benzophenone-4, sodium hydroxide, benzyl salicylate, citronellol, hydroxycitronellal, limonene, disodium EDTA, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, sorbitan acid, CI 15510 (orange 4), CI 17200 (red 33)

(well that took a long time to type...)

      Where to buy.
Boots discontinued it, but it is easily found online for about £5.00

I would highly recommend this for young skin, 11+, as I have used it for years and it has kept my skin super clean, and after trying other face washes I couldn't find any other with results that were as good, very good value for money

      Overall a great buy :)

I have used amie 'Morning Dew matte-finish moisturiser' for many years now, and I would highly recommend it over most other moisturisers for young skin.

      Packaging.
This moisturiser comes in a 100ml pastel yellow squeeze tube. At the top, it has the logo 'amie' in silver, and underneath in green it says pure & natural beauty. It uses a colour scheme of green and blue, with an appealing floral design along the bottom of the bottle. It boasts that it includes harmonising natural extracts: vitamin E, bilberry and rosehip, and is mineral oil-free and pH balanced. At first sight, this moisturiser looked rather appealing to me, as it looked natural and clean.

      Use.
After cleansing (I use the other amie products, the cleanser and scrub first) smooth on to skin. It's that simple. I use it morning and night and it has kept my skin really soft.

      Product.
It has a nice clean smell, and is a pale yellow lotion which matches the bottle. It is very soft and smooths into your skin really easily, soaking in very quickly too. It feels very wet at first, but after it has soaked in it leaves your skin moisturised and shine free.

      Ingredients.
Aqua, glycerin, cyclopentasioxine, glyceryl stearate SE, myristyl myristate, cyclohexasiloxane, dimethicone, arachidyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol, arachidyl glucoside, dimethicone crosspolymer, nylon-12, parfum, insulin lauryl carbamate, sodium polyacrylate, betaine, xanthan gum, rosa canina fruit oil, tocopheryl acetate, vaccinium myrtillus fruit extract, saccharum officinarum extract, citrus aurantium dulcis fruit extract, citrus medica limonum fruit extract, acer saccharum extract, phenoxyethanol, biosaccaride gum- 1, ethylhexylglycerin, benzophenone-4, benzyl benzoate, benzyl salicylate, hexyl cinnimal, hydroxycitronellal, linalool, butylphenyl methylpropional, limonene, sodium hydroxide, disodium EDTA, CI 19140, CI 15510

(it's a lot of stuff, and it took me ages to type, but it's all pretty natural stuff)

      Where to buy.
Boots discontinued it, but it is easily found online for about £4.20

I would highly recommend this for young skin, 11+, as I have used it for years and it has kept my skin super moisturised and shine-free, very good value for money

      Advantages

      Disadvantages

Worth the money, and very luxurious

I am completely in love with the Benefit range, and this is yet another product of theirs that I am delighted with :)

      Packaging.
The bottle comes in a beautiful box which is designed to look like a building. The box is mad of sturdy cardboard and is designed very cleverly in a way that you can very easily get the bottle out of it. It is the kind of box that I would gladly have sitting out on my dressing table, unlike other flimsy boxes that I would immediately bin. The 30ml bottle itself is as beautiful as the box, with a luxurious pink, black and gold design, as shown above, and a gold metal lid.

      Product.
The fragrance is a strong flirty and floral smell, perhaps a little too overpowering at first. It smells very gilly and luxurious and I would recommend it to people with a fun personality. It will last you the whole day, and I have often been complimented when I am wearing this that I smell lovely :) You don't have to put much on as it is very strong.

      Price.
Along with the other Benefit products, this is pretty pricey at £30, but not compared to other perfumes, and it is definately worth it. In the sale, it can be bought for £20.

      Where can I buy it?
Boots, Benefit stores, most department stores (Frasers, Debenhams etc)

      Ingredients.
      Alcohol Denat.,
      Fragrance (Parfumerie),
      Water (Aqua),
      Limonene,
      Alpha-Isomethyl,
      Ionone,
      Butylphenyl,
      Methylpropional,
      Geraniol,
      Linalool,
      Citronellol,
      Coumarin,
      Citral,
      BHT.

I would really recommend this perfume, 5 out of 5, and it's worth every penny.

      Advantages

      Disadvantages

A lovely flirty light smell that will last you the whole day :)

I love the Soap and Glory range so much, the whole vintage look of it is just perfect for me, and so is this product.

I find this brand rather pricey, so I was so happy when I got this as a gift for my birthday.
The smell is really sweet and floral, and is the signature Soap and Glory smell. The smell will last you the whole day, and there is so much in the bottle it's really worth it, I've had it for over a year and a half, I use it almost everyday, and there is plenty left.

The packaging really matches the smell and the name is pretty clever, like all their other products.

I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a fun, flirty fragrance, and people have often commented that I smell really nice when I'm wearing this, so it is definately worth the price.

      5 out of 5 :D

Such a beautiful and fun smell

I have always loved really sweet, fruity and floral fragrances, and the moment I smelled this I knew it was perfect for me.
The price is pretty good and affordable, compared to other perfumes, so I bought it straight away and it has lasted me ages and is really worth the money.
The packaging is really quirky and I love the colour, it matches the fragrance perfectly, fun and fruity.
When I first put this perfume on, it is very very overpowering, which most people don't like, but I love feeling so surrounded by this smell, that I really don't mind the overpowering fragrance. It stops being overpowering within an hour, and becomes more subtle, but lasts the whole day as a sweet smell.
I would highly recommend this perfume to people who have a fun personality, and like a sweet, fruity and floral smell, and it is really worth the money.

      Advantages

      Disadvantages

Good if you just want a subtle and natural look

I've looked for ages for a good mascara for a small price. This one caught my eye because I knew that Maybelline was a good brand, and I loved the quirky look of the packaging, it was the kind of thing I'd like to own. The first time I bought it, I thought it was great, and it lasted me ages, but the second time, for some reason, it wasn't as great.
With only a little bit on your eyelashes, it looks really great and really natural. This is good if you just want a subtle look. But I wanted one that added more volume to my lashes, which this seriously does not. As soon as you start layering this on, your 40 eyelashes soon turn to 5, fat eyelashes, which looks so stupid. On the plus side though, this mascara is not lumpy at all, no matter how much you put on.

Good phone for people who just want the basics

In one sound, this phone is 'meh'. I got it as my first phone, and it was supposed to last me a long time, because I'm not one of those people that gets a new phone every time a new model comes out. At the time, I thought it was the coolest phone ever, I was twelve, and the only reason I got that phone was because it had the slidey bit, because that's all I cared about. Turns out I should have looked into it a bit more. Firstly, there is literally no memory with the phone without a card (I don't know if that's normal) but you can literally have three songs on it and that's it. Second, the speakers on the phone are so rubbish and tinny, through head phones and out loud. Thirdly, the Internet on it is sooooooo slow, you can't get anything done before its already charging you. Recently, my phone has also started freezing randomly when I turn it on, and the only way to fix it is to let it run out of charge and then recharge it, it has a veeeery long battery though which is a very good part of this phone. Also, the home screens are pretty tacky, and the touchscreen doesn't respond too well... However, this phone does have bluetooth, a very good and easy to use keyboard (muh easier than the small touchscreen ones) and it texts and calls, so it does what every phone should do. I'd recommend this phone to people who don't care about the accessories and add ons, and just need a basic phone that calls and texts.

Just read this, it's absolutely amazing, it's got everything you could want from a book.

THIS IS SERIOUSLY MY FAVOURITE BOOK EVER!!!! It's set in 2050, in a world where the government are so tight you can hardly breathe a word against them without being eliminated. It is all about teenagers who were past criminals, and have had their minds blanked with futuristic technology to make them knew people. The main character is Kyla, and she soon finds out that she is different to all the other people who have been slated because she can remember her parts of her past. She finds another slated boy who she becomes friends with as he soon decides that he wants to know who he was before as well. Kyla and Ben manage to get in touch with one people who have set up a website to help find people who went missing, being taken by the 'Lorders' (the people who work for the government). The characters in the book are very good because you get an idea of their personality really early on, and can relate to how they are feeling. It is the most clever storyline, and I get so so so sucked into it I can hardly tear my eyes away!!! The second book is fractured, and I was so relieved that she'd written a second one because one just wasn't enough. There's everything you could want from a book, thrill, romance, tension building up, danger, nail biting scenes. I am in love with it. One of my friends was telling me about futuristic books, and I must say I was not interested at all. It was the cover of this book that got me interested, it looks so mysterious, (they say you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but everyone does it don't they) and I'm so glad that I didn't just push it aside because it was futuristic because it is honestly the best book ever!!! :D. I'd recommend this book to 14-18 years, because for anyone younger than that it's hard to get an idea of the concept.

Really great for your skin, but there's other options that are cheaper that do just as good.

Since I was young I have used this brand, the face wash, face scrub and moisturiser, and because of it, I have never had any problems with my skin. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't prevent spots completely, this can hardly be avoided, but it has kept my skin smooth and young for so long. My little sister has always used this brand too and she has the most beautiful skin because of it. It's a very gentle scrub, so it kind of feels like you aren't really achieving much, but rubbing gently for a long time really works, you just have to be a bit patient. I would really recommend this because it has always done me good, but I'm not going to lie, there's plenty of other cheaper options which do just as good. It's good, but not really any more special than any other brands to be honest.
