Ebay is great to put anything and everything in an auction list to make some money. Although I have found overtime it has become more of a place to sell only popular items and other items are disregarded and don't stand a chance. I guess that is the risk with this type of auction site but you stand a good chance if you know how to promote your product and how to list it. I've just finished 35 listings and have made 50 pounds. I use a plain background to give a clearer presentation of my product and this tends to work. You have to consider how much the item would be worth and what you would like to see the product make. As I sell mainly used clothing I look at how worn it looks. Most items I start bidding at 99p. This is an incentive for buyers as they love a good deal. Other's I have started at ten pounds as they are in great condition and I paid a lot for them anyway. Ebay charge for the insertion fee but sometimes have a free insertion day which is great if you have lots of items. I saved about £5 by using this service. They also take a fee per item after selling as you are obviously using their service. You don't really notice it especially when you have a volume of sales. Just think before you list and check out similar items to yours that are already listed. How much are they selling their product at and what condition is it in. This is sort of price you should be targeting.
New Look is a great bargain priced shop most of the time to get on trend items. It has new stock coming in all the time and most of my clothes come from here. Sometimes the prices can be a little high for what it is. If your a student you get 10% off and sometimes they have offers where you can get 20% off. This is great as if you have a budget you can either save or get more for your money. They also have a store card where you pay back in instalments so if your in need of a big shopping trip but don't have the money you can simply pay per month for all the items you have. They are great for leggings and the sales are possibly the best. My leggings are £8 per pair or £14 for a bargain pack of two. I wear leggings everyday and they last a long time compared to other shops where they have holes in about a week later. I've only had a problem with one pair and they were happy to give me a refund. There is a sale on right now and I picked up 10 items quite happily that are on trend for half the price. Will always shop here.
This product seems to be the best i've used. I went into department stores to try other and more expensive brands only to look in the mirror at either an orange face or a face where the foundation was visible and looked like a thick layer of paint. I'm already slightly pale so it really wasn't a good look. I walked passed boots and thought i'd give cheaper products a try. I bought both a tinted moisturiser and a concealer and I was very impressed. For £1.99 I can apply the tinted moisturiser and my face looks brighter and gives a lovely natural look. When applied with the natural collection concealer and a small amount of powder on top it has a great effect. Use a foundation brush to apply and use fingers to apply where necessary. When purchasing this product you should definitely test it in the shop to get the exact colour for your skin. If you like looking pale you can mix a bit of moisturiser with it and this also gives an effective colour.
So far so good. Sometimes these bags have bad reviews but touch wood I have been lucky with mine. I decided to treat myself to my first very expensive bag and haven't regretted it since. I have a bright blue padlock bag and the colour is terrific. I suppose you have to take great care over this bag as it can get dirty quite easily so putting it on the ground is a no no. I bought mine for 65 pounds and the only problem I have is perhaps the materials could be better. My mum just said it was glorified plastic which I guess it is and therefore not a bag to be used everyday if you want it for a long time. I've had mine since February and it only has one mark on, due to me putting it on a dirty surface. The padlocks do get a little scratched and that's probably just general wear and tear. The lining is animal print inside and it is really lovely. I would only buy this bag if you intend to only use it for light items and perhaps a small book or 2 and perhaps not an everyday use. You really want to take care of a bag at this price.
This nail varnish is quite expensive and I wouldn't pay this price hence why I have only bought popular magazines at around £2 with a freebie one in. Although expensive these are the best nail varnishes I have used in terms of how well the application was and the colour selection. They don't chip for a couple of days and usually for me the varnish tends to peel off gradually. If they come out a bit thick and gloopy I tend to just shake the bottle for several seconds and this tends to make the application easier. You need 2 coats for this and sometimes I get away with just one when i'm in a hurry but the colour comes out better when you apply two coats along with a top coat to give it a shiny finish. If you don't want to pay expensive prices wait for a promotion in a magazine or join the nail inc site. I sometimes get emails with offers for a specific day. They are great deals as sometimes they sell 6 nails varnish for 20 instead of 60 something pounds.
Absolute bargain at 28p. I bought these last night as I was having a craving for something sweet and being a student I don't have much money. You get 200 grams and they last for ages. Obviously they are value sweets and they aren't the most amazing sweets you will ever taste but if your trying to stick to a low budget and want a sugary treat, these are the way to go. A normal branded packet of sweets is around a pound but you can get 600 grams of midget gems for a pound. Triple what you would usually get. More for your money so I will definitely be buying these for when i'm back at university considering I won't have lots of money.
Even better is a trip to the cinema doesn't have to be majorly expensive. Buy your drink and these midget gems before you go and you don't need to spend the ridiculous amount on the pick and mix.
This makes brilliant TV and has brought something fresh to air for a while. The characters have lots of energy and all have eccentric personalities making teenagers able to relate to them. The element of music used to create a storyline and a moral ending has shaken up channel 4 in England. It is certainly something unique and many a crowd would now refer to themselves as 'gleeks'. The musical element not only uses older songs, it uses the present day songs making it relevant to today's audience. The Lady Gaga episode reflected individuality and I think it has encouraged teenagers into accepting themselves and perhaps others more in today's society. Glee is now in it's second season in the UK and will end next week with the finale at regionals. Season 1 can be bought in shops. Every episode just leaves me wanting more, I even hum along to the credits at the end. It always leaves me wanting more.
Although i'm a person who loves a film with a continuous storyline and can only sit for an hour and a half this film broke all the boundaries for me. This is far from my type of film that I would want to watch however I did. It is about three hours long and in some places the storyline fades and perhaps to some would become a bit long winded but the special effects are pretty stunning. I watched this in 3D at the cinema and in no way was the 3D used in the usual 'novelty way'. It was spectacular. I really wish they had bought it out in 3D but I have watched it about 4 times since and the effects never fail to impress. It is pretty impressive what technology can do nowadays and this film takes it to another level. You have to really watch it to appreciate it and then you can understand the reasons why the budget was bigger than the Titanic.
This product is amazing and you have such a wide variety to choose from. Last year I was into having 'bright eyes'. I did everything from creating rainbow eyes to bright pink eyes. It is pure genius and I will always buy these products when i'm in need of a bright eye day. I really thought that the bright colours would fade after a while but if you use a good primer the colour stays perfect all day. I got so many compliments about how wild and wacky these eyeshadows were. The best thing is you can experiment with all the colours and make your own look. Possibly the best thing to cover hangovers to. Once you've put some dazzle dust on, there is no need for sunglasses to hide away. They last for ages as you only need to used a little bit each time so a bargain for the price they charge.
This perfume was bought for me as a present and have always bought another bottle when i've run out. It is very affordable and it lasts me about a month as I use it everyday, sometimes about twice. I like this fragrance as it is quite light and the feminine floral scent is lovely on a summers day. I think this is the best smelling perfume I have used in a long time and as the scent isn't to heavy it is suitable for various ages and all occasions. The best perfumes I seem to have are mainly fruity and sweet and this perfume definitely uses these elements along with a musky tone. I also buy perfumes for the bottle as I like the look of them. This is a simple bottle that is pink and has a glittery effect to it making it look very feminine. All in all a perfect bargain for a present or a recession busting treat.
