I bought this laptop about two months ago. upgrade from my first latop that has been damaged . I paid £529 for this laptop . The screen of this laptop is good enough for watching movies. but I do not recommend you to see movies in bright light conditions, because the screen will reflect light. So that images will not be seen clearly. I'm not too happy with this laptop body. Because it does not look strong. And too heavy to carry around everywhere. Speecs 5750 is not your typical affordable laptop: for £529, you get a Core i5, 4GB of RAM, a 320GB hard drive and Intel's integrated graphics running a 15.6in, 1,366 x 768 screen . It is quite satisfying for me. although there is no blu-ray or video card ATI or Gforce class For the performance of this laptop, when I use for browsing, listening to music or to write reports. Performance laptops have fast enough, but when I try to create animations with 3D mark, it seems very slow laptop. Especially when used to play the game Crysis 2 is very slow.
Acer's Aspire 5742Z takes many of the solid features found in the previous 5740 model and updates a few for increased performance , a great product for the class of low end. with a simple design, is perfect to carry around everywhere. coupled with the performance of Intel Pentium P6100 2.0 GHz, RAM: 4GB and storage features on the Aspire 5742Z are pretty much standard for a budget laptop system. A 500GB hard drive provides a decent amount of storage for applications, data and media files. It spins at the more typical 5400rpm laptop drive speed rate for modest performance. A dual layer DVD burner handles all playback and recording of CDs and DVDs. There is also a 5-in-1 card reader for reading the most common flash memory media types. HDD. Quite satisfactory with an economical price. This product is recommended for those who work freelance. But to have a little short on acer products in bateray that can not be durable.
